When an application launches, does not freeze my iPhone, and does something for free, it gets two stars. If it's easy to use add another star. If it actually does the task I wanted it to do, add another. If it does more than what I expected, add another star. Come on people, it's free! Somebody spent days or weeks making this app and getting Apple to post it and they are giving it away. Yes it would be nice to add insurance and taxes and have the entry button on the right hand side. Then I would give it five stars. If I paid for this app, it would get one or two stars, but I didn't. Hope the next version adds the features I mentioned. Keep up the good work and don't let the people who probably wouldn't open a door for you without charging you (the one's writing bad revues) keep you from improving this product until the point you can charge for it.

I'm a mortgage broker and have used this so many times. Specially when out socializing when some always asks how much is this rate going to cost etc. If you're a mortgage broker or IFA this is a must.

This application is very good for close estimates and works well overall. However, since the latest Apple update the application does not work well at all. You cannot scroll the screen while you are imputting values, and the when you finally succeed the calcluations are completely wrong. How about an update to this app so that it not only fix these important bugs but also include a box for taxes.

Great free app with one problem

I use this app a lot, however it is a pain to have to backspace over all the zeros before you enter your figure. Please remove all the zeros from the number fields.

Overall good job. I would like to see an amortization schedule in the next upgrade. Also would like to see an additional field for calulation of additional payments.

Pretty nice. Two suggestions. -remove the zeros automaticaly when numbers are entered. Quite annoying to delete them. -allow comparison between two situations. Good job.
