That this app is free is it's biggest selling point. Oh, the app is well designed and works very well, too, but slot machines are a good way to numb your brain...ever watch people playing this in a casino? After a few minutes, they are in a daze. It does not take ANY brain power to play slot machines; at least in the other games, even though it's luck, you still have to think. So, this game is perfect for getting other things off your mind, kill time while waiting in line to go see your proctologist, or divorce lawyer, or any other time to while away. Nicely done, Chris.

I must say that this little app is a charm. My wife and I LOVE Slots and this program makes me miss Vegas that much more. We played for too long and than a friend got into it. Had to smoke while he was playing (must for Vegas) and needless to say had a blast. Sadly you can’t bet real money. I pray that more machine type and play styles will be done soon, and maybe someday we can add a score system that updates so we can see who wins the most! This is WORTH the space on your phone!

Great app cause it's simple and free. Had no problems with. Won a few large winnings but not the big one yet. Have total of $43000 credits so far and only have had it a little over a week. For those ppl who think it doesn't work cause there is no winnings when the reels don't line up slighty it's cause they must be perfectly lined up on the "winnings line" to get anything. It's how the old pokies worked years ago. Continue to play and you will see eventually.

I've bought several other slots apps like Lucky Sevens and Reel Deel Slots, but I think this one beats them both in terms of slickness and simplicity. However, my payouts have been so high and so consistent lately that I wonder if the developer programmed a slight edge in favor of the player...but I guess it's more likely that I've hit a lucky streak! Developer, let me know if my winnings are legitimate or not!! :) Either way, great game.

A realistic looking and sounding slot machine, but unlike the Las Vegas variety this one is free! The artwork/graphics on this are outstanding. Perhaps too much to ask for from a free game, but too bad there aren't at least a couple different slot machine types to choose from... otherwise the replay value is a little low. but so beautiful to look at and watch, regardless.
It wasn't obvious at first glance, but the "Cash Out" button gets you to the settings panel, and flicking the screen to scroll "up" shows you the payout chart normally on top of a real machine.

Nice distraction for the easily entertained....

Excellent graphics and animation (it's shocking to see how nice the machine is rendered). If you're the type that's easily distracted by games that dont require any brainpower, then this is the game for you. If you've played slots before, all you do is click on 'bet' and see what happens....this is even more of a time-waster since you're betting virtual money. It's fun for the first ten minutes, but after that, you'll realize the game is really shallow and wonder why you were playing in the first place.

It's Vegas slots, NOT UK fruit machines!!

I think in the UK we only see UK reviews. For those complaining about hold/nudge options missing, there aren't any on most American slot machines. If you go to Vegas and use a slot in any casino, all you can do is decide how many coins to bet on the line (the bigger the stake, the bigger the win) and hit "Spin". That's it. There's no skill! And the win line doesn't always line up on the real thing. You put up with it because they pay out quite regularly and you get free drinks while gambling. The odd slot machine does have an extra "game" if you get a certain win line, but they are nothing like the UK fruit machines you get in pubs here. The only thing missing from the slots I like in Vegas is the ability to bet multiple lines, and the "plinky plinky" sound effects as the reels spin that add to the whole atmosphere of the casino!! Don't compare it to UK machines. It's pretty much spot on for Vegas. And it's free!

I played this on an old hacked iPhone running 1.2. Firstly the reels do line up when you have a win. They look like they don't but that is because of the gameplay. It just makes it harder to win. When you play it a lot, back then this was about the best game out for the old iPhone, and you start winning then it doesn't take long to get up to the 100,000 credits. A lot of fun for FREE. But I do agree that a feature and/or nudges/hold would make this a lot better. Even if it then became a paid for app.

First, it's free, so you can't go wrong there. Graphics are pretty good. Pays out perfectly - if it paid too much it would be too unrealistic, but if it paid out too little (like a real slot machine) you'd lose all the time. This pays enough so that you can keep making money to see how many credits you can accumulate. Very happy with it.
The sound does work, I had no problems with it.
Possible improvements: Allow users to pull the handle to spin the reels as well as push the spin button. I found out completely by accident that the Cash Out button took you to the options page. Would be nice to have known that.

