Very humorous too. Having trouble on the final level 3rd file (horrace 2nd time) What is Horrace eating to get all these bugs in him!? xD ZZap. It's very helpful if you use the corkscrew and combine it with the cream stuff to boost the heartrate -hint hint- makes it way easier for any level. Wish I could causterise/heal quicker because I have to go over a wound like 10 times, by the time the patient died of blood loss (with tapeworms especially) Other than that, no complaints, it's awesome and cures my boredom :)

Guys buy this! Its addicting. First day i got it i played for like 6 hours i swear! I had to even charge my ipod.One complaint is the pizza cutter and the corkshot. The cutter isn't so accurate . I'm kinda stuck on a level (one were u take out the timebomb )becuz of it. I know wat to do its just the cutter. Could anyone give me some tips?!?! It cost 5.00 i wish they could of reduced it. I am a girl and i got addicted to amateur surgeon becuz its freakin awesome!

This game is incredibly fun and very long so it is worth the money. Seeing what you are doing with your finger in the way can be difficult and cutting someone along the dotted lines is a buggy process that doesn't always work but those are the only problems with the game. I'd recommend it to anyone with an ipod touch or iphone. Also the price is very cheap compared to other games that aren't even as good.
I could keep writing boring stuff that no one will bother reading or I could just say this: Buy Amateur Surgeon, you won't regret it!

I too cannot get the last secret file. I did all 3 files and unlocked two secret files. The robot and the car thing. Beat them both but can't get the last one. .... Do you have to have a certain score? Someone said u just have to clear all 3 files but that's just not the case, bc someone else is having the same problem as me. ..... Overall this is a great game. I am looking forward to more levels and updates. The fires can be tricky which is annoying. ..... The game should come with better instructions. At least something telling you if you need certain scores. On some of the easiest cases I can't score an A, which makes NO sense bc I finish the case flawless and fast. So they need to explain the scoring process. ...... I highly recomend this game. It has hours and hours of game time and it also has replay value if you want to try for a better score. ..... I do hope they add more case files and fix the bugs. .... Faster loading time would be a major plus. Also if you have to replay the level, then we shouldn't have to deal with two loading times again. Fix that please! ..... If they keep up with updates this will be one of the best games out. Let's hope they don't lag on it. ...... Fires***** I have found that it seems like there has to be a little blood coming out of certain cases in the later files before you can put it out. It's annoying. **** use fire for the leeches **** chainsaw for scorpions. Then shock the big hole they come out of. *** feel free to ask if you get stuck BUT please read through the reviews here bc a lot of people have explained in good detail about certain cases**** Don't be lazy. The answer is most likely already here. I see people still asking the same questions when all they need to do is scroll down and READ... Know what I'm sayin?! ;) Buy the game. But try out the lite version first. If you like the lite, you will love the full IMO ***** let's all ask for faster loading and more updates. More case files PLEASE.

I love this game. The touch feature is the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars. I'm stuck on the caffiene guy in file 2 and it's just bc of the touch feature is not quite 100%. I was stuck on some of the ones I've seen mentioned so I'll try to make these tips short and sweet. 1). The pimp u saw out ribcage w/ chainsaw, remove, then pizza cut rectangle. Put the gold plate in and staple 3 times on the sides evenly spaced. Burn the border and gel it. * u can staple the dot on the "I" in pimp for extra " pimp points" and also each of his nipples. 2)the lady with brain surgery u need to burn the black spots in the empty cavity then you'll be able to put the new piece in *open robots back with the gel. Haven't beaten him yet still I'll watch the reviews and try to answer any other questions. I hope this helps!

I rarely pay for games let alone pay $5 for a game. I also have only written one other review, so bear with me. All that being said, this game us awesome!! I frequently played this game online (for free) so I am used to the general concept and controls. Compared to the online game I think this is actually easier to navigate the insturments with the touch screen. (Also once downloaded you don't bees the Internet to play) Well worth the money for a fun game!

There are tons of people that explain how to beat the pimp and others. Learn to read! GeezAnyways how to beat pimp... again, and bum the robot:Pimp you do everything like a normal surgery but staple his nipples so when you put in the plate you only have to staple the four corners and I believe, the iBtw How dou you difuse bomb??and for the robot first youPut pain goo on the red circlePain goo on the orangey burn marksVacuum all the green dotsFill up the batteries with the green stuff in the vacuum. It's like putting out a fire 'cept you keep your finger over the little hole. This game is a lot of fun. I was a little annoyed at first with the cutting tool (like others, I thought the accuracy requirement was far too high), but realized that using the pizza cutter requires a slow, precise movement. Sliding your finger along the yellow line, even if it covers it perfectly, at too fast a speed, will result in a Missed location. Go slow. As your cutting, you'll notice the yellow blocks disappear. If some still remain, go back up and slowly cut those as well. It use to take me 10-20 tries just to get a cut (and sometimes, I'd just give up in frustration), but now it's one cut everytime! Goodluck.

I was iffy on this cause of people complaining about certain things. First and formost was the complaints that vacuum on fire doesn't work. It does, look in the help and it says you got to vacuum blood up first. I'm still yet to get good at it but I can put out fires with three tries at most. I'll say I'm very happy with this and I think that no app will get the 5 stars that you really want to see when your gonna throw down a couple of bucks for an app. I'll say you won't regret this one. It also runs like a dream, but I do have a 3GS but i'm gonna try it out on a 3G. I'll make a new post today if it doesn't work well on that.Besides, I'll give adult swim a couple of bucks. Keeps 'em on the air.

