Gameplay is superb. Can't wait to see what features they add in later for updates :-) I liked the original Boggle for PC with the rising stacks - that would be awesome if it appeared here.
Is there a reason it doesn't use the official dictionaries though? Some simple words are missing... QUEER and QUEERS not allowed, but QUEERER was!! A certain male body part was also not accepted - it's a valid word! Let's rally for an uncensored dictionary!

I have an iPod (3rd Gen) running OS 3.1 and the game works fine for me. Very high production values, and comprehensive stat tracking makes this one a winner in my book. The only thing keeping the game from being 5 stars is no option to pass and play a level. You can only do multiplayer by email challenging a friend (lame). Another minor gripe is, I wish you could setup different profiles for the game. I refuse to let my girlfriend play the game because I don't want her to skew my averages (I know, I'm a jerk...)
All that being said, if you enjoy word games, this is right up your alley.
P.S. There are are a ton of people having problems running the game. It worked for me, but you might want to wait for an update before buying the game to make sure it works for you.

I've loved Boggle ever since I was a kid, and have been waiting for an iPod version since the App store came out. SO, I was pretty psyched to unexpectedly see it under the featured Apps. I was a bit worried seeing under the reviews how many people couldn't get it working, but I decided to risk it and am glad to find it working perfectly. I have bought the EA version several times for my cell phones over the years, and can say that I'm impressed by the iPod/iphone version, not at all disappointed.The game looks great - visuals are excellent. Runs smoothly, no lag. Classic Boggle fun! I like how you can see all the possible words when the game ends on one list in alphabetical order, instead of categorizing by word length. The Advanced mode adds a new twist - the first and last letters switch places each time you find a word, so the board is constantly changing; really makes you think about you word choice! I'm a nerd and love all the statistics it keeps track of. The only minor cons: I think it's TOO touch sensitive which can get a little irritating. Also, I don't like how if you enter an incorrect word you have press the X to get rid of it, you can't just start writing another word. Why can't it just auomatically erase or at least let you start a new word automatically? ButI'm just OCD about these kinds of things. One thing I do miss from the cell phone versions is the puzzle/unlimited mode where you have unlimited time to try to find all the words. That was my fave mode! >:o But overall, extremely satisfied with this release! Andddd, the price is very reasonable. The cell phone versions were $4.99 I think? So a pretty good deal IMO

Downloaded to my new iPhone with 3.1, I'm not having any of the problems others mention. New puzzle every time and a dictionary at the end too for improving. Nice graphics, good features, works great.

Excellent game! This app cleverly works around the programming challenge of designing for two players interacting within the same game. Check out the "Statistics" portion of the app; they truly understood the dedicated nerdiness of Boggle devotees.

There are quite a few of these games but as always nothing beats the original! I also bought Scramble but it would tell me I missed out on words that weren't even in the English dictionary!!! Boggle is legit and it shows you get what you pay for! Looks really nice and is easy to play also.

I thought for 3 bux this would be a game I can play for 15 minutes. 3 hours later i cant put it down. I especially love the self score mode. We can now leave our boggle set at home during trips!

Way to go Tricky Software and EA.. another great title!

Great, polished game. Been playing it this morning and it is fabulous! Very addictive and fun! Love the shake for the game board. Tricky always seems to nail the graphics and make smooth, seamless controls. Great work all around!

It Boggles the mind to know that it has taken so long to finally get this app right!

Wondered how this would compare to other word games out there and was pleasently suprised! The basic premise is pretty similar to Scramble, WordFu, and Wurdle, but I'm able to actually CONFIGURE MY PLAY TIME! Take note other games, Hasbro is the original and still the best at making these games. My high score is 48- who can top it? Post in your review!

This game is awesome. You can challenge people. That alone is worth it plus you will up your vocab. If you can't spell then don't buy it!! U will look like a fool. I avg 40+ words in 3min lol

Love the game. I've been playing continously since purchased. If you love puzzles you'll love this. I enjoy the twist they added where you can turn the board. And the shaking of the phone is to cool. Buy it!
