I have reviewed the negatives of the app, but apparently that was for the first version. The new version solved those problems. The best thing about this calculator is the "easy mode" which allows you to input data if you still haven't figured out the learning curve of operating the calculator. Well worth the money....actually only $1.99. Its cheap, and works just as good as the HPIIB which costs anywhere between $25-$35.

This app works great and performs any function a basic financial calculator can. Well worth the price and exactly what I was looking for. Nice touch with the easy mode as well. It makes the app usuable for anyone even you haven't used a financial calculator previously.

Definately WORTH IT, if u know how to use one. My only complaint is that there is no "help" or directions buttons and I would like more functions.

An AMORT function when you hit the 2nd button would save time when calculating interest and principle payments. I suggested this to the creator and he quickly replied saying it will be added to version 1.3. Easy mode is awesome! Support is excelent, I'd pay much more than .99 for this considering an actual financial calculator costs $35.

I work in finance & being able to do the time value of money for a client in easy mode is much less intimidating than pulling out a financial calculator :)

Excellent financial calculator. Good support too. Dont believe the people complaining about the results. They don't know how to use a financial calculator. Simple to use and powerful. Easy mode is awesome.

The developer is great! Awesome calculator, very cheap, and willing to implement user requests! I'm so glad I bought this. Saved me $30 and it's easier to use than my classmates' calculators!I'm taking a college finance class and everything has been spot on!

I have quit a bit of experience with financial calculators and think this is a good app, especially for the money. Haven't done much testing with accuracy, but everything so far has been correct.

The 1.2 version needed some work, but the 1.3 version is quite good, especially for the price. The graphics are not super polished but the calculator seems to work well - and it does Canadian mortgage calculations (i.e. semi-annual compounding) which few of the other financial calcs do. Looking forward to future updates. Keep up the good work.

No Instructions on how to use

Web link takes you to a You Tube video showing you a few basic steps. However, the video's sound quality was poor, despite increasing the volume, it was difficult to understand. Had to explore several other web sites to explain the buttons some of the buttons on this calculator.

Faulty app

I understand the programmer wrote this app as a hobbie. However, it is faulty and there are no responses to the messages sent to him. While it is pennies on the dollar, apps like this shouldn't be on the Apple Store if these don't pass the more basic use.
