Great shoot-em-up game!!

I love this game. It’s a great way to kill some time (and bad guys). The controls are simple, you get to shoot monsters and ghosts, and you get a little adrenaline kick from it. I play it every time I get bored and want to waste a few minutes.
There is one down side, the controls. When I REALLY get in to the game, I’m moving my fingers around so fast and hard that they get in the way and I can't see some of the enemy coming at me.
Over all, this game is a must have for the price. I recommend it to any one who likes shooter and monster type games!!

Great update to an already sweet game.
Likes: New/Better perks are way cool, MUCH More Game variety, Much better weapon switching, New weapons are just OK.
Dislikes: Game sometimes crashes with chain gun + lots of enemies, Old scores gone, coin indicator needed, need story mode
Hints:
1. In Castle, stand between coffins for excellent protection.
2. Use Crossbow on Dracula. Takes him down in 4 hits!
Conclusion: BUY IT ALREADY!

This game is pretty fun and addictive. The controls r good, graphics are good and the game is fair. Would be better though if more maps were added and along with that a new song evan though the current one is pretty good. Also try making another iDrackula with a story mode and bosess ( more epic bosses should also be added to this game aswell) overall this game is superb and does things well. TOP 10 APPS :)

This is by far the best game for the itouch. Anyone who talks bad about it is being an idiot. People rate this game low for no reason, they just don't want it to have five stars. Never lagged for me but it crashed once, but it was ok because it paused it for me. Mabey more level in the future? I think to be able to move on to more levels with more guns would definently keep this app number 1 for a long time. This is just the beginning!!! Best app on touch by far!!!!!!!

Game crashes most often when I bring our the chain gun. Please fix as it is getting really frustrating. Also, when I get a call during wave mode and get back to the game, the circle with weapons have disappeared. Including the 'next wave' pentagram. Leaving me unable to go to the next wave. Also the game should have high score tables for the other game modes too. Especially wave mode. All in all, still the best game on iPhone. I'm trying to beat my ore update high score of 700k but it keeps crashing web I have chain gun!

In rush wave mode when Buying the upgrades if you're maxed out on ammo it should let us know by not allowing us to buy it again. Otherwise I'd like to say I have anxiously been waiting for this update and I Am not disappointed! I was a little upset about losing my 100+ omens and 2mil scores but hey now I can try again I guess. New modes and perks and upgrades add such new tactics. I'm having a great time already trying to develope new strategys. Thanks for an awesome game. Keep the updates coming. Don't let a game with such potential stop here like other devs do.

Action packed, fast paced, shoot em' up fun! I've gotten pretty good, my highscore is about 2,200,000 on survival! Anyone else gotten higher? I noticed it maxxes out at 9,999,999 but I think that score is definitelly possible. The developers may want to consider making it a 99,999,999 limit. Also, make more of those special unit types like the strong and fast ones. And add more perks! And make it so the same perk can't appear twice at the same time. And seriously... Who would pick that immortality perk? 20 seconds of life and then instant death? Mind as well call it the "Delayed Suicide" perk.

Upgrades

This game was already good before the update and now its at least 5x better. The new game modes are unbelieveable (with wave adding an element of strategic resource management into an otherwise mindless game), the new perks are great (shotty master FTW), the new weapons are absolutely gorgeous (in both design and power. The chainsaw is nothing but eye candy). My only complaints about this update is that it erased the previous highscores and omens (19m and 107 omens down the drain T.T. not to mention the higher scores that more skilled players have) and the highscores table is now too wide and rather awkward to navigate (which can be easily solved by making individual pages for each table and adding a button to browse through them individually). Other than that, this game is nearly perfect in terms of gameplay and replayability. A wi-fi co-op mode is still lacking but the advent of v1.1 is enough to keep me happy for a long time.

Really great game, introductory price is unbeatable! It's definitely worth more than $0.99! Graphics are good, only problem being awkward 360 degree torso rotation... but really this is just a minor graphical issue that most people will overlook.
My only other minor complaint is the Perk system. Very cool/good concept, but the fact that it is random, can be extremely irritating:
1) Because every 'Perk-level-up' gives you 4 random upgrade options... more often than not you see repeat Perks (not useful). In addition, some of these Perks, are relatively useless... i.e. temporary immortality and new weapon (new weapon simply because there are better long-term Perks available).
2) Because you can get stuck with several of the more useless perks, it somewhat limits the "strategy" potential per game... i.e. there's a much larger "randomness" component - wherein some games you get a string of Perks that have great synergy together (for example health increase, with more weapon damage per point of HP/Lost, greater weapon range: one great strategy is that if you intentionally lose a certain amount of HP with the aforementioned Perks, even your starting weapon becomes really powerful!)
There's been a lot of great suggestions by the community already, it will be interesting to see how this game is updated. The screenshot of the new map looks promising too!

