This app is what I have been looking for...for a while. So I'm glad to have it. It looks great, an functions well too. It's nice to be able to see how much time is left in class. Not the highlight of the app, but a neat feature. However it does crash frequently when I create/edit an assignment, which is a nuissance. I wouldn't complain normally, but we all paid for it, and you're not adverising a product that crashes, so fixing that would be nice to see.Something I would like to see, besides the push notifications and all that, is an alert system tied into, optimally, both the class times and assignment due dates. However, push should take care of assignments well enough. I'd like to be able to set it to annoy me when I have class soon, in five ten or even fifteen minutes. The methods are obvious, being a standard alert+noise, or vibration for iPhone users.I see a few other issues, being class numbers, for those of us with them. :PA tappable instructor's email would be nice even if, for now, it can't be integrated into the app.Oh and sometimes I do t need to add a contac for the guy I'm a partner with. Could it be an option without it being mandatory? It still works well though, so thanks. Again, great app. I'm making great us of it, so thank you for making it, and reading your reviews.

Really good app it has everything I need except for sync with google calender or some sort of back up. Any sort of backup and sync is required as if you lose your phone etc your in trouble like big time , school restarts in september so please can the developers fix or add !!!sync!!! In the mean time I'll just use this app and also use the physical school diary (that the school gives everyone) to write down my assignments etc and classes incase my phone is lost.!!!!!!Overall very good app!!!!!!!, developers just add !!!!!!!sync please. !!!!!!

I downloaded this app because I was curious to see what it was like. I like trying new apps especially productivity enhancers. Now I've tried it I love it. If only I had it when I was in school it would have been so invaluable to me, shame really.Still. Maybe in enlightenment of this app I should register for a photography course or something, heck maybe I could teach a course and reckon this woul be a handy app!

Great app for my university course. Love the interface. It's missing an icon for presentations, I was going to use the speech mark, but I also have study groups on the same day. I used the construction icon instead. If you could make an Icon for presentations, i'd be more pleased than I am. Could you please add a section for our grades? I've been given tons of grades from coursework, grades that are worth 25% of my overall module title.

This is a brilliant little app. It saves me running around losing my head at uni (useful, as I'm in my final year!) - as long as you take about twenty minutes to put in all your data at the beginning of the semester, you'll never have to worry that you can't remember where a class is or which lecturer to contact or when an assignment is due. The app is so geared to the student brain it feels completely natural to use and not awkward at all. There are also so many updates that could be added to this app in the future to make it even better, the developers should never run out of ideas :) Thank you again for a brilliant app!

This app helps me a lot when it comes to my assignments, the icon badge can be adjusted to show upcoming tasks for anything from a day to a month to overdue, which is great for planning. The only thing annoying thing is entering all the course and class information which would be a lot easier with a desktop app that would sync to the iPhone app. I would gladly pay extra for that. Overall this is a great app, keep up the good work I can't wait for the next update.

I would like to first say THANK YOU SO MUCH for this app, it has made the start of this semester awesome and saved me hours of my time organizing my course, assignment, and exam information in one easy app. I really like this application, I am concerned that people are wanting to add so many things that it will become too complicated and time consuming to use. For the most part it already has everything you need to organize your semester.
However, there is a suggestion I agree with that almost made me decide to get another app over this one (although now I am sooo glad I didn't), that is the ability to add your grades and have it accumulate your average GPA for each class separately, as well as whole, estimate grade needed on upcoming tests to maintain average, etc. I have a separate app that keeps up with this information, but it would be nice to incorporate it into your app so all my course information is in one place.
The only other suggestion I would make is for the assignment tab: due date section - I would like the option to choose a specific date like you already have and then have an additional option for there to make it a recurrance, such as every Monday, every day, every week, etc.
Thanks for your consideration on the updates, and once again Thanks for this app, it is truly something every college student can benefit from in many ways.

For the busy student, this is a no-brainer. I'm a college freshman and I use this application constantly. It's pretty easy to use, and even includes a basic set of courses and whatnot if you'd like a "tutorial". I'd love to see push notifications, holiday/days off notifications, and a weekly view of the calender would be great. Otherwise, so far, it's a great app. With some simple upgrades, it could be awesome!

Like most posts, a must have for the college student due to busy schedules. Love everything about this app, use it daily. Only thing I would like to see added, but not really necessary, is an option to also put clubs/societies. It's great to have class/lecture/labs, but would like to have an option to put meetings. All in all a must app and would even pay for the upgrade that I'm eager to have already for the PUSH notifications.

Me encanta la interfaz. Es muy facil e intuitiva. Creo que tiene lo necesario para una aplicacion de su tipo pero le faltan características, algo que la haga sobresalir del resto de aplicaciones similares. Creo que la gente ha mencionado algunas de las caracteristicas que le vendrian bien a la applicacion y los desarrolladores deverian de tomar en cuenta para futuras actualizaciones. No se arrepentiran de haber comprado la applicacion!