Ok first the pimp just put staples in the four corners of cube (zoom in 4 accuracy) for bonus put staple on both his nipples and on the I on the gold plate. Ok next the bomb guy in third chapter ok use the x Ray thing and use the pizza cuter and cut them in that order next the pull pins under the wires pull them out slowly ok last almost exactly right of the pins the pannels theyre rectangular , burn them and then your done. Ok the bum bot use the green stuff on the button the when it's open vacume the green stuff then use it on the holes of the batteries after lite the holes on fire u also have to get rid of the scraped with the pain reliever stuff then when it opens a second time staple all the wires the use the electricity with all 4 boxes then the center one then your done. If anyone need help just leave a comment  out 

At first I couldn't figure this game out. I played this game on Adult Swim.com and felt it was a great game to play online. And then I heard it was on the Itunes App store and I was surprised. I bought this game at a time where it was cheap. Since then I really like the game I thought the detection was terrible and I was pissed. I played it yesterday and I was cutting people up. It was a fun yet fustrating. So go get it!

I love this game... Completely addicted but has anyone else have a problem with the vacum tool!! Mine doesn't work it just disappears as soon as I start moving my finger along with the red block, and no I'm mor lifting my finger off the screen co I can still hear the sound LOL!! I have reported the problem so I hope it gets sorted!! Awesome game tho, looking forward to more from the same people x x

For all you people wondering about the bomb: First you have got to clear off all the food. There is 3 kinds of food, the brown stuff, the orange stuff and the yellow stuff. Everything must be gone. Do this with the salad tongs Next you have to cut the wires in order. Determine the order using the etch a sketch and then use the pizza cutter to cut along the line. Next remove the firing pins from the cylindars directly below the wires. Do this using the tongs Lastly,using the lighter, burn the things that say 3A on them. Remember to remove the orange bits of food by the clock. The pimp guy is explained. Just read down into the later reviews. For Horrace/Dwayne you have to chainsaw the centipedes, electrocute the spiders and the termites and the nests which pop up, and chainsaw the king scorpion. *Note: tap on the king scorpion. Do not just hold.*

This game is prolly the funnest game I have for my touch. It's pretty much perfect. Well worth 5 bucks. The only thing that held my last star back is the whole pizza cutter thing, if the cutting was easier and didn't take 10 tries at a time, then this game would be perfect. UPDATE!! I changes my review to five stars because I finally figured out the whole incision tool. To explain this the best I can, what you do is drag your finger over the yellow line, but you can stop, look underneith your finger and make sure the yellow line is no longer visible, take your time and when you have "erased" the last of the yellow line, the cut will open. Do this and you will get A's and that is how I unlocked Bum the robot. And he is a whole other challenge so good luck.

karls heart rate goes up constanly and one it gets to 200 he dies but i could never have enough time until i found this cheat. pnce his heart rate gets to about 190 use the bottle opener and pain away and get his heart rate to over 200 the game is stupid so he doesnt die from it. then if you still dont have enough time once his heart rate gets to about 390 use it. that should help you with karl. to beat junk w/the bomb once you get to the bomb use the etch a sketch look at the order that is 24153 i think and then cut the cord in that order make sure you follow the cord to the correct cutting spot. then pull out the five pins neer the bottom. after that burn the weird things at the bottom right the say like 3 A 3 B and 3 C i finally beat the game

Fun, and varied gameplay. Fairly long playthrough (over 30 operations/stages), but high replay value with fun patients you can revisit to increase your ratings and score. Easy to learn, the controls are intuitive and responsive. There's an in-game FAQ included that will help answer most questions players might come across. This is my favorite game, and I'm at 7 pages of Apps. You should be able to tell the tone of the game by the picture(s), combined with the fact that it comes from [Adult Swim], so don't expect a mature experience. But if you're a fan, you should enjoy the humor. I've loved every minute of it. Fun, fun, fun!!!

I reset my game and system twice and now I have sound. Five stars.
I get so tired of people saying "best game ever," and not stating why. This game is good, however, there are some things that are done wrong. The tools are great the animation is adequate but there needs to be some in game sound. Youtube this game and you will think that there is something wrong with your computer's sound. No, it's just the game. Even though there are options for music and sound fx, I cannot find any in game sound for all the cool instruments. This is definitely a miss and not a hit. No sound ruins the experience unless there is something wrong with my iPhone. I have to say watch the videos on Youtube and see if this is for you. Yes it has all the elements of Trauma Center(tm) but without sound I cannot go above a three star rating (meaning average). Amended at the top.

firstly it's a fun game that has many good points 1- good story(fulfiling) 2- nice graphics( not realistic but funny drawn cartoon, which works well) 3- good control( you have to operate on a few people and you get the hang of it) 4- you know what to do and it it don't tell you again thats your fault for being distracted or not listening. 5) extra SECRET misions which you can only get by completing the game. TIP: the hardest part I found in the game was getting the cutter to be accurate, all you have to do is keep your finger down on the screen and drag it up and down the line untill you get rid of the dotted parts( u will know what I mean when you play. overall it's a good game, worth buying for 59p. BUY NOW

I had the same problem many are having with the game shutting down at the ninth level. It corrected itself when I rebooted my iPhone. Hold the upper on/off button and the round, face button down until the phone goes into reboot. I too am having trouble w/ the vacuum in File 3-Aureola, where I did not have any trouble in earlier levels. It's infuriating and distracts from the fin of game play. Overall, this is an entertaining and engauging game!
