The free version took over 20 minutes on a wifi connection to load, the full version which I bought abt an hour later took almost 40 minutes to load. The wifi connection was a full 3-bars sitting next to my new Netgear Rangemax Duo Wireless N-router. Is it standard to take that long? That aside, the game is stunning and looks magnificent. The controls took a little getting use to as this is the first Role Playing game I have ever bought. My roommate is an Xbox360 hardcore afficienado so I've been around a lot of games in the last 3 years. This is a superb deal and works well. Really enjoying it so far.

After reading some other reviews on this game and on tons of other games filled with control complaints, I begin to feel like a total iPhone gaming wizard because I've never had such problems with controls. Not even in this game. But enough bragging, I just want to say that I like how they did the lite version. It shows me how the gameplay is without giving away too much. Since the full version has 33 levels, each much longer than the free one, it's definitely worth $5 (if not more). It mixes platform adventure with hack n' slash action. The sounds and interactivity really make the whole "village/city" environment feel authentic and realistic. I could see myself buying this in the near future.

This game is AWESOME i never got to get it when it came out on any platform BUT i will be getting the full version tomorrow WOOTi have downloaded and played that many games for my iphone and NONE of them have been THIS GOOD  i love it  the game play is smooth and easy to play; not sure if its in the full version but a sensitivity adjustment for the pad in settings would be great  but i couldnt think of anything else that would make this game any better than it is  it has to be THE BEST GAME on the app store without a doubt  oh and the price drop is even better  going to tell all my friends they have to get it

Exellent ham I can wait until I'm gonna buy full version the graphics are great controls cool I beat the game and nothing wrong I also beat the game I also played this on ps3 ad xbox this is exellent cuz it on app now. Alright alot of ppl need help on the broken bridge ok read this go on the broken bridge and u I under it then walk slide the thingto right then u climb the ladder. There I helped lol.

Most people that have written bad reviews are either jealous because they can't make an iPhone application this good or they complain about this demo being to short. My opinion: One of the best free applications for the iPhone/iTouch. Retards Opinions: This game is too short and has crappy graphics. First off what I would like to say to those of you who think this is too short... IT'S A LITE VERSION!!! It's not supposed to have hours and hours of gameplay. And also if you think the graphics are bad... You have mental issues. What do u expect from a game on a PHONE!!! The graphics aren't going to be as good as an Xbox 360 or PS3!! The graphics are the best I have seen for the iPhone. Number one Application out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Before u get to the last chechpoint of the demo DO NOT go to it it will end the demo. There will be a guy in red by the checkpoint try to jump behind him and if u don't keep trying untill u go on the building he standing on then u could play a mini game by touch his pressure points then after that u could walk around until u see a bridge follow the path beware it might collapse and after u follow the path and jump to the building there will be more guys to kill and there's about 6 more guys u can kill

This is a short demo, and it gives you exactly what a demo should provide. You get to experience the gameplay, graphics and sound that will be experienced in the full version. I am quite impressed by this game. These are the best graphics that I have seen in an iPhone game. It runs very smoothly on my 3Gs. The only reason why I haven't purchased the full version is because I know I'll get hooked, and right now I don't have enough time right now. I can't wait for some free time. :-)

This is a great app. Yes it's too short but it's just a demo to show you the game play and it does that. I think iPhone owners are becoming a bit complacent in this store of late. The price of full apps are ridiculously low compared to other platforms and the game industry for the iPhone is still very much in it's infancy. Support our software and it's developers enjoy the gamws as they come and stop complaining!