This really works great to keep me organized!One thing, though: It would be very helpful to be able to quickly add/delete one day of class for a particular course (e.g. to enter a make-up class or modify my schedule for a cancelled class). Currently, that kind of schedule change is very cumbersome.Additionally, having more complex features for the assignments would be good, too -- especially multiple due-dates for phases of one assignment. As it stands, I have to create new assignments to account for multiple phases of one assignment.Thanks!

I really like this application. I think it's going to be a big help during this upcoming semester. I would like to be able to schedule school holidays so I contacted the developer and received a reply the same day!! The holiday feature will be in the next update! How cool is that? :) I'm very impressed with this application and the attentive and courteous, actually down right friendly, customer service.Update: I really need to be able to change one class without changing the whole semester of that class like it allows me to do on the iPod calendar. Until I can do this I really can't use this app. :(

I love this app. It's so easy and fun to use. I love the interface. It's so easy and organized and just amazing. It's a reall clean app. Looks like official apple app. Love it. Like how you can add semesters and your classes for that semester. Love notifications. Live calender. Everything about this app is awsome. I'm looking forward for updates on this app. I would love if you can add more info to your teachers. Like emails and phone numbers. That would be awsome. Also if you can like add grades to exams you take. Like a grading system in the app as well. That would make this app complete.Also I think the name could change as well. To something more like Applelish. Something like just simple like iHomework or iStudent. This Is the best homework/school app I have ever used. It's so amazing. Love it. I can't stop saying how awsone it is. People buy it. Best honework app out there right now. Worth the price.

After my 1st review on this program, the program manager made the suggested changes. This is a wonderful surprise to actually know that someone is listening. This program is now very functional. I have the feeling that it was not intended for educators, however, it works well for me. I teach several classes to several different groups of students and it is difficult to keep track of assignments, quizzes, tests and exams dates when asked. This program now makes it possible for me to answer the question without delay. It also allows me to plan my lesson on the in each time slot via note function. The holiday function is a great improvement over the previous version. I believe that this would be a great asset for students to manage their academics. If it works for me, it should work for you. There is another great function of this program; it allows you to email your data to yourself as a backup. When you reinstall the program, it is simple to restore information. I had some problems with the program shutting down when some functions are initiated. The technical support response was quick and the solution did take care of the problem. This also indicates that there are some issues with the programming, however, they are minor. _________________________________________________________________________________________________I find the program good, it is a wonderful scheduler. It has good functions for keeping track of assignments. However, some improvements are needed. The application should allow the scheduling of holidays and the ability to make some notes on individual schedule slots. This would enable students to write down the topics of the next class and bring needed materials for that class.

I was just looking for an app to keep track of my homework and due dates. Imagine how pleased I was to find this great program that also manages my class schedules, exams, school contacts, etc. It's been my most used App so far and with each update it keeps getting more functional. The only suggestions I can make are to have assignments that are due shown on the "Today" tab along with that day's classes. Also, I think adding a feature to keep track of grades (for assignments / exams) and a GPA calculator would top off the usefulness of this App.

I find this very useful! I use it every day. Different colors and shapes for classes would be nice. Also, in the today view if you could make it say when each class ends along with when it begins, that would be really great. My biggest problem though is that when you add a new assignment it automatically assumes it's due in a week when almost all my assignments are due in one or two days. If you could at least add an option to make the default assignment due date tomorrow that would be the biggest improvement I can think of. I deeply approve of this app, it's the best of it's kind and saves me from digging out my schedule and searching through all my books for what/when my classes/ assignments are. Deeply appreciated

I have been using this App since it first came out and I am soo happy the update came out. Loving how the holiday option works already did it for next semester and the backup feture rocks I do not remember if this was in the old but that i can have it send me an email with the info then just save the email in a folder just in case is awsome. All in all these additions where needed and all I have to say is don't stop there I can't wait to see what you guys add next.

This app is great! Best $2.99 I have ever spent. It really helps me stay organized, be on top of my schedule, and be on top of all of my assignments. I just downloaded the v1.1 update and it's even better then I expected it to be, but there is one small bug that needs to be fixed. The Push Notification Service doesn't work. I went to the Settings app to make sure Push Notifications was turned on for iStudiez Pro it doesn't appear. Fix this problem and everything will be great!

I'm really loving the new features. I like the backup storage, but still wish there was a way to save the entire applications information on my desktop computer. i can't seem to get Week View to work, as of now. However, the speed, the calendars, and especially the Instructor section are great additions. Hoping for that alternate backup source as well as a Grading Calculator for GPA's. Thank you so much for the update!!!
