Hooked!  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™
By: Werner Stromer - Oct 8, 2010
Version: 1.0.0
I certainly can’t be the only one, but I’m hooked on FIFA 11. The graphics are several notches above FIFA 10, and as I get more and more used to the new game play, I’m having a blast! Plus, as a New York Red Bulls fan, it was a nice surprise to see that Mehdi Ballouchy—a very recent trade—is on the club’s roster. There are a few glitches, but none so far that I can’t live with. Thierry Henry’s number, for example, changes from 14 to 18 in some wide shots when he’s on goal but, other than that, I have no real complaints.FIFA 11, just as its predecessor, FIFA World Cup, has earned a spot on the Home page of my iPhone 4. Consider it the Premier League of apps; no regulation with this game!

Amazing - Definitely Worth $5!  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™

Five stars without the added features. I wish it did have manager mode where you can make trades for players, be a pro, etc. This version seems blah--I mean, how many times can you win leagues and cups before it gets boring. Also, no international cups? I want to represent my country. But alas, the game play is phenomenal, so I'm still willing to give it 5 stars. It does lag at times, but overall it delivers awesomeness. Finally a soccer game better than PES! I also just bought RS2011, and was disappointed in that game. This for now is the best soccer game available. Really enjoying it. When buying, remember this: this is a $5 game. Well worth it!

FANTASTIC!!!  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™
By: Amfetamyne - Oct 7, 2010

In a word, this game is a brilliant execution of the console version of FIFA 11. The game-play is very fluid and the controls are excellent. Loving the tap-to-pass feature as well!! And the choices of stadia are excellent, though I have a beef: if EA is going to include the Camp Nou, they really ought have included Santiago Bernabeu as well...Maybe that's in a future update.Overall, this is the new standard-bearer for soccer games on the iPhone.

I'm sick of reading about people complaining that Fifa 2011 is not compatible with their 3G iPhone, are you guys mad they don't make it for your Nintendo 64 too? If you want the new Fifa get an iPhone 4 or stick with playing World Cup 2010, but don't sit here and complain so EA Sports will make an inferior version because your device cannot handle the advanced graphics and I end up playing some pixelated half-blown version of this great game!

Everyone's whining about some lag. It's a large app people, almost 900 megs. Just restart your device after installing and it should run flawlessly. Other than that, the game is amazing for an iPhone game. The graphics are sublime; I'm surprised at how much detail has been put into each different player, especially since we're talking about an iPhone. The controls couldn't be easier and the gameplay is as smooth as anything. Multiplayer hasn't been added yet, but from what I've seen, there's no doubt it's gonna be pretty darn good.I'm impressed with EA. I recommend this game to any football fan.

???  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™

FIFA 10 was so good. All the same teams and players though obviously this one's more up to date. There's more detail in this one in terms of team kits and you can even (gasp) choose which ball you play with. However, the gameplay is annoying. I get that the ball being more erratic is more realistic but the controls are hard to get used to. Should have stayed the same. There's more "skill" moves which is cool but I feel like you have less control over doing arial passing and shooting. The graphics are better but the auto-switching of players makes gameplay so erratic and confusing. You can be moving one player left, the game will auto switch you to controlling another player and you may be moving in a totally different direction. The bottom line is...nice effort on the superficial but the substance is lacking.

Wow, Awesome!!!  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™

Excellent app, FIFA 11 is awesome. The graphics come to life with vivid detail on and off the field. You can now finally choose the ball to play with like rs10 allows. The gameplay is extremely smooth. The 360 degree controls work perfect. The players faces look great up close. Online multiplayer on the way will make this mobile game epic! This is the best soccer game in the app store! Very well done and only $4.99, that's a steal! 5 Stars!!!!!

Well. I bought this game to replace my FIFA 10 and FIFA world cup, but after paying it and waiting for one hour to download the 850MB, I got a nice message saying that the application could not be installed in my IPhone because it was not compatible. I wish EA had, at least, warned us about it.UPDATE: at least now there is a disclaimer saying that is not compatible with IPhone 3G. I'll buy another game like real soccer or PES

EA does it again  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™
By: Drjay81 - 1-Oct-2010
Version: 1.0.0
I just started playing FIFA 11 and it is a incredible game. Great game play and outstanding graphics. For those people giving it 1 star because it doesn't work on devices other then iPhone 4 and 3GS come on think about it. Does nintendo still make new games compatible with the nes or n64 or Sony make new games compatible with the ps1 no they don't because those systems are out dated just like the earlier model iPhones and iPod touches. I do agree they should put a warning in there but it's a bit of common sense considering the earlier devices don't have the power to run a game like this if they did make it compatible with the earlier devices everyone who bought it that has a older device would complain because the game is lagging and crashing on them.

Best game so far!  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™

Wow.. Great game! It took me about 5-6 games to get a feel for the game controls, but once you get a feel for the controls, it's pretty impressive! To be able to fit a game like this onto a iPhone. So many players, stadiums, ball choices. There's a few things missing, but I'm sure an update can fix. I also only notice a little bit of lag from time to time. You just gotta remember how big of a game this is, and that ur playing it on an idevice! Download from a computer an then transfer to your device!

