** SOCIAL NETWORKING : Connect to your favorite social network! Meritum Paint Pro supports Facebook, Twitter (with Twitpic) and Flickr. Now you're just a click away to publish your paintings directly from your iPhone.
** FORCE CONTROL : Control the force of the stroke - from no movement to wildest you can imagine.
** COLOR ROTATION CONTROL : Control the time needed to change from one color to another. Colors can change really fast, or fade really slowly.
** WIDTH CONTROL : Control the width of the stroke. If you want to draw thick lines, now you can! If you want to have big fat stroke, you can do it also!

I have over four thousand paintings using the original Meritum App. From dragons, sea horses, and serpents to seascapes, sunrises and sunsets, and so much more, it was simply an amazing app. The painting itself was therapeutic. A lot of times I didn't really even care what the "painting'" looked like. It was so soothing to watch the paint go in any direction I wanted, even when it cycled through the awful shades of greens! I'm writing this review before l've even explored the update. Why? Think of the original version as being a delicious piece of cake, so moist and flavorful. Going from Version 1.0 to 1.1 is ALL ICING!!! Thank you so, sooo very much developers of 1.0 and 1.1. Every time I had notifications of updates, the first thing I would check for was a Meritum update. Today I got my wish!
Great, a Must-Buy App

I truly don't know why other people say there are teribble shades of green. Well, there are some shades that aren't the best, aren't the worst! Like, I don't happen to like one of the blue shades! But, wiith this app, it doesn't matter because you have the amazing color chooser. This is an awsome app, I spent yesterday playing this non-stop! I got this app for only 0.99! Even for 1.99 now, it is well worth it!!!!

I discovered the free version through Genius in the App Store. Couldn't wait to buy the app for .99, and it's totally worth the price for the current array of options available (in this, the Pro version). It is missing quite a few features and capabilities that keep me from giving it a perfect five stars: - No way to reset defaults - Still a few UI alignment inconsistencies in the Options panel(s) - No iOS 4 support (high resolution imagery) - No iPad support - No way to skip the splash screenTry the free version and I guarantee you'll want to buy this app even if the price changes. It's just pure awesome to share with others. I do hope the author is reading this review, too - because I'm sure other users would love to see these changes happen.

I love this! The way the paint flows and unfurls is quite hypnotic. It's easy to use and to create beautiful images.You can also import an image from your photo album and use this app.to embellish it. Well done to whoever came up with the concept.

How fun!!! I am keeping the free one and installing the paid one 2. I like the new backgrounds and being able to play with photos on here. I am looking forward to more experimenting. Thanks for making the iPhone fun again.

A very cool, organic and beautiful app. Would've given more stars except every time I try 'Sandbox' mode it just freezes up.(I am on iOS4.0) PLEASE FIX.

It's a great App! But just needs a little more things to be 5 Stars*:•Get rid of the 'Pro' on the icon (Make the Lite version have 'Lite' on it)•More random shape things•Better colour wheel.That's all I'm asking to be put up to 5 Stars :)Edit: Have you seen how bad the images come out once you save it? Was 4 stars now down to 2.*•Better picture qualityIf you do all the points I've made it will be 5 Stars.

This app is awesome, until I try to use the new options. Then it freezes on a push notice to check the site for more help. It will not respond after this nor will exiting and re-entering work. I have deleted it three times and reinstalled with no luck. Please fix this!!!!!!!
