Great game!

This is a great game, especially for those sniper enthusiest out there. A little bit repetitive but not boring. The added challenge of sniping an enemy while hes holding a hostege is a + as is the sniping of a Crimson Fang (A BIG GROUP OF BAD GUYS) leader named Marcus. The wepons selection is good but i do expect more wepons in the future. I got this game for free but it is still worth every bit of .99 cents. Get It!

I think if I would have paid for this app I would have been dissapointed, but for free I can't complain. Its fun, and this feels more like a real game instead of just a free app. Titling to aim works well (as long as you aren't in a car) and the other controls work well. There are a few things that would make this game better, like adding in more levels, maybe a survival game mode where you just keep shooting enemies until you run out of health, and maybe a button that lets you zoom in more with the scope. In general this is a great app with room for improvement.

Need more missions!!

For an ex-sniper, this game is good, but it lacks the ability to leopard crawl into position where you suposed to be. I can't remember paying for it when I got it. Mine is working from day one and it's just what I needed for the train on long journeys. For those who are complaining about the graphics and speed, stay at your Xbox, Playstation,PC or Mac for online gaming!! LOL to you!!!You can aim much faster dragging the cross hairs than tilting it to the target and get faster response on shooting too. Well done developers!! 5 Stars from me.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about... First off, this game is FREE, it cost you NOTHING, so that immediately gives it points right there. But putting that aside, the graphics are decent, you get to choose between a few differenet weapons, which you actually CAN tell the difference in shooting characteristics between each rifle, and the missions DO progressively get more challenging. Not to mention that as you go along, the developer tries to add in new objectives to change up what you have to do in each level to help reduce repetition. Overall, it adds a lot of content for a free game, which I would highly recommend if you enjoy shooting games of any kind. Worst thing you have to do is delete it!

This game was pretty good. Probably the best iphone/ipod touch sniper game out there. The graphics are great and it actually can be strategic!!!! However, with all apps there are a few bugs and stuff that you want to be changed. I think that there should be different enemies instead of just men. I think that there should be tanks, helicopters, guys on motorcycles or something, and like a boss dude! Also, I don't get why we have all the guns already open to us. They should be locked until we have enough money to buy them. So, that means instead of points being given, I think we should be given money. And after we buy the sniper rifle, we should be able to customize and upgrade it. GREAT APP. OTHERWISE!!!!!!!!

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I've had no trouble with the accelerometer on my 2G iPod Touch. But i guess if you don't have a steady hand then you will have problems. Just like a real sniper would have problems if they couldn’t stay steady. I prefer to play it without the accelerometer on. You just have to remember to hold your breath just before the shot.
All I can say is that those with problems must have a compatibility issue.

You guys need to get over it. A lot of what you call "glitches" are what's called reality in shooting. The further the shot, the smaller the target, the harder it is to hold the crosshairs still. That is the reality of shooting a long-range rifle. You can't hold your breath very long either. You are not supposed to. Just like in reality. This is a good game. I have no problems with it. ( Would like a range indicator, however.) For a person who has never shot a rifle at a long distance target, this is an approximation of what it is like. (In reality it is much harder) If this were easy in real life, then anyone could be a sniper. Some reviewers are speaking from game experience only. Disregard them. (Tip: pull the crosshairs through the target smoothly and fire.)

I have no idea what all the negative reviews are about. I have noticed that several reviews have mentioned the acceleromator as causing problems. I never like using that and disabled it on the options page (note: I did the same thing with the Deer Hunter app which this is comparable to IMO). I have never had a crash, snag, misfire with this app. I like the different rifles and scenarios. It would be great to have more than five missions (each with 3-5 objectives), but for the money it is an incredibly fun game. Thanks for the release. I look forward to the next update.
