Best mortgage app I could find! I had bought another .99 app that I thought was pretty good until it just stopped working. All my efforts to use it failed and the developer was unresponsive. So I began reviewing all others and decided on iPmt. What a great app, well worth the cost. The only negative is the inability to email the results to clients. Still, it worth buying. I am hopeful the developer will add the email function soon. I strongly reccomend this!

WOW! this is one awesome mortgage calculator! I assume with the change to the FHA MIP in April you'll have an update? Best calc for FHA, VA And Conv. Mortgages. The City data is pretty cool too! Nice work!

Great appVery fast and accurateSo much faster figuring out piti mip/FF on FHA/VA loans than using an HP calculator when I'm away from the officeI wish it had a refi option as well and would be nice to be able to save loan quotes and email or text to my agents or borrowers the results

Excellent app. I have been in the mtg business for over 20 yrs. I tried several of the other mortgage apps available for my iPhone and this is by far the best yet. Easy to use and very accurate. I use it every day. I highly reccomend it.

I wish there was an app like this when I was a Loan Office. It would have saved me so much time. of course there weren't Iphones when I was in the Mortgage industry so I could have used one of those too. Good App!

Just bought this app concerned about price but it does exactly what it says. In today's market when so many people are doing FHA loans on the go it is hard to figure out the mip and this app does it. Good job

This is an awesome MUST HAVE app for every Realtor. The ability to get loan calculations for all three loan programs in one app with accuracy is great. This is just what I have been looking for. Thanks!

Would reccomend for anyone in the real estate industry. Great for when I need to cacluate an accurate payment for a customer but do not have my laptop. I can quickly switch loan types to compare loans for customers while customizing the rates for taxes and insurance.

Was hesitant to spend the money on this but after watching the video tutorials on the website I was sold. I am in the process of buying a home and this app helped me with the payments. I was looking for an estimate and was so surprised to see how accurate these payments actually were. Very helpful!

I've been looking for a mortgage calculator that would distinguish between different loan programs. This dedintely does it well. Would like to see 80/10/10 and 80/15/5 options in a future release. Overall very well done.

You can't save loans and there is no email feature. No way to put in other expenses to get a true dti. The only thing this is good for is to get the mi upfront fee factors.

For the price, I wanted to be able to compare different scenarios. This app is limited to only a few scenarios and does not allow for options such as turning off PMI or calculating with less than the required down payment. for example, I can not calculate interest only payments for 10 years and then calculate what happens when the loan converts to variable at high or low ceilings adding say 2% or 3% etc. for the balance of the 20 years remaining on the loan. Or what happens to the following monthly payments if I were to make principal payments on occasion during the first 10 years of the interest only loan. This is a very common situation and one that users need to address. If the app developer would allow a user to turn on and off the options or over ride the options now locked in, I could raise the rating, but as it is, it is just too limited and not of very much use. There are far better calculators available on line for free.
