My 2yr old LOVES this book. Not only does she want to read it almost every night, but she doesn't want me to touch it! She navigates all the pages with ease. She even goes through different moods. Sometimes she wants to see the words and sometimes she doesn't. She goes through and taps the screen in each page to either make the words appear or disappear. It's so cute to watch. Anyway, i've been hoping that you'd come out with more books like this soon. It's been about 5 months since I downloaded this, so please hurry! Thanks!

What a novel concept! The way you did this ebook is a lifesaver for families with long car rides.
This gives kids engaging pictures, cute story and ability to turn their own pages easily. My four year old's favorite part now is switching to one of the other 'foreign' voices. She especially loves the French and Japanese.
I'm going on a business trip for 3 days and just tried the "Record your voice' function. I really got into recording it with animating the characters in the story! I had fun doing goofy character voices. Now I won't feel as guilty being gone at bedtime since they can hear my voice reading Buddy's adventure.
For the "Record your voice", please make the font size a tiny bit bigger on a few of the screens. Otherwise, great product. Keep the Buddy adventures coming. Thanks.

We love this app. Can't believe it's free. I would pay for this. You (parent) can record your voice straight on your iPhone while you are reading. It's wierd hearing yourself back.. Especially in character voices! My daughter is learning French and listens to the French version. There are several other languages on here as well.My daughter wants more Buddy books and has come up with a suggested title. Buddy and the Christmas Tree. Well.. l guess it gives you time to prepare!Thanks iOrbi!

What a great app! My 5 yr old son and I had so much fun reading the book, listening to the default voice, then listened to in Japanese for fun, then recorded our own voice and listened. This encouraged my son to try reading because recording and listening his own voice over was so much fun and challenge. Thank you, Thank you. Are there any more books? I will happily buy. I can't believe this was free.

Buddy the Bus

Terrific little story about a friendly bus that meets interesting and colorful characters in his town during his daily rounds. It's a perfect way to keep kids entertained for 20 minutes or so on plane, train or car trip. Makes a good bedtime story, too. My 4-year-old watched it three times in a row. The illustrations are excellent and really kid friendly. But what my son liked best was turning the pages on the iPhone by himself. Plus, I switched on the Spanish version to let him hear how that sounded and he was mesmerized. That might be a good way for older kids to learn a bit of Spanish (or French, etc.) I haven't tried recording my own voice yet. Maybe when I go on a trip without him. Might be nice to have him hear my voice when I'm not there.

Whether you are around children daily, a child yourself, or interested in learning languages, this is the application for you! I used to teach first grade and only wish this was available to me then. My class would be having a blast with this. I am! I like to read a page in a foreign language and try to figure out what it says. Then I listen to it in English to see how close I was. Once I become a little braver I am going to try recording my voice. What a great way to practice pronunciation of different languages. And, it is so convenient. Though this will keep me busy for quite some time, I hope Buddy comes out with more stories!!!

I don’t have kids, but I do study Spanish and French so I was intrigued when I saw that this story was available in both of these languages. It is a cute story with colorful illustrations, which I am sure kids will like, but what I like most about it is the way you can switch back and forth between languages (it’s pretty neat).
If you are just beginning to learn any of the languages offered, it’s a good way to build your vocabulary and improve your comprehension. Overall it is a very nice product for all ages.

I just downloaded this app, and wow. I can't wait for my daughter toListen to it in the morning. I will most certainly be taking advantage of the voice recording option as well. Please make more  I will gladly pay for furthering my child's education  while she "plays" on my  iPhone.

This is a great story for a toddler, and great if your toddler is too young to read, and yet even better if your toddler speaks, reads or understands more than just English. This book can be read or listened to in English, Spanish, German, French and Japanese. Kudos to this company. I hope more apps find their way into our global world.

My daughter loves this app. It's perfect, since I go to school. My husbands plays my recording for her. And she feels as if I'm there with her reading her the story. Great app. Please make more..;)
