Press the Design button and put a chair or table in front of your door, people won't come in but you cooking time will still be going so you can get caught up on cooking if need be. Also to earn more gems just keep making the same food and you work up a ladder of chefs (my silly phrase for it), where after a certain # of cooking the same dish you earn coins or gems, there is 4 levels for each food.

First things first I love this game. It is addictive and a great laugh. Now here are some answers to some problems you have all been stating. 1. If you don't want food to go down overnight put something in front of the door! This will keep people out and stop them eating! 2. You can't access the storage. Go back on to the store where you bought the thing and sure enough the thing you placed in storage is there, go onto the thing you put in storage and it should have a x1 or another multiple however many you put in storage.Hope this helped!Add me: JW199Y

Farm story was really boring so I decided to download city story. I have had it for a few months and I was getting bored of it and I thought that it wasn't worth wasting my time on anything else but......I did and I thank myself for doing it. Great game could do with a small update to have a different button on it's own for storage but except for that it's an exceptional game. One of the best apps I have ever downloaded and the best thing is that..IT'S FREE!!Recommend it for anyone that likes simulation and virtual games. Add me my cafe is chiilispice.

Quick tip everyone...like Cafe world on fb, I usually remove my door on the cafe so it closes it and I can cook and accumulate food, well to do that here simply place an item in front of the door, I use the servers podium, customers can't come in therefore giving u time to cook without running out of food and making your customers angry. Ok because I know the game just came out um happy to know that new things come out every week cause there are sone probs I'll mention.ok here are a few: 1. The storage doesn't work I wish i knew that before I put some stuff in it. 2.You should be able to earn gems but I know you guys need money but make tjem some how earnable. 3. The game closes out for no reason sometimes but not alot but still help me out with that plz. 4.Food takes WAY toong to make like 2 DAYS that is a little bit much so if you can kinda put that down a little that would be nice. 5. Put more food and human interaction into the game because I getbored just watching pol eat the food. But very nice game and I'm happy that every week something new comes out. GOOD GAME guy :) :)

This game is wonderful compared to other games I have experienced it's just that when I accidentally put my stove in storage and wanted to take it back out. So I tapped it expecting it to allow me to place it wherever I want. It didn't work. It only asked me if I wanted to buy another one....So please please read this and update it because I bet there are other ppl too who have the same problem. I really need that stove!!

You get to leave tips at other players restuarants, and make food, invite people, connect to face book!! Give a mini review about nieghbors ! Make a custom made restaurant!!!!The only thing I don't like is that once you spend your gems you don't get any more unless you pay more then $5 for some. A really really great game, got a few problems though!1. Storage isn't active but I know it'll be fixed soon2. Customers disappear when you hit the design button, even after exiting they don't reappear3. I like the wall settings, but the flooring is dreadfully annoying, could we have a setting to place 1 type of tile everywhere? This way we can choose either customized or fully applied, and it won't result in us having to tap everywhere...4. Once we select an item from the design option, could you just keep it there so we don't have to keep selecting over and over. Keep it like city or farm story.

It's a really fun game, and works generally well. I do think there needs to be a wider range of tables/chairs/walls/floors that you can purchase for coins though, as most things cost diamonds. I also think that you should be able to gain coins quicker, or things should cost less, as it's going to take ages to create a large and luxury restaurant. After a few updates though, ths game could become amazing, as it is fairly new, so its worth getting! :)

However, there is one thing that prevents this from being 5 stars. Gems are way too expensive and a lot of decorations and furniture require them. Maybe make them obtainable within the game like brain are obtainable with zombie farm - e.g. After gaining achievements or as prizes in the game? 99.99 bucks for gems is ridiculous. Getting gems within the game would seriously improve it (: but overall, really addictive and fun. Keep it up!

About everytime in this game, 10 minutes in, it'll tell me the connection is out, but it really isn't and it comes back. They could have more a selection of food, but they probably will later on, just because this was just made. This game is fun and can keep you busy for about 5-10 minutes, although it doesn't compare to TeamLava's past two hit games, Farm Story and City Story. Very good game.If you like CafeWorld (facebook app) then you'll love this game, as it has the same setup, and idea.Only problem I noticed:- Game will "loose internet connection" and will have to refresh. This is fustrating because all the times this has happened to me, my Internet connection would have been fine.Things that should be added:- Being able to have windows in your resaurant- Being able to customize your character.Besides all of that 4/5 stars(:

Eg, I had three toasted sandwiches cooking and I go to serve them, then online game pop up thing comes up and only one of then served up and the other two disappeared. And also sometimes when I open game, that same pop up comes up and dishes that are on bench that are being served out, disappear even though it still had like 2000 dishes to be served out. I am running the latest iOS software on an iPhone 4. Minor bugs but are quite annoying.

Ok so I'm like in love with this game however I unlocked to level 9 and hot cupcakes. So I got super excited and went to go cook them and they weren't an option. Ok I'll let it slide. Then I got to level 10 and I unlocked pepperoni pizza and again went to go cook and it wasn't there. Please fix this I'm very upset and WILL delete if next it does the same thing and if I don't get my pizza and cupcakes. Thanks.

As I said in the title if u like cafe world then you will like this, same concept really but not as many options as cafe world, I guess more things will be added, I think the quantity of the food shud last longer tho as I have just cooked burrito's which has over 1000 servings I logged out of the game for 5 mins and when I logged back in all the food had gone, oh well it's still a good game and for those of you who are waiting for the cafe world app this is a good substitute!

After a dodgy start trying to install it from my phone via the app store, I have finally installed it and am enjoying it immensely! Some of the comments that you have unlocked certain food items but are not available to cook is because you have to purchase the correct cooking appliance for that particular food! Puzzled me for a bit I must admit! Hope everyone enjoys it as much as I am! Beats the rubbish on the tv any day! Best of all it's free!
