I played the first one and really enjoyed it, so I was looking forward to the sequel. First, the gameplay is as good as the original, but there are some differences, but good ones (needle and thread instead of a staple gun). Second, the levels are challenging enough to make you want to keep playing. Overall, a great game that is a steal for 0.99$! Get it while you can at this price, it's worth it and for sure will most likely go up in price!

First of all, this game is simply awesome. For me, the controls are smooth as well as the graphics. I do not agree with the other users' complaints on tool difficulties, though. For me, everything went smoothly. The lighter, ointment, etc. I think that the thread was a great replacement for the stapler. It's way more fun compared to the stapler. Although I do agree that the mystery boss is difficult. (I finished it though with 0:02 seconds left on the clock) Overall, I still think this is better than the old version. Thumbs up, Adult Swim!

This game is pretty fun but not even close to the original. The original's gameplay was alot better in my opinion, the graphics were better and the blood looked more realistic even though it was cartoony. I'm not really a fan of the stitching I find it much harder than the staples and the lighter and tongs are very inaccurate. The syringe is alot easier than the corkskrew but I liked the difficulty aspect of the corkscrew because it gave you a rush of really trying to save the patient when they were near death. The chainsaw is also pretty mediocre, very inaccurate and much more difficult to use than the original. Overall it's a decent game with the new characters in all but I really think they shouldve stuck with the old stuff.

If you like the first one, you'll like this one too. All of the controls are generally the same, except for the stapler and needle. Another notable change is that you can upgrade a tool when you finish a level to make it perform better. Also, another problem I had with the game is that some of the level times are ridiculous...My only complaints are that the game doesn't have retina graphics, game center, and only has about 20 levels.I suggest you get the game while it's just $1.

The tools are much easier to use and the upgrade function makes it even better....the surgeries are interesting with some quite challenging...great job, would recommend this to everyonePS: For the pig surgery, use the letters found on the toy to type in the words
