This app is amazing if u like to party!! It was really useful when I went to Glastonbury and other gigs. I absoloutly love it because it's free so If you don't like it you can just delete it it's not like ur wasting ur money ...  Gawd, can people be ANY STUPIDER?? Have you not played with real glow sticks before????? This is what you have to do: 1. Take your finger and find the middle of the glow stick. 2. Slide the middle of the glow stick left or right until it breaks. 3. Shake the iphone/itouch (YES, the device itself) until the glowstick glows brightly. 4. For a new glow stick, slide the old one up with your finger. It's THAT EASY!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh!!! Technology!!!!!! (more like COMMON SENSE!!!) Aaaaaahhhh!!!!!! Seriously, people can complain all they want about what i say but it's true, but some people dont get that you have to SHAKE glow sticks. Anyway, this app is cool. If you want to change the design of the glow stick, touch the "i" at the BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER of the screen. It's NOT THAT HARD to find. 

I loved this app! Sure it may not be as bright as a real glow stick, but it's cheaper and you get more colors and stuff. For the people who are like "all you do is break it then shake it... boring" well.. how is that different from a normal glow stick? For the crazy person breaking their phone in half trying to break the glow stick... wow.
But yeah, I love this app! Great as far as free apps go. :D

This is a pretty cool app, and what do you expect? It's a glow stick app. You get what you pay for. (oh wait... It's FREE.) I just don't understand some of these reviews, it's a pretty good quality app. Oh, and for all those asking to make it brighter, believe it or not, but the iPhone has limitations in screen brightness. To make it brighter, just go to the settings app and turn your brightness up there.

But im here to tell you about a different app called emoji ITS A RIP OFF Here's why. I got to use these emoji icons FOR FREE Here's how:  go to the app store and download the Spell Number app for FREE. open the app and type in this #: 91929394.59 close the app and go into settings go into international keyboards and select Japanese. switch EMOJI keyboard to ON. That's it! You're done! When you want to use it, go into any program that uses a keyboard (texting, emailing, writing app reviews...) and click on the little globe icon in the bottom left corner to open the emojis!! Yay! PS: the reason I wrote this review in the column for iglowstick and not for the emoji app is that you can only write reviews for the apps you bought, and I didn't buy emoji because I'm not a sucker have fun!

Really now, it is THAT FREAKING hard to snap the glow stick????? I'll make this easy for you guys. 1. Put your finger on the glowstick 2. Move your finger to the right. Seriously it's not that difficult. I figured it out within the first 10 seconds of getting it, so I don't get how people break their iPods or iPhones from using this app. But anyways it's great. I mean what do you expect it's FREE. And if you really want to make it brighter, go to settings on your iPod/iPhone. Is that so hard now? App does every thing it says it does. So get over yourselves if you think it's so boring and takes up space. Just delete it then, DUH. I give it   ~T

I Love Free Stuff!!! This app is essential for any iTouch! After reading the other reviews, I figured out how to get the other colors. When I tried to push the white arrow, I kept getting booted to the app store. Of course I don't have wi-fi so I was getting a little miffed. LOL. I figured out that you need to push JUST the arrow. If you are anywhere close to the 3D puzzle box, it won't work. Coming in from the side of the screen worked for me. Thanks for the Free App. Highly reccommended (especially if you have kids:))

And for all you people who think it doesn't do much, do you also expect iflashlight to be a virtual dog game!?!?! For all the idots out there who can't figure out how to break and shake, to break: find about the middle of the glowstick and pull your finger horizontaly across it from one side to the other. Oh, and to change the color, press the i in the lower right-hand corner. And for all the people who think that it's not bright enough, then try iflashlight. It's free and fills your whole screen with a bright light that will change color with a swipe of a finger. And lastley, for the maker, this is a very fun app!!!!! Love it!!!!!!!!!!!

Since prices on phones have come down so dramatically, any skell that can scrape together $99.00 in pennies, sign their name on the contract, and of course figure out how to download a free app. Now naturally thinks their a programmer / official app expert. Pay these loosers no attention and they'll eventually find their way back to the "rant & raves" section of craigslist, were their posts are flagged off. This is a new venue for the looser, IT wanna be computer geek to think they're being review is being heard and matters in the Internet world. App developers keep up the good work, if it makes one persons day a little brighter, you've accomplished more than one of the skells whole life.

This app seemed kinda cool when I first saw it. I thought it was just another flashlight app but instead of a flash light it was a glow stick. Well I was right... Sorta. You choose the color stick you want and then you actually snap it like a real one. Then you shake the iPhone to make it glow. The more you shake, the brighter it glows!! This is one of the coolest free apps I have downloaded. Thanks!! I give it five stars. 

It blows me away how entertaining it is to snap a glowstick, shake it, and then move to the next one. Wow I played with this for like 15 minutes once. And young children love it. Seriously. If I want my siblings to be entertained an stop bugging me I just hand them this. I think they like choosing the color and just snapping the glowstick. And really, who doesn't love a great glowstick? This is almost as good as the real thing.

To all those criticizing this app for being boring - you're all a bunch of tools. What did you honestly expect to get from this app? It does what it says it does...or did you not read the description? This app is pure novelty. Hopefully, once you guys grow out of adolescence, you'll learn that some things (especially things which are free) are there for no other reason than to just be there. That's why this app is #1. You guys, on the other hand, will remain losers living in your parents' basement blaming the world for your extreme suckiness. Oh...I almost forgot - awesome app, developer people. 
