Koi Pond meets Doodle Jump in this beautiful high score game from NimbleBit! ** On sale for Dizzypad Awareness Month ** Escape into your own tranquil pond to see how far you can jump your dizzy frog from pad to spinning pad. Skip pads to earn extra flowers and extend your journey. Unlock new frog skins by earning various awards and compete with others through a local high score and multiple online leaderboards. - 15 unlockable frog skins - Plus+ awards and leaderboards - Serene sounds and graphics (including koi and dragonflies) "Nimblebit describes Dizzypad as a cross between Doodle Jump and Koi Pond, but quite frankly it’s much better than both." - App Advice "like with any good game, it's harder than it looks and does a good job keeping you trying for higher score." - Touch Arcade "It's addictive and simple fun, with every missed jump just one tap away from starting over again and that familiar thought that 'this time, I can do it better.'" - TUAW "Overall it is another solid game from NimbleBit. The difficulty curve is just right, the control scheme efficient and the presentation certainly a cut above" - Games Uncovered "Just like Nimblebit’s 9 other games, Dizzypad is as addicting as it gets!" - Appmodo "a fun, well-rounded, casual and visually good-looking gaming experience which is both addictive and at the same time, a joy to play. I really can’t recommend this game enough!" - 148Apps "The combination of strategy, challenge, and fun make this game an instant hit" - No DPad "Dizzypad LOOKS easy but it’s challenging in itself and challenging to put down, it’s that addicting!" - The APPera "Dizzypad is a game with extremely simple mechanics that is fun to play with for hours on end." - GamePro "highly polished, wonderfully simple, and very engaging" - AppSmile

Reviews:
Awesome! By: Groucho & T - Feb 28, 2010 Version: 1.1 You will absolutely love this game. The graphics & animation are cute and very polished. The water & fish swimming around look better than Koi Pond. It's easy to learn...just wait until your frog is pointed at the next lily pad & tap the screen. The pads get smaller & further apart and they spin faster the longer you last. Before long, you'll be addicted to trying to beat your high score. Love it!UPDATE: I love that you can now catch the dragonflies for an extra life. Great update!
A casual gaming masterpiece By: d0nr0551 - Feb 26, 2010 Version: 1.0 Having tried several hundred games on my iPhone, Dizzypad's the first one that left so strong an impression on me that I was compelled to write a review and contribute to the buzz that's sure to build about this game. The game's premise and mechanics could scarcely be simpler. You're a frog in a pond where each lilypad constantly rotates. To travel among them you must time your jump (tap the screen anywhere) to occur when you are facing the pad you wish to jump to.What's amazing is the challenge in doing this is so sneaky that, even after the hundredth time you FAIL and plop into the water, you're incredulous. Each time feels like a fluke, after which you're sure to just pull it together, concentrate a bit, and start an arbitrarily long string of perfect jumps. There is no added complexity like enemies, wind, individual lilypads varying their rotation speed or direction, or obstacles (at least not that I've encountered yet) for you to blame for not making mincemeat of Dizzypad with your finely honed gaming skills and reflexes. Just tap the screen when the frog's nose points at the next pad. I don't how better to describe that feeling this game gives you -- when you *know* that on your next try it will finally click and you'll breeze through it, but that is pure uncut free-base casual gaming addictiveness. There's more of that stuff in Dizzypad than any other iPhone/iPod Touch game I've played. Much respect and gratitude to the dev team.
Ribbit!!! Ribbit!!! (means I like it a lot) By: Monsterfish - 6-Mar-2010 Version: 1.1.1 Easy to pick up and enjoy. Visually pleasing and challenging too. Would be nice if you could give my little frog the ability to eat those pesky dragonflies. All the frog skins are pretty but maybe different frogs could have different abilities - jump higher? jump further? EAT BUGS (maybe add more kinds of bugs) spin in mid air etc? Like Doodle Jump, it's a great app and I'm looking forward to see what else you add to make it even better.
Favorite app so far By: 12tig - Mar 8, 2010 Version: 1.1.1 I've had my iPhone since September and of all the apps I've purchased, this is by far my favorite. It's just as addictive as Doodle Jump, but it also has an element of patience and timing. The frogs are cute and the graphics are wonderful. It's hard enough to present a challenge, but not so hard that it frustrates you - plus, I like having lives that I can save up so one silly mistake doesn't force me to start over. I'd like to see more frogs in the future, but for now I'm hooked.
Best game evver By: Skyblumer - Mar 7, 2010 Version: 1.1.1 I have said this about alot of games, but this one is ssooo much fun. I search the app store for fun apps, and i am soo surprised that this one is not on the top paid apps! If you dont get this app, then you are most definitaly missing out on something great!!! I reccomend this to anyone who is looking for a fun, entertaining, addictive app to play in thier free time. If i were you i would get it. I just dont know how to tell you how fun this is. I would still buy it if it costs 2.99!!!! I give it a !! My high score is 14888 Whats yours?
Addictive! By: 44fjc - Mar 7, 2010 Version: 1.1.1 Updated review. This is the best game in the app store! Anyone who puts less than 5 stars didnt play long enough to get hooked. One question, how do I find out the amount of limetime folwers I have earned?I have all 11 pages full on my iPhone and I rarely find a game that captures my attention. This is a great game, easy to play, tough to master. You have to play for a little while to become addicted but you will once you begin unlocking different frogs.
GET IT NOW! Worth every one of those 99 pennies, and then some! By: im14pinball - Mar 7, 2010 Version: 1.1.1 Was looking at this game when it was $1.99 but was a little leary. Once it dropped to $0.99 I took the plunge. I am glad I did. This game has a unique design and game play. Your a frog on a spinning lilly pad, and you have to tap the screen to jump off your pad onto the next pad. As you progress the pads get farther apart, spin faster, or are smaller sized and harder to hit when jumping. Sometimes there are more than one lilly pad on the screen and if you risk jumping further and skip a closer lilly pad you gain an extra life. It is addicting, challenging and fun at the same time. You want to keep trying to get further and further. Couple suggestions. Add more achievements. It always feels good when I get a plus+ award of some sort. Also add more unlockables, maybe design your own frog or something. I dunno. The key to keeping a sucessful game is to show continuous support and update it with new features. As of now, I highly recommend this game.
Another great one! By: cjsbug - Mar 3, 2010 Version: 1.1 NimbleBit has done it again! Clean presentation and simple controls together with challenging gameplay make for another addictive pick-up-and-play. Love it!
