Perfect for what I need

I ship stuff all over the US everyday. I love it. No more phone calls while out of the office to get the latest info for my clients. Just this week, it actually notified me of an exception. I was able to re route the package from the road. One of my employees put in the wrong company name, so the driver did not deliver. Within two hours of recieving this exception, the package was in my clients hands, as opposed to the FedEx center. Good job.

We ship everything by FedEx and being able to see where everything is, all at once, is really convenient. Especially if there is no easy access to a computer. To me it's even better than Fedex's InSight. The one thing that I wish it could do is to be able to search the listings by recepient's name. Or maybe show the recepient on the front panel. Often a customer will call and ask for package status without knowing their tracking number. Thank you for the time saver.

This app does what I wanted. For those with multiple accounts, the login feature is awesome. When you login, it shows all the packages shipped or on the way for this account only. Would like a way to link multiple accounts though but not necessary. For those who just want to track, I can see your point but not worthy of just one star. Be real. Use the Internet site on your iphone for that if it's a big deal. Oh, and the guy who prefers UPS....remind me...when are they going on strike again???? I forget...

This application is useful. It is similar to the UPS ap. It is simple, graphic, and is easy to navigate. This ap can be improved by the addition of (creation of) email notifications as with the online browser FedEx tracking site.The need to login is an inconvenience but I've found with the UPS application of the iPhone that having the same information on my phone as on my desktop is VERY convenient and increases use of the ap, and greater confidence about the progress of the packages and their safe delivery (particularly during the Christmas season!).

The negatives just don't use FedEx much to understand that this app is an iPhone extension of the Internet-based FedEx business app and not designed for casual pkg checking. Our business has been a FedEx customer since the big UPS strike 10+ years ago. Yes, you have to have a FedEx account to take advantage of this app, and I think also FedEx's Insight plugin... but I can see and track ALL my outgoing & incoming pkgs, exceptions, track numbers, find rates & locations. This app is my "in the field" FedEx assistant and problem solver. I've used it to tell my customers where their pkg is, how much it'll be to ship it anywhere in the world, and also to find a convenient FedEx/Kinkos hold pkg location. It is a bit slow in showing a pkg's actual location which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Are you people reviewing a different application? I downloaded, installed, entered my existing Fedex login, and was instantly shown current shipments made from within my Fedex online account earlier in the week, all with matching status compared to the web. I was then also able to prepare a shipping label and bill it directly to my account or the third party, etc. Either many of you are reviewing something else, you're high, or just aren't familiar with how to use your iphone. The app should use your location to find the nearest drop-off though. Add that feature and you've got everything you need to manage your Fedex shipments.

Such a great app! It’s useful, easy and free…does it get any better??? I love the fact that I can log in on my phone and see the same information as I do online. Plus, I don’t have to manually type in a super long tracking number – they automatically appear on my iPhone when I ship online! Love it :)

This app is exactly what it says it is. I just shipped an international package and the tracking info showed up in the application. No need to enter any numbers. I am also registered for FedEx InSight and so all my incoming and outgoing shipments show up! Love it. Thank you FedEx.

Hey, just do the register thing and then it works great. Each time I tracked my package, I didn't have to do anything. It stored my tracking number and showed me new info. My package is almost here now!

Works perfect for me. For those complaining about logins make sure your iPhone isn't substituting letters, words, or case. Remember that most login/password combinations are case sensitive.

This app is great, i have a couple of online accounts, and when I log in, all of my packages are listed. I work in IT for a support team that ships an aweful lot of items through fedex, and when I am not in the office , this app is integral for updates. I only wish I could schedule a fedex pickup from the app. To me, that is all that is missing.

There is no login issues with my version. it works as advertised. Once you enter a tracking number you can add a description to it to maker easier to remember what was ordered if you have multiple shipments
