Phin Percy was born and raised in New Orleans. His interest in photography led him to the US Navy where from 1987 to 1991 he served with distinction as a member of the elite Combat Camera Group Pacific.
Phin returned to New Orleans following Katrina and hasn't left since. His camera and editing work focuses on rebuilding the area. He has worked with CNN, Discovery Channel, Northrop-Grumann, Boh Brothers and WWL TV and just completed shooting for a New Redemption Pictures documentary about Sly Stallone.
