Superblox is one of the best casual games I´ve played on my ipod touch.The gameplay is really simple, you control a blox and need to find 3 more of the same color. This is a very unique concept which makes the game a gem.There are 3 differents modes that gives the game a lot of replay-value, also there´s openfeint to compete with your highscores.The controls are great you can choose : tiltcontrols or a right or left stick.For 99 cents this is a must have.

This game is awesome! It simple to learn and really addicting. I highly recommend everyone buy this! I cant put it down. The graphics are great and the gameplay is fun. It even has OpenFeint for achievements and leaderboards which is always a plus in any game!EDIT: Update I love the new update with the new enemy! cant wait for more updates in the future!EDIT: Upated review, I love the new update with the curse of the pumpkin. This dev keeps making this game better and better! I love it highly recommend!

I was sceptical of this game at first, mostly due to the tilt controls but it really controls exceptionally well. The game is very well-designed and the gameplay elements are smartly implemented. The graphics are fun and most importantly the game is fun! It has really kept me coming back to it, it's first on my list of pick-up and play games right now. Outstanding work on this game dev!Several updates later this is an even better game than ever and one of the most well-supported apps around. Great game and very dedicated developer. It's easily worth your hard-earned money.

With several modes of play with more on the way, this is a no-brainer!! Challenging at times yet simple concept with adorable graphics, you will love this game if you are into casual games, match 3 types, touch games ( no D pad here! ) and clean games with cute characters you can enjoy, this one will stay on your idevice for a long time.With the added updates, the devs participation with the players, more achievements, and the continued additions, you'll never have a chance to get bored with this one!! Fantastic and worth way more than the asking price!! A true gem!!

What more needs to be said? Gameplay is simple yet fun, and the multiple game modes add a lot of variety and replayability to the game. The tilt controls work super well. The developers literally work day and night to bring out constant updates after updates. Out of all the apps I have, this game definitely gets the most updates. The game overall is super polished, very enjoyable, and highly recommended!

I don't know what it is (actually, I do), but this game is a blast to play.It can be relaxing or intense depending on the game mode you choose.Either way, I can guarantee you that it's fun and original.Use your tilt controls to make a box our of 4 squares, use some powerups to ramp up your score and poof, you have one heck of a game. It sounds so simple, and it is, but will be difficult at the same time to rack up high scores. Definitely worth checking out!Add some achievements and this game is rather addictive!

UPDATE: I'm glad to see Superblox is constantly evolving with new updates. The most recent update only activated the 'Challenges' feature in Open Feint and added an achievement, but it shows the developers are still working on making already great game even better. I can't wait to see what they have in store for their next release!Superblox has everything a good iPhone game needs- an original idea, great graphics, intuitive controls, fun gameplay, and the ability to be played in bite-sized sessions. The game is similar to games like 'Tilt to Live', but adds a nice puzzle-match flavor to the genre. The playing field is also much bigger than that of Tilt to Live, which makes sliding your player around more addicting, and less confined. The graphics in the game are outstanding as well, the colorful blocks and power-ups go well with the beautifully crafted night-themed backgrounds. As far as controls go, the game plays like most of its kind do, you tilt the device to slide the block character you control around. There is one small thing I really admire about Superblox's controls, there is a one-tap calibrate button in the bottom right-hand corner. The game even auto-calibrates before each game session, so the controls never miss a beat. The gameplay is simple, yet fun and exciting. You slide your block around, matching 4 blocks of the same kind to build a larger block. After this, the block explodes and you gain points. There are also rewarding power-ups to collect and deathly monsters you need to watch out for along the way. The power-ups give a thrilling feeling of satisfaction. Whether you’re slicing enemies with your rapid spinning block or sucking up everything in your path as a black hole, you can’t help but feel powerful and victorious. The sounds and spot-on graphics are what bring this unique experience to such a simple game. There are also three game modes: “Sudden Death”, “Beat the Clock”, and “NY Minute”. With the latter two, it is easy to play in bite-sized, 1-3 minute games. Casual gamers will probably prefer these modes. The first mode’s play time depends strictly on how well you play, as you are not limited to a certain amount of time. “Sudden Death” gets more intense as you play longer, which will appeal to many hardcore gamers. Whatever mode you play and kind of gamer you are, you will find it difficult not to love this colorful tilt-match game. Its replay value is infinite, it has three unique game modes, and its only 99¢. Superblox is easy to pick up and play, but simultaneously immensely challenging and fun! The graphics are terrific and cute. You have 6 different faced "bloxes" to play with. Tilt maneuver your way around obstacles to join 4 bloxes into one massive blox. Along the way you get to gather power-ups to fight against time and enemies. Tilt control is easy and smooth. You have 3 game modes to choose from: Beat the Clock, in which you collect clock power-ups to extend your gameplay time; NY Minute, in which you make as many big bloxes as you can within a minute; and Sudden Death, where you're not limited by time but the deathly touch of your enemies. All in, Superblox has an addictive mix of gameplay elements with excellent replay value. And now you can challenge your friends!

This game will keep you coming back for more as Challenger has been introduced. Compete with friends via OF for high scores that will have you craving more. If you enjoy TIlt To Live, and other tilt type games, then don't let this one pass you buy. A must for any collection. Not to mention constant updates that make it that much more better. This one is sure to make top of the charts. Way to go the developer for such a great game!