This game is so amazing. One of the most frequently played games on my iphone. Great for just a short play on Rush mode, and pretty casual in other modes. As someone who carefully reads reviews and is very picky about what i'll spend my money on, I can say that without a doubt you NEED this game. I only have to nitpick about the new icon in the new update...not as cool as the previous one. Good job Chillingo! SO worth the money!

Wow, I only play my Iphone when I have nothing else to do, yet I've played this game for hours. Yes, it's great, and it's too good for $0.99. This game would be perfect if there's some sort of permanent bonus as players level or obtain a higher rank. A random permanent perk would be a good idea. That way players will progress as they play and their effort is worth something, and that will keep them playing for sure :). Thank you for making such an awesome game.

I just got this game a week ago cause it was just a buck. And it was amazing!
I've bought several oher games including Asphalt 4 and Hero of Sparta (which are rally good games) but I would have happily paid 7.99 for this game.
...but I only paid 99 cents and it was well worth it. plus the update was free, which seems that because of that, the price was raised, so i was lucky lol.
The ony improvement that could be made to this game would be listening to music while playing it. I would love to listen to some Slipknot or System of a Down while decimating vampires and stuff.
Devs!!! Please make this make compatable with playing your ipod music with it...please!!!!! I'll pay 7 bucks for it lol

I am really fairly impressed with this app. Up until recently i never thought a game could come out for an ipod that i would really consider excellent. I guess i was proven wrong here, though. I bought it about noon a couple days ago... and ended up playing for about three hours without realizing it.
I do agree with other people though, its not perfect.
Suggestions- I really think some sort of a campaign mode would be cool. Like what you have in "survival" is your default weapons. Then from there there is a level mode where you have to reach so many points and upon hitting that you reach a boss- kill him for more guns/upgrades?
I agree with the other guy as well- if you somehow could i think online mode would be an awesome addition.
weapons-5/5 (good enough for me)
lasting fun- 4.5/5 (gets repetitive)
upgrades- 5/5 (i think it hits all the categories)
controls-5/5 (this part surprised me the most. it is amazingly simple to play)
I would recommend anyone to get this game, and to hurry before the update comes out =p
Im looking forward to the update as well, and thinking about trying the producers other games.

This was totally worth the purchase. The perks feature is amazing, really changes the experiance every time. This game eventually get very challanging. The weapons are great. The graphics are great, it reminds me of the original Diablo for PC. The controls are easy to get used to and are not too sensitive.
I would say to add more weapons/maps/monsters but that has already been announced.
My only complaint is that you can't play your music off the iPod application while playing iDracula. The default music is annoying, no offense.
Nevermind, this is a great game. Buy it while it's still a buck.

iDracula is a great game. I got it when it ws $0.99 and it was a steal at that price. I put in atleast 3 to 5 hours in total of gameplay before the update came. Now with all the new still put in the game i'll play it even more. I have noticed on wave attack there is a glitch and I get kicked out of the game. Other than that this game is superb. Even at $2.99 this game is worth it. It's an easy pick up and play game that's a lot of fun. Buy the game now!

Everything about this game is perfect. Only one thing I would suggest is online multiplayer features. High scores won't be enough and this game is the only shooting game I can think of that would be amazing with an online co-op mode. Please consider that and I would gladly pay for a premium version with said features without looking at the price nor reviews. Thank you for another great title and I expect more great games to come. Update 1.1 impressions: I sure wish all games have updates like this one. So much more content, replay value and monsters. Please change the way reinforcements are bought into an accessible menu, would make it easier. Thank you again to my current favourite developer.

Wow, I really love this game, I have recommended it to about 6 people but this definitely deserves first place, amazing price for an amazing game, I thought it would be 4.99 but it's 0.99!!! Keep it at this price guys! New features please-- - story mode? - possibly more characters? - play online with or against people? - ability to summon or place turrets - a map where you can defend a castle or something. But overall, iDracula is an app that everyone should buy.

Amazing little game. This is what all games should be.

This is my first iPhone game review bit I just couldn't help bit give the developers their props. This game is amazing. Great graphics, action packed game play, nice music and animation. It's adictive as heck too! They even came up with an inovative control scheme that makes the whole thing possible. I'm looking forward to see I'd future updates expand the weapon selection. The only thing I don't like about the game is the way you select you weapons. I've died more than I can count trying to switch guns! I can't think of a better way, so I guess they did the best they could. Good for a quick round or extended play sessions.

Hesitated due to some really negative reviews but their all by grumpy gamers that don't have taste. Sure there's no story I'd like one but the game as a result is perfect for the bus in quick runs and it's simple gameplay makes it fun. The nice graphics and musical score are more apparent in the small spaces. All I need now is an online co-op/leaderboard and story. Only problem if battery warning comes up game doesn't pause which leads to instant death otherwise brilliant. bring on the online co-op!!! Story mode should be a vertical scroller or be like smash tv or go on large maps to save people defend bases or collect objects including puzzles as well as a good story, cutscenes and leveling up like in final fantasy. 