I really like the look and sound of this app. I think that it was very well done and obviously worth more than the current "FREE" price sticker. One thing I would suggest, just for sheer entertainment value, would be to shift the odds a bit more in the player's favor. I was getting frustrated going round after round and not getting hardly any "little" wins like 2 or 5 credits. That's how real casinos work, they give you just enough "little" wins to keep you going while you blow all of your money over a longer period of time. I could see myself playing this game more if I at least had the illusion of winning on a regular basis.

Give us some incentives to win!

This app has great graphics, no crashing, a fun premise and it's free. That would usually be enough for me, but I quickly realized this app suffers from a big psychological flaw. No incentive to want to win! Who cares that I press a button and I randomly win or lose. I don't get a high from being strategically savvy, since it's random. I don't get pleasure in winning money because it's fake money.
The developers could fix tthis by adding rewards for winning. Something as simple as--once you win $500 you earn a new background color. Or new fruits get added to the slot machine. We need to get some pleasure out of winning, and some goal to strive for.

I love love this app. The graphics & sounds are so realistic that I find myself hitting the "cash out" button sometimes, expecting my itouch to spit out some cash! Well, ok, maybe it's not quite THAT realistic, but pretty close. I really can kinds go into a meditative state just hitting the "spin reels" button and waiting for the result. Plus, no running out of money! Can't believe this app is free!

This app is pretty good, but it could use some fixes...
The "BET ONE" coin count needs to reset after each spin. I pressed "BET ONE", spun, then pressed "BET ONE" again and the Bet became 2. This is not how a real slot machine works. If you want to bet 2 after the spin, you need to press the "BET ONE" button twice.
You should also be able to cancel the counting of the credits instead of having to wait it count. I won a 9000+ coin payout and had to sit there until it finished. On a real machine you can instantly get the credits by making another bet or cashing out.
It would also be nice if you can flip to see the payout chart WHILE it's counting the coins. With the 9000+ payout, I wasn't sure what I got until it was finished counting and then allowed me to flip up to see the chart.
Just some suggestions...nice work otherwise.

This is a truly great slots game. Great sound effects, and very impressive graphics.
If I could make a few suggestions:
I would really love to see an "Odds" preference; where I can adjust the odds of winning from realistic casino conditions, to fantasy conditions. Sometimes I just want to play and win something, just for kicks, but I've gone a whole match without winning anything more than a few bucks.
A final suggestion would be for more skins or more feature games, but thats probably a lot to ask :)

Very fun virtual slot machine. Realistic sound and animation. I finally hit two Triple Golds. The payout total when I hit it took forever :) Now for the updates: -Different types of machines of course -Accelerometer to change machine from portrait to landscape so u can see the entire machine -Actually payout winnings into your virtual wallet. Use your winnings to go to different machines.

Great app, lots of fun with great graphics. The payouts could be loosened some, I have been keeping track of payouts and feel it's rather tight. Not too much fun to spin over 100 times and not have any kind of win, even the lowly single cherry... ;-( Only bug I have noticed is that the payout for a Triple Triple Gold and 1 cherry is 54, it should be 135. Hard to believe it's a free app and for the price I can deal with the downside.

Nice work on the part of the developer. However, it doesn't seem like they have much experience with real slot machines. They should fix the following:
1. Slots have three visible positions for the reels. One is on the line, one is above the line and one is below the line. The Nevada gaming commission states that any symbol touching the line is considered to be 'on the line' for payout. The developers seem to have several positions above and below, and many times the symbols ate touching the line and do not pay out.
2. This is a nit, but slot machines do not use ratchets, so the sound effects are weird. Use a 'clunk' when the reel stops, not a ratchet.
Overall, I like the feel. Make the mods above and this will be a very realistic simulation.
