I just downloaded this since it's now free. Yes, there are YouTube videos but I always have to hit pause while I'm trying to follow along and it's a bother. The pictures in this app were very easy to follow and I loved how I could switch between diagram and photograph.
My only complaint is that diagram 2 needs to be redone. It makes it look like you are supposed to thread the tie through the back, doesn't match the photo at all.
If my husband needed ties more often I'd actually consider getting the paid version, but as it is only need to every so often when we dress up for special occasions.

Paid for an app that provides information that is easily downloaded from the net for free. Once you learn to do a tie you will never refer to it again unless you have a mental blank. Not worth the money. Waste off space on the iPhone. You are paying for 3 images only.
