Hubble is the 2009 collection of every Hubble Space Telescope news release and its supporting materials, designed to further your knowledge of astronomy. It consists of News Release texts, pictures and video clips. It´s fun to browse thru "outer space" and watch amazing videos and animations about dark matter, supernovas, planetary nebulas, views of the galactic core and browns dwarfs.
Did you know for example that there is a new discovered population of massive stars in the hot ionized gas swirling around the central 300 light-years away in the center of our Milky Way galaxy? Or that Saturn's comparatively paper-thin rings are tilted edge on to Earth every 15 years? There is more inside this amazing app.
