Best Game on Apple Apps

I'm a genuine customer and was moved to write this review because it's the best game I've bought and played. It's highly addictive and took me weeks to complete.The difficulty increases with each level which is why u can't put this game down, It's definitely a 5+ star game. PS in order to get over 10,000 you need to serve the most impatient diners first and leave the older men and Mr Hot Shot waiting at the podium. Took me ages to figure this out but just completed the last level with an expert score of 40,000!

Very addicting... and fun!

Wasn't sure it would be worth the $10 but it totally is! I hope PlayFirst offers more iPhone versions of their games!
It seems people are complaining that this is just a "port", but sometimes it's not about fancy iPhone-esque animations and UI paradigms but about the GAME PLAY. That's the case with Diner Dash. The simple actions of tapping (or tap-and-dragging in the case of seating customers) works perfectly for this fast-paced game. When you don't want to stop playing you know it was worth the $$! I've bought other games that I've only played for a few minutes and gotten bored with.
If you're looking for a fun game that will keep you coming back for more, give Diner Dash a try! (Note that you can go to the Play First web site and play a Flash-based version of the game to get a feel for the action.)

I've always loved playing Diner Dash on my Mac. The iPhone version is everything that is. I dare to even say it's better because I feel I can move faster by pointing and touching than with a mouse. The game is great fun, whether you're waiting for a few minutes or just want to sit down for a while to play a game. I'm fine with paying $10 for this game. Obviously, I wouldn't complain if it were cheaper, but it's well worth a $10 investment! I'd highly reccommend this game.

First I have to say that I am SO SICK of hearing people complain about prices! Either buy the apps or don't. Quit giving good apps bad reviews because you can't afford it or simply won't pay for it. Spend your time and money on creating an app then YOU can give it to everyone for free!!!
Now. I was hesitant to buy this game because I didn't think that it would be fun. OMG!!!...was I wrong!!! This is one of the most addictive and fun games I have ever played! It really puts you in the mind-set of being a restaurant owner/waitress (and I'm a guy) LOL!
This is a perfect game in every way...from seating the customers to cleaning off their tables. It is absolutely perfect, and I can't wait for more amazing games like this.

Mini Dashing Fun

I'm a huge fan of dash-style casual games, so I'm thrilled to find a version available on the iPhone. It is exactly like the computer game, but shrunk to fit your iPhone screen. I was worried that this would make controlling things difficult -- not so! Everything is highlighted much more clearly so that you can be sure you haven't hit the wrong button; and when switching seats, the images expand (much like the iPhone's typing controls) so that you can have finer control over the area. Definitely a favourite.

I took a risk buying this game since I didn't play the desktop version and it's worth it! I've had a lot of fun with the game so far. It's got some stragity to it but it's still fun.On a side note Apple needs to stop people who haven't downloaded an app from commenting on that app. I'm pretty sure this app would have a full 5 stars if it wasn't for the idiots giving it 1 star because they think it should be cheaper. I'd rather have a $10 app that I use often compared to a $1 app I use once, that's the bigger rip off! [/end rant] :)

Never played this game before and seen it was on sale so I decided to buy it and I just love it! Better be on your toes when your playing this game.... it is also VERY addicting as well..... game play is great and graphics as well..... would like different songs for different levels..... with a game like this before you know it many hours could past before you knew it! LOL

This game is great!! Just as fun as the desktop and online versions..! I never thought I would see Flo on a cellphone, but here she is.. What can I say.. I love Flo, and I love my iPhone... so "Flo" plus "iPhone" = "Diner Dash for iPhone" whoo-hoo!! Hours and hours of addictive fun... great time filler, saves your progress, all the same features as the origional.. only complaint is how small the screen is compared to the desktop version.. but we're the ones who wanted a small device.. so.. you win some, you loose some.. Flo is a must have..

Don't listen to these people this game is far from impossible. Challenging yes but that's what makes the game addicting. The key is using different combos of seating people like seating the old guys last and making sure u sont seat too many people at one time. Seating less allows u to spend more time at the podium which results in less lost tables. There is no flaws or anything to fix in the game it is just challenging at times it will keep u playing for hours soo addicting!!! If u love these type of games Youll love this one!! Enjoy!!