Superblox is basically a match 4 game but before you decide against it, read on. -It is a tilt based game where one moves bloxes together to form one huge blox. It sounds simple but there are obsticles to avoid. -There are 3 gameplay modes, 'Sudden Death': untimed mode with enemies in the form of mines that end gameplay if you touch them, 'NY Minute': 1 minute for a point fest and 'Beat the Clock': a time limited mode where one can pick up bonuses to extend time.-It has excellent cartoony graphics (just take a look at the screenshots above), the backgrounds are also a work of art.-In game music is perfect, suiting gameplay to a T.-Best deal: it auto saves your game if you exit it accidentally, for an arcade game, this is unique.-Replay value is awesome.-Devs put out splendid updates often.Simply put, get it while it is at 50% off, get it even if it is at full price. This is one addictivly awesome arcade game.

One of my favorite apps and it's so worth it in every way! I for one love games that get away from a lot of touching and taking up the screens real estate not being able to see because your thumbs are in the way! That said is game does implement some of the best accelerometer (tilt) controls of any idevice app! Superblox is a great pick up and play title that anybody can play from kids to adults! It does provide an awesome level of challenge that keeps you coming back for more! Can you grab the high score in time? It's simple, move the Superblox around connecting 4 small blox to make one big block for points. There are also awesome power-ups and enemies that keep things very interesting!The new update is great with the addition of the Rocketmine and the new cheevo! Very addicting!

I was one of the lucky beta testers for this game, and let me tell you: it was great even before final release! It is a very simple game to pick up, but a challenge to advance through the different game types. I think my favorite is still sudden death mode. All I can say is that the devs did a great job releasing a rock solid app that did not crash on me once even during beta, which is not something I can say for some other dev's so called release versions. Anyway, I suggest anyone interested to buy the game. It's a solid performer and looks really nice on the retina screen on my iPhone 4.

Superblox is simply a great game that's a lot of fun and really hard to put down. It will definitely give your reflexes a good workout. It's got 3 game modes "Sudden Death, NY Minute & Beat the Clock" it's got a nice soundtrack and is full ofbright colors and just amazing graphics. It truly is one that you won't get tired of playing...it will keep you coming back, so that you can try and beat your last high score. I truly have not seen anything like this at the App Store. It's definitely worth the small cost and one game you'll want to keep on your iPhone or iPod all of the time...

I got this game off a promotion and i love it. its really simple. the screen shots do not give it justice. the gameplay is new and fresh, while the motion controls actually contribute something to the game. it is truely unique, and if you have a dollar to spare, you should buy this and support the creator. this game is one of the most addicting on the appstore, it is a must buy for casual gamers, with a little time on their hands. easy 5 stars. hope you make more games like this, Josh

I don't usually write reviews for applications, but this one deserves your dollar. Hell, this one deserves your FIVE dollars. SuperBlox is an excellent example of dedication to a craft. It's polished, fun, and sounds STUPENDOUS. There are three locations, three modes, and three tracks. And OMG the soundtrack is delectable, ranging from brooding to jazzy to suspenseful.I love this application and am sure you will, too, if you haven't already took the cheap plunge.Simply fantastic and only after 5 minutes of playing in my top 5 gaming apps of all time. And I've been playing games on my iPhone since the app store's inception...As far as gameplay, just look at the game's description. Everything written therein is the truth, and nothing but. Forget 5 stars, this game is the whole damn galaxy.

I rarely write reviews for apps, but I picked this up the other day and have not put this down. Great tilt controls if not the best on the iPhone/Touch. The difficulty ramps up perfectly and the graphics are very polished. This game is my #1 app on my phone and will stay that way for a long time. The Devs have done a great job and hats off to u, looking forward to what is in store for updates. One more thing BUY IT!! it's worth every penny!!

Superblox - addictive fun

This game is an incredibly fun, addictive game. The support staff is also amazingly helpful. After many hours of play, I had a problem on my iPad (but not on my phone). I was able to beta test the update that will soon be released and now it works perfectly. On my machine it seems to play a little faster now, which is even more fun! In fact, I hate to cut into my playtime to write this review, but wanted to let everyone know how great this game is and how responsive the people at Casual Friday Games are. Thanks for a thoroughly enjoyable game!

What an excellent app. This game is easy to pick up with no annoying storyline to get in the way. It has a variety of game modes, all of which can be played again and again. There are also plenty of contests by the dev to enter and win itunes giftcards! Most importantly it has developers who are dedicated to their app by providing frequent updates. Can't wait for more updates and more apps from this dev! Now with holiday themed updates! Hooray!

The game has been released for a while. But usually I buy games according to its graphics and also gameplay value. So I used to put this game aside. I'm sorry. But here's a chance for me to get a redeem code and play this game. You know, I think I was so stupid in the past. This game is so interesting that I cann't stop playing it. Now it's my favorita one in my iPhone 4. And the latest added snakemine is a very good improvement. I love this game. :DEDIT: This game is one of the most frequently-updated games I have owned. The updates are not mainly to fix bugs instead of adding new features, new levels, new bosses, new achievements, etc. Thus, we can say this game is not bad at all. From the efforts the developers have made, we can see clearly how much value they have lay on the customers. Since iPhone 4 has been released for several months and it has already available in my country. More and more people will use this new device, so the next update should be a retina-display support update. I hope you can do so. :)This game is definitely cursed to be an excellent one. Oh, you cannot againt the fate. ;)
