This is such a fun game for all ages and is so much better than any of the other games with jump in the title. Pac’n-Jump is a tilt-controlled platformer in which Pac-Man must leap from platform to platform in a vertical ascent. Power pellets can be collected along the way, giving Pac-Man the ability to eat any ghosts he encounters. Luckily if your not up for to much activity and you want something a little more relaxing there are other ways of controlling Pac man besides tilting. I have tried it on my iPod and iPad and both look and play very well. I have been up for hours with this game and it never gets old. The game also features a variety of levels based on classic Namco arcade games, including Rally-X, Galaga, and Dig Dug. I'm really looking forward to future updates with more levels, old school characters and themes and so much more. Great job on this game so please keep it that way!

Pac-Man's take on Doodle Jumping

While clearly a derivative of both Doodle Jump and Mega Jump, I found it pretty enjoyable and somewhat clever.You start off as Pac-Man jumping from platform to platform (ala Doodle Jump) trying to avoid the ghosts floating back and forth on a horizontal plane. Find a power pill, however, not only do you get a bit of an immediate rocket boost up, if you manage to ram into any ghosts while "powered up" you'll get propelled up even further (While not sure if they somehow work the old progressive ghost scoring in here with each successive ghosts hit on a run giving a bigger boost, it might be the case). Also, in a tip of the hat to Mega Jump, you'll enter little stretches without any platforms but just a lot of dots and fruit. Hit a dot to get propelled up a little or a fruit to get a big boost up.What I think is clever is that while only judged by the height you reach before plummeting to your death, these old sources of bonus points in Pac-Man serve as rocket boosters proportional to their old point values.I had only unlocked the Dig-Dug stage beyond the default Pac-Man stage, I liked how went about the unlocking. You can see for each stage the two ways they can be unlocked. The shortcut method of achieving a certain height in the previous stage or the more slow and steady process of reaching a certain career score (combined points from all runs on made any stage). I think this is cool as it allows skilled players to access the later stages quickly but, even pathetic players like myself can eventually unlock all stages without ever getting one of those incredible single run scores normally needed. Also, while play in the Dig-Dug stage is nearly identical, there are some new types of platforms and the enemies have different movement patterns not seen with the first stage's ghosts.

In this awesome new Pac-Man game, you literally doodle jump your way through the Namco universe. Starting out in your own pac-world, you rapidly jump endlessly higher eating power pellets, ghosts, and more while trying not to fall to your death. Higher scores unlock other endless Namco game environments, such as Dig Dug, Galaga, etc, each with its own classic retro music, themes, and enemies. Pac-Man seamlessly jumps his way through each of these other endless game worlds, fighting their respective enemies along the way. Pac-n'-Jump is much more than a doodle jump clone, this is truly a creative Pac-Man game that transcends its own boundaries. Very fun, highly recommended!

iPhone + iPad version in one awesome game! You don't just try to score higher, you try to unlock other Namco games-themed levels. Now, that's what I think these jumping games should be instead of just jumping endlessly and pointlessly. Great job, Namco! Get it while it's still hot and only $0.99!PS: I dumped my copy of Doodle Jump ever since they started bullying other developers. You should too!

Like doodle jump only better in every way. The graphics, sound effects and music are brilliant. A retro fans dream it includes different themes from pac-man, did dug, rally x and galaga all with sound effects and music to match.

Must buy for retro/jumping fans
