Really good for first attempt. Found lots of carpenters in my town, in my search. As others have mentioned, would be great if you could save searches. Also, I live near 3 adjoining counties, would be better if you could select search by County as well as local. This would also be useful if you are visiting relatives and need to do some DIY for them or whatever, and you can plan in advance where to go and phone up to check who has what in stock.
Really impressive app, I'd give 5 stars if they make the above improvements.

Ignore morons who are saying this is rubbish, yes it doesn't look flash or anything but it's a lot faster than loading a browser and does what it's supposed to. Would be good if you could mail a link but you can save to contacts then mail it to a friend. Also having location relavent search is good especially if you don't know your exact location, and it's free so all in all very good, add the ability to mail straight from app and it'll be a five star product!!!

How can people moan about something like this? It does it's job in good time with no ads or fuss. The interface is minimalist like another popular search tool we all use and it works correctly. Just because it's not packing a grey button iPhone theme people think it's not a proper app. I can't think of much more to ask of it save for a previous search history. It's FREE. And it's also not hit version 1 yet!

I love this app. It works so well. I live in a medium sized city and often need to find a company - this app finds it really quickly and not only shows me the phone number but lets me put the details in my address book (including the full address and the map location). It is brilliant!
