The Best Game Ever!!

A little high, but my cell bill is higher. This game is great! Ive had it on all my phones before and on my computer for a couple years now. Im so addicted to it! The graphics are wonderful. Better then the computer! Those who complain about the price don't know what they are missing!! Love trying to beat my score each time, well until my boyfriend knocks me off the board. Isnt there rules for that. Makes a great challenge!

This is a terrific game, I've spent hours and hours playing it, can't leave it alone!.......Or, should I say, couldn't. Sorry guys, but what on earth have you done with the music? It wasn't great before, but at least it was fast and lively and went with the game. Since the most recent update something AWFUL has happened to it, and I can't bear to listen to it. I listen to my own music now while playing this game, which I still LOVE, but it doesn't 'do it' for me as well as before. Anyway, enuff moaning, it's a great game, the graphics and sound effect and superb, thank you. HIGHLY recommended.

's All the way This game is a great way to pass the timeThere are people saying it has no point, and they are quite wrong, as it's a mind game. I play it on the train on my way to work to wake me up and get my brain out of sleep mode  I  jammin to my tunes and playing some Bejeweled 2 The replay value is through the roof IMO, there's just something about matching those jewels and hearing them click together I buy games like crazy for my iPhone and iPod Touch and this is by far my favorite. You can't beat the price either so try it out, you'll love it

I had the older version on my 8525 but this one blows that away. If your a fan of this game you wont be dissapointed. There are some who complain of this app crashing but that doesn't mean it will happen to everyone. I haven't had any problems at all. The graphics are insane, the music keeps me involved & the grim reaper voice encourages me to feel proud of my progress when he tells me how well I'm doing. Overall this is great excersize for the brain and an addictive fun way to pass time. WARNING: you may find yourself playing this app while you should be working!!!

Of all the games I've played on any iPod to date, this is by far the most fun. My only gripe is that there seem to bee no sound effects, which were rich and fun in the pc version of this game. How about explosions where your big gems blow up, or electric sizzles when the hypercube takes out other ones? Instead, it's silent except for music. What gives? PLEASE add sound effects. Otherwise... brilliant game.

This game is one of the most addictive games! When you first start playing little do you know that this will grow on you and before you know it you'll be spending hours and days playing it. The action game is excellent. i bought this game about 5 days ago and have been playing it every day for hours, still not sick of it. For 3.99 it's highly recomended, i have played with this more than any other app so far. It's cute, simple, super easy to learn and can get super hard when you move up the levels. Rock solid gameplay, never crashed, and doesnt drain the battery as much as other apps either, very good!

Ok, so I'm 11 now, and my mom has had the iPhone ever since it came out. She had Bejewled 2, and I fell in love with it. We would play it whenever we could. My dad got the I Phone too. (At the same time as my mom, that is). When they both switched to the 3G, I got my dad's phone. I missed Bejewled, so I scraped together money and got an iTunes giftcard! I got bewjewled, and it changed me!!!!!! Long story short.. It's a  from me!

Bejeweled Just Got Better

I had waited to do a review of this game to see if I really liked it over the PC version or, if it was slightly disappointing like the ipod Classic version and after this latest update which added a scoreboard, Stats, Endless Play mode, and the ability to listen to my own music. I would have to say that this is the best version i have seen. I paid $20 dollars for this on the PC so $10 here is a no brainer for a better version.
What makes it the best?...... the controls are perfect on the itouch for this type of game.... yes, fingers are better and faster then using a mouse....

I loved playing Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook but always hated playing on my MacBook Pro mousepad and since I have this game on my iPhone and have always wanted it on the iPhone, Popcap has answered my praire! THANK YOU POPCAP! My only minor complant is that the Blitz mode is a bit laggy but that's probably from too many Facebook users already using it at the same time. But again THANK YOU POPCAP FOR THIS UPDATE!!!! :D

An "evil" game

Why evil? Because I cannot put it down! My wife and I are both hopelessly addicted. Just one... more... round... and then I'll quit... really. I played the first version of this game years ago and liked it then too. #2 adds special gems for matches of four or more and this is a welcome change as there is now more reward for these matches and it adds a new dimension for strategy. But even for those who just want to play without thinking about it the game is great fun and you can pick it up for a few minutes (or hours...) and reap satisfaction when half the gems explode due to an unexpected cascade. The game could do with a few more songs but the ability to play iTunes balances that I suppose. Graphics and sounds are first class. There is an annoying bug where sometimes the game forgets where you left off and your mega score goes bye bye. But if that ever gets fixed God help me for I'll be playing the "endless" mode until my iPhone disintegrates from overuse!

