I just downloaded this app and it works great. I plugged in the info for the mortgage we got over a year ago and it on the money. Love the AM Schedule. Hate seeing how much we'd pay for the house over 30 years . But since I am a mortgage professional and have been in the business for 13 years, thos app would greatly benefit from having a PMI calculator as FHA is becoming more popular and maybe, if possible, a way to compare different loan products. What about ARM loans? Though in the last year and a half I haven't see many, I'm sure there are a few people who still use them. Great app, if you could add an MI feature and comparison that would make me give it 5 stars! Thanks for the free download, I'll tell my other mortgage iPhone friend users about it!

Downloaded another motgage calculator and it didn't include insurance into the equation. This one has everything I need. Thanks. Nice app.

Very easy to use and is always there to provide a quick loan calculation. The save feature is great too for tracking client loans.

Much better than more expensive apps. The major thing missing is a field for mortgage insurance and considering the volume of FHA loans, an MIP field. Other than that, nice app especially for $.99.

Clean app, simple to use but, needs options for Govt loans including UPMIP calculation and monthly MI factors. Another helpful feature would be option to select between Conventional and Govt with user defined presets I look forward to the next update!

Value for money, very informative. It would be even better if you had the option to add and calculate overpayments on a monthly basis.

Some how I expected the application to let you follow up your current loans, it will be nice if you could enter the payment cycle and the date your loan started, that way you can track how much you own, when you have to pay and when the nightmare ends. I need this upgrade!!!

It's not bad: gets the job done. I have tried several mortgage applications and the only one that seems to do the job for me is Mortgage App.

Not a bad app however the monthly payments should be broken down into capital and interest, payments, as they only show repayment!
