I love this idea. I only wish it were implemented earlier.
My only concern with this is the idea of Longbox coming out in the Fall in the US. It could segment the digital comics industry.
Hopefully cohesion plays a bigger role with this new idea. I love saving paper, and ink, and getting my comics whenever I want.
This app comes highly recommended!!

Oh, it could only be better if there was one app that let you download new comics through it. Similar to how Longbox works.

A Fresh Start for Flash

This is a reboot of the Flash Gordon mythos, with Flash as a Yale professor with a taste for adventure. Despite the updating, Flash remains something of an old school hero, with endless abilities and connections and no obvious character flaws. This is only the beginning of the tale, so don't expect any outer space action (it looks like that'll come in issue #2). I'll have to read more of the story to fully make up my mind on it, but I'll be buying the next issue.

I didn't think that I would get into Flash Gorden, but I did the illistration is great, and so is the story. When I finished #1, I wanted more.... There is a #2, and it's worth .99 cents. Enjoy ! : )

I love the potential for graphic novels on the iPhone and this just proves it! narrowing the visual field makes concentrating on the dialogue and graphics that much easier! there should be a whole "comics" category!

Magnificent!!! Please somehow encourage the comic book powers that be (Marvel and DC) to allow some of their titles to be transferee to the I devices... I would love the opportunity to read Civil War or Infinity Crisis on my iPhone (Oh to dream)!!!!!

The medium fits the media. I am really pleased with how this reboot of the Flash Gordon franchise is presented. But I'd really like to have access to more content, especially episode#0.

The story and the characters were fun and pulpy. Didn't know anything about the history of Flash Gordon, turns out that's ok. The artwork is beautiful and I hope that Dale is a main charecter cause she's hot. She needs her own spinoff but until then I await issue #2.

But I got this anyway and I'm really enjoying it.
All I'd ever seen was the movie but this has got me more interested in Flash. Although I still think I'll avoid that awful series on Sci Fi.