So far, this is the most "expensive" game I have purchased for my iPod touch. It has few peers as to its addictiveness. Why? It's simple. It's a very good game; and I mean REALLY GOOD! I too had reservations based on the iTunes App store price price, but 'come on people, this really, really is a good game! In fact, I have purchased BeJeweled 2 (Deluxe) a total of 3 times. I got it for my PC, Xbox 360 and now for my iPod touch. The other platform versions were more than 10 bucks, but this version (as recently updated) is just as good as the "Deluxe" versions; actually better because of the ability (now) to listen to your own background music.
As an iPod user, I'm not as concerned about the ability to interact with a global High Scores leaderboard because there are many time WiFi access to the Internet is not convenient. Nevetheless, this is the only "Deluxe" feature missing in the current iPhone version. For those users, who want to nitpick, I suppose 4 stars would be somewhat justified.
Bottom line . . . this is a thoroughly well executed and enjoyable game, deserving of entry into the Game Developers Hall of Fame. I too, like someone else mentioned here, can't wait for PopCap to port their award winning PEGGLE(tm) game to the iPhone/iPodtouch as well. PopCap's casual games are generally of the highest quality and deserving of many accolades. Thank you and keep up the great work!!!

Worth Every Penny

The original version of this game was worth every penny, and the update makes it even better. I love this game. There is no better way to amuse yourself for a long stretch of time. My only two "warnings" to potential buyers are positive - this game will use up battery power like crazy (because you will unwittingly play it for hours at a time), and you WILL waste a LOT of time because it's so addictive. Great fun game.

A classic - now at a more reasonable right price

I used to play this game years back and it never gets old! I love it... it's a great way to pass time. Even though I love it I wasn't going to buy it at the high price it was at initially, but now the price has been dropped to 3.99 (AUD) I've downloaded it and have been playing it.
It actually works better on the touch screen than it does with a mouse. It's a great game to play on your daily commute to work!
I still think the price should be dropped to about half again before it will be adopted at it's maximum level and make the best profits for PopCap, but then I have no idea what the current download stats are so what do I know? ;)

Excellent highly polished game.

This is a great game for the iPhone. I'd played Bejeweled on an iPod nano, but the touch interface of the iPhone is just so much easier to use. The game is relatively simplistic in nature, but it's been done so well! Graphics and sounds are high quality, and the gameplay is addictive and challenging. I bought it when they dropped the price to $10 - which was still a little pricey. Now that they've dropped the price to $4, it's a bargain. Get it before it goes back up!

People need to stop writing reviews based on the price. If it's to much money for you to buy give up your iPhone. The game is great. I have no idea how anyone can rate this game a one or two. All the bad things people said about this game are based soley on the price. People complained about no high scores and that you can't listen to music. But u can. Everything is here. If you loved bejeweled, don't let the ten bucks turn you away. It's worth it. Definitely.

Amazing quality and gameplay! Although I love the game (LOVE the game), I dislike the flashy icon with clashing colours. I just looked at the web app version of Bejeweled available for the iPhone, I have instantly fallen in love with it! The torquise gleeming gem is backed up by a suttle purple background... Lovely!! So Pop Cap, would you please consider making a nicer looking icon more like the Web App version.

This new update is just like the game on facebook where you compete with your friends from facebook. Those complaining about losing your scores.....on the 1 minute blitz your scores are always deleted at the end of a week.... That gives you another chance to beat your friends. This is just what this application needed. I think the complainers must not be on Facebook. I highly recommend this game!

Great Game but one minor flaw

After i bought Bejweled 2, i fell immediatly fell in love with the game. However there was one flaw that kept on annoying me, and that was that if ther were no more moves, then your game ended. To me it does not seem like it is fair that just because the computer generated a grid that had no more solutions means that you have to start over again. Maybe the creative creators of this great game could make it that the game would continue on after there were no more combinations to a new screen full of new combinations. Otherwise it is a great game and definatly one to have for all ipod touch owners and iphone users.
