Get this App if you want accurate rates, not just ranges. Click through to a lender and you see exactly the same thing on the lender's site. Slick. Makes the process entirely transparent. No need for personal info is major plus. No one else lets you do that.

I don't know else one should expect from a free app. Obviously I don't agree with 1-2 star reviews. I used this app to get best rates on my refi. It did show all the local banks and who wants big national banks if their rates are not competetive. 4 stars because it does not give 15 yr option.

Simple and straight forward. Allows you to enter loan amount and provides you with current lending rates AND your monthly payment based on the chosen lender's terms. Best of all, you don't have to provide private information.

Loaded program and the first zip I added was for York, PA and no results came up. I tried multiple rates and all resulted nothing. Maybe once more lenders are tied into the app it will work better. Easy to use. Very limited input needed to get results.

I am 20 miles from the mortgagebot headquarters in a major metro area. Did not recognize one lender. There is seriously something wrong with this app. Truly zero stars.

I am a mortgage broker and thought this app would be a good way to keep track of my retail competitors. However, even though it asks your zip code none of the lenders it shows are local. As a real mortgage rate tracker it is worthless. I would think it really is paid advertisements by the lenders it does show as a way to take online applications.