Will be a five when updated..  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™

This is a great soccer game through and through. The graphics are a huge step up from FIFA 10, as are the incredible animations. Retina display is phenomenal, and I love how realistically the ball bounces all over the place. That being said, the slowdown bug definitely needs to he addressed. It's such a pain when you kick a corner and the game slows to a crawl. I think EA will fix that, and if they do the gameplay will be unmatched. Even the commentators don't get boring. Fix that bug EA!

Gameplay is King  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™
By: Harakari - Oct 9, 2010
Version: 1.0.0
Or,at least EA thinks so, as game modes like International Cup or Manager Mode are conspicuously absent. The gameplay is downright amazing, though to their credit. The plays do seem very real, and it's incredibly rewarding to make some beautiful plays. Controls take getting used to, but patience will pay off as you make the plays you see on TV. I do really wish Japan and the J-League were there - when is that going to happen?? Til then, I'm stuck with playing Dortmund in the Bundesliga :)

Amazing game, no comparison  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™
By: Seagoat - Oct 7, 2010
Version: 1.0.0
This is hands down the most console like footy game on iPhone and EA has just jumped miles ahead of the competition here. Not to mention the full licensing of all players names and hundreds of teams. However, this would easily have gotten five stars had it been optimized further to get performance right. It's just too laggy and a major bummer because the gameplay is so sophisticated. I know the crammed a lot data into this app but they still need to make it run smoothly on iPhone 4 otherwise it's worthless since iPhone 4 is the highest end device on the market.

Awesome game  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™
By: RedDevil4Ever - Oct 7, 2010
Version: 1.0.0
This FIFA 11 is better than I expected. The highlights and Pre-match videos look exactly like FIFA on PS2 and the gameplay is phenomenal. Almost like playing it on X-box.However, it's missing some key features. You should have the option of being able to play in rainy, snowy, or overcast conditions instead of just different times of day. Manager mode (not talking about league mode) and Be a Pro mode should also be on there. After all, they had it on FIFA 10.It would be nice if these additions were made in an update but overall the game is great.

This is a game i always look forward to play for,i play the previous Fifa 10 before on the psp, once i see this game on apple, without any hesitation i bought it,and it runs smoothly for my touch 3rd gen without any problem or lag when playin, overall,it lags the multi dimension of what psp offeered to us like:BE A PRO,MANAGER,and lots of hidden stuff but this still a good game worth trying.look forward for more update and additional mode for this game and it will get 5 star rating from me.

A second look...  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™
By: historyvoice - Oct 3, 2010
Version: 1.0.0
Initially, I gave this only two stars based largely on how much I enjoy FIFA 10. Upon further review, FIFA 11 is quickly growing on me. Its graphics are stunning, and its gameplay is much more polished and realistic than its predecessor. The commentary, both play-by-play and color, is outstanding. No lag, crash, or other issues on my 3GS. However, the lack of a manager mode in a soccer game is a notable shortcoming. Give us a worthy update, EA, including more management options to add replay value, along with better sound and crowd effects, and this will become worthy of five stars. For now, at least, it's still easily the cream of the crop of the latest iPhone soccer titles.

Needs manager mode!!!!!!!!!!!  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™
By: Wildwest22 - Oct 3, 2010
Version: 1.0.0
This game would be over the top with manager mode even if EA would add a way to transfer players in the league or cup modes the game would be improved greatly it is just so fun to make a destructive team, play on the hardest Level and try to win. I mean FIFA 10 had it and I thought with each passing year it is supposed to get better so please add manager mode. Other than that the gameplay is amazing, the graphics are great, and everything else about it is awesome!!!!!!!! So please EA, PLEASE add a manager mode. And if anyone who reads this agrees with me write your own review about how much this game needs a manager mode or just a way to trade players!!!!!!!!!!!

Decent Game  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™
By: I love 10S - Oct 3, 2010
Version: 1.0.0
The controls to this game a lot worse than Fifa Ten, the graphics from far away aren't good, and there is no Manager Mode like in Fifa 10. Please EA, make a manager mode in the next update. However, the game flows well and is more realistic than Fifa 10. The graphics up close, such as when the ref gives a card, are astounding!I think it's a good game, but EA could have done a lot better when it came to Manager Mode!

Best soccer game to date...  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™
By: Ludatyk - Oct 3, 2010
Version: 1.0.0
I'm not a huge soccer fan, I enjoy playing the games. I've had pretty much all the soccer games for the iPhone which I feel I have a fair chance of knowing what is the best. I have been a long fan of X2, the current version they have is a joy to play. I can literally play for hours. Unfortunately, this game blows it away. Graphically, controls and just the feel of the game. Although if there are a few flaws with it being slow mind you I have a iPhone 4 and the limited options or modes FIFA has. But with all that said, EA pushed the envelop with this one. iPhone gaming will never be the same...

best soccer game on the iPhone yet!  rating of FIFA 11 by EA SPORTS™
By: la di da - Oct 3, 2010
Version: 1.0.0
everything is great. visuals are on par or even better than that on the psp. player movement and gameplay is as good as that of pes 2010.the only problem I have with this game (even a lack of manager mode does not bug me as much - I just play football manager) is that the game lags and framerate drops to a screeching halt whenever there is a lot of action on the field. I'm already on an iphone 4. this makes it really annoying to play as everything speeds up or slows down all the time.someone please fix this memory leak.
