For those who are confused, if you don't let it use your location then it will not work. All it does is locate your current position on a map. You show it to someone holding their cell phone and they think it located their phone but it really only located you using the gps in your iPhone. For that, it works fine. I can't see paying for the full version though. Maybe for a penny.

This application doesn't work at all. Once downloaded, the program was centered on the Atlantic Ocean off of Africa. Every phone number I tried (I quit after three) just happened to be located in the Atlantic Ocean off of Africa.