I have always loved this game. I was really excited when I saw this in the App store, but I was also really skepticle. I didn't think that it would work all that well. But I bought it anyway. I was really worried that the aspect of touching the table would be off and inaccurate and that I would be quickly frustrated. The exact opposite! The tables are tiny, but the game has such accuracy that it doesn't matter! I absolutely love this game. The only thing that I would change would be to make it easier to get characters to sit in the correct seat for bonuses, but other than that, I am over joyed with this game!

I was a bit skeptical about this game at first, but decided to take a chance on it at the $4.99 sale price. I was glad I did as it's a very polished and well-done game that would have been easily worth it at $10. The graphics are quite good for their particular style, with appopriate music and effects. The game play is varied enough to remain interesting, with a wide variety of different variables such as different customer types. Definitely one of the best games I've yet put on my iPhone and I've purchased a LOT of them.

I'm actually impressed. I think this runs better on my iphone than the flash version does on my laptop. They did a fantastic job porting this game to the iphone. I haven't had any problems with crashing so far, and it's lightning fast. The programmers who worked on porting this game to the iphone clearly put a lot of effort into it. It doesn't feel like a trimmed down version of the original, but a solid game in its own right.

Bought this game today and i must say that the game is very responsive. It has a great UI and great graphics. I have not experienced any problems like crashing, etc. I was eagerly anticiating this game and I glad that it is here. Everything about this game is great . It was not a wasted buy. I wish that other $9.99 games would make their product as stable as 'Playfirst INC" has done before putting it on the app store.

BUY THIS NOW, IT DOES NOT DISSAPPOINT!!!

First of all, I absolutly loved this game my pc, but I think its even better on here. Its faster responce with touching and heres my favorite part, it costs the same amount of money as the pc version!!! In fact this COULD cost more, not that it should but yes its that great. I have been addicted the entire time, i'm playing every chance i get and its actually challenging. I reccommend this game to any and everyone. Great Job PlayFirst!!

Okay I L O V E diner dash I paid £2.99 for it so I must do anyway I was just wondering if it was my lack of gaming skills or something.... But apple, do you want us to pass the levels in this game???Cause not being funny it's really hard!!Not askin for it to be simplified too much, I like the challenge but can it be simplified a bit .... Is that too much to ask (I don't think so) :)Love this game.... Soo addictive and soo worth it lol

This game was more than I expected from an iTouch game. It played at a high speed with multiple things you had to do. I loved the pc version, so i expect something slightly inferior to that because it was for developing tehnology. WRONG! I got frther on this game than I did on the computer, the touch interface is so easy to use, the gameplay is smooth, and the $5 is worth it. I mean, I walked all the way to my nearest Target for an iTunes gift card so i could buy this. And it was well worth my time (and 20,000 calories spent along the way) MUST BUY!!!

I love this game but can't mass trough level 4 of the third restaurant!!! Arg! LOVE this game, gave it five stars. I got it before the holiday special, but it is worth every penny. The interface is very well designed and has great graphics. I like playing this game with my ipod touch better than with the mouse in the PC version. If you don't know if you should buy this app, I recommed going to the playfirst site and give it a try in your computer, if you like it you can decide for yourself if it is worth the money.

I love this challenging game! Much better than computer version. A couple of tips though. Everything is very small. Even if you have small fingers like me, they can still press the wrong things b/c they are so close together and so small. Maybe you can have a zoom, or different pages or something so that I don't keep pressing wrong buttons and losing customers.
Another thing: I bought this app at $7.99 a day before the price cut. If there is any way I can get my $3, let me know. B/c $3 is a lot for iTunes.

Love the game. Could not stop playing until...... There is this level I can't seem to get by. I did stop playing because of it. I can manage to keep everyone happy in line by giving them drinks and having the girl stand in line talking to them which raises there happy meters. Once in a while I will loose one group, but even then I don't come close to the amount I'm supposed to make. Even when I try to sit them on there color spots to earn more. I'm always short $2000 and the goal is $8,000 to advance. Does anyone have advice on what to do?