Better orb upgrades would be cool

I've really enjoyed playing the free version and am considering buying the real app. I had a lot of fun on the last leg of the first mission and found several ways to cheat the system.
a) bypassing the end of the trial for the rest of the level
b) getting unlimited orbs
You can do a) by run-jumping diagonally on the last platform where the trial ends. If you do so far enough away from the archer, you'll be able to continue playing. You can then proceed to jump over the falling bridges, and make it to the higher platforms. After 2 archers and 4 other guards, you cross a wooden beam and get stuck at a gate. That's it so far for the trial version.
You can do b) by getting a lot of orbs, going to the main menu, hitting the home button, and the the power button. Once you re-start your iphone, you'll keep all your orbs and start back at the beginning of the leg of the mission you were on. That makes it kinda fun for us trial users to get orbs, see the 2 sword and lifebar upgrades. Wish there were more swords or more lifebars or more skills to learn earlier. That would make this adventure way more awesome.

Demo is longer than you think

Good storyline. In the demo where the last checkpoint is, jump horizontally to the left of the checkpoint on the platform (not on the checkpoint). Sneak up behind the guard and grab him to learn to paralyze. Then continue on without checking in and there are several enemies past the platforms you jump to. You can only go as far as the level end for not reaching the checkpoint earlier however it gives you enough blue orbs points so that you can upgrade your weapon.

If you like playing action games...buy it...The best action game on iPod touch/iPhone. I enjoyed playing all 33 levels. (13-1) was the last level.
they have veriety of sequences, which is prettey awesome...excellent graphics and music.
drawbacks:
1) It wont tell you how many levels left
2) sometimes swords wont hit opponents,but still the enemy dies (sound effects are good, though)

To all Reviewers, especially ones writing negative reviews I have one thing to say to you, dont play spoil sport for hard working developers, somebody has put a lot of effort developing something that can be fun for a lot of people. Negative reviews on good applications cause people to stay away and hard working developers will be discouraged from developing innovative applications.
I myself used to be a developer years ago and understand what it takes to build an application. Please keep this in mind before giving someone negative reviews. No matter how bad or good an application is, donot forget somebody spent a lot of time trying to be innovative.
For those of you who think Iam in anyway affiliated to this company, know that I have absolutely no link whatsoever. I just cant stand negative reviews especially when its excellent work and somebody just decides to take out their ire just for they themselves being ignorant of something

Full game is a must buy

The demo is just a small portune of a must buy game. Altho the game fails to mimic the consol game, its fun in its own way. The controls r good, and do not make acctualy seeing the game difficult. Beware! There is no free roam im this version, however, its realy a good game on the itoutch. There is only one flaw in it, the way the camra positioning works, makes some of even the most simple movements a challenge. If u liked the demo, or r even just on the edge, i would recomed the full version, there is much more content in store

This game is kill! Playing the free version kind of reminded me of playing the free version of Star Wars-good, fun game, but way too short. If the free version's purpose was to peak one's interest to purchase the full game, then mission accomplished. The game is fun. The story line is good. The one downside is that you only have one weapon with two functions-but this may be different in the full version. Get the free version and if you don't like it, at least you didn't pay for it, so nothing gained nothing lost.

Thought the gameplay was fun. Speed during the game was good and the controller is not bad but not much of a demo. Very short. It didn't leave me with the feeling that I have to buy the full version. I do have to say that this is the first game that I have seen that uses the Quicktime player for it's cut scenes which are crisp and very cinematic which os why I gave it such a high rating. Could do better on the demo to make me want to buy the full version.

So when you want a lite version of a game and you think it will be to short. And don't bother on getting it you should get this app. It was great and the full version. It's a fun stealth action game with sword battles and stealth kills. There's also great acrobatics to sneak away from the enemies. Gameloft makes the best apps and I think you should make an alien vs predator app. Make that happen gamelof please.

This free version has none of the elements that characterize the original game. Although there are some acrobatics, nowhere in the lite version do you try and hide from a chasing soldier. In addition, you don't even have a hidden blade to assassinate people with, just a sword, which isn't very assassin-like. Still, the graphics are good and its free. I'm sure the paid version has these things, but to not to include the most essential ideas of the game in the lite version is kind of dumb. Get it anyway.
