Я понимаю, что выбора особого нет, когда начинаешь искать тут "Тетрис", но все же игра с каждым обновлением все лучше и краше.
Очень приятно, что разработчики не останавливаются на достигнутом и не придерживаются обычного видения "тетриса".

I really like this game so I feel the need to defend it. I've said it before and I'll say it again. For all the people who complain about crashes, turn off and then on your iPhone. That fixes that on most apps. If you havnt figured that out by now then you aren't too bright!! Look at every review where they actually did that and they always say it worked fine after that! After any update on your phone I suggest restarting it. Some people are just ignorant of that fact, get a crash and write a bad review. Also try not craming your storage space so full that you have no room so it eats up RAM. Too many apps will do that too. Just don't write a bad review just because you don't know jack about your iPhone!

Everybody who gives the games a 1 star review just bc of the price should just calm down and get a job. I've skipped over tetris several times but I actually downloaded it this time and it's a great and intuitive game for the iPhone. Apple should make it to where people can't review games unless they already have them downloaded bc cheapskate bums are flooding these great games with 1 star ratings.

Well worth the $9.99!

I'm not sure what it is with all of the 'overpriced' hype with this app. I wanted a good game and was deciding between this, Super Monkey Ball, and Crash Bandicoot. My decision to buy this was made after considering what my wife might play more on her iPhone. This app takes Tetris to a whole different level, and the gameplay is superb. As the pieces start falling from the top, tap the screen to rotate the pieces. You can then drag the pieces left or right, and if you want to speed up the drop, just flick down with your finger. I'm sure a lot of the negative ratings that this app receives about price are from the ones that don't want to shell out the money to buy it. I'm starting to think that Apple should only allow feedback after you have bought an item, because a lot of great applications are taking hits based solely on their price and most of those are from people that haven't even tried them yet. I hope this helps some of you that may be on the fence about this game.

I love tetris it's been a favorite of mine for years I used to play it on my old phone, tetris is tetris no matter where you play it so I love this game I just wish it still had the old mini games like the how fast you can clear so many lines and the highest score after 3 minutes I love having that variety of games on tetris so please bring them back, you made a hit with the classic why change it? Anyone else that misses those other games in tetris leave feedback Great game

I wasn't sure if I should get the game based on all the mixed reviews, but i'm glad i did. it's a really fun tetris game. if your used to the regular arrows for tetris.. it takes like 5 or so minutes to get used to it but other than that i LOVE the game. i bought it, restarted my ipod, and then played it. it's had no problems whatsoever. Good price, definately worth it. some people are complaining about the "super long intro"... its like what, 5 seconds long?? jeez people have no patience. BUY THIS GAME!!! click yes if you agree :)

Or should I say tap and flicks. This game is Tetris, yes. The concept really doesn't change whether it's on the DS, the PC, the side of an office building, it's the Tetris you know and love.
This version is different in that the challenge comes from moving the pieces and guiding them with your finger. No arrow buttons on the screen, it's all touch action and works well. It gets pretty frantic in the later stages when pieces are flying down. It's not as intuitive as a controller and buttons, but works great for what the touch/iPhone is.
The best feature for me is slamming the pieces down. Nice touch EA!

People who complain about the loading time should talk to the fattest person in their school and ask them how long it takes them to run a lap around a soccer field. They may say they'venever tried it which gets you nowhere. But if they are courageous enough (and didn't die trying) they would say it took a loooooong time. Sooooo if you don't get where I'm going with this you're lucky because I am going to give you the answer. Or am I ok my point is it takes them a long rime and a couple seconds of loading is not going to kill you.

I don't know what you people are talking about! This game is awesome and never crashes and always loads! You people are just stopping people that would enjoy this game to buy it! When it's definatly worth buying! This game never crashed on me and I think it is really awesome and that if you love tetris then you should buy this app x] I have had this game for months & not once did it every crash on me. It is SUPER addicting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got two words for you. LOVE IT

My game has not crashed once so i really dont think that if you are a tetris fan you shouldnt buy this game, its got really good graphics, controls are a bit touchy and sometimes they can be frustrating when it puts the piece in the wrong spot but Its overall a great game and the most played on my iPod Touch. (P.S. If your iPod/Phone is jailbroken or hacked of course its going to crash idiot just obey the freaking law and then you can complain about the bugs on your game and how it crashes !)

most of the reviews are negative because they are describing Tetris when it barely came out in the store for $10 and when it was buggy.
Now its a very good version with..
-INTUITIVE CONTROLS: slide down quickly to slam down the piece, tap anywhere to change its rotation, move the piece with your finger
-COOL GRAPHICS: the colors are vibrant and everything looks polished (also, there is an option to turn ghost pieces on/off)
-NICE SOUND: the music isnt the greatest but u can play your own music
-FUN GAMEPLAY: the game is as fun as ever and there are 15 VERY challenging levels (i'm stuck on level 9; on level 15, the pieces slam SUPER quickly to the ground)
-REASONABLE PRICE: for $5, I consider that a good price for a great game
-NOT BUGGY: now, the game is not buggy (its never frozen on me) and loads pretty fast
*I havent tried the MAGIC MODE because i just like the regular classic Tetris (i've only played Marathon mode)

Well ever since the new patch came out, I haven't had anymore crashing since! The gameplay is slot smoother, faster, and the sound is even better! The only thing I wish EA wouldve done is 1). Make marathon mode unlimited! On the previous Tetris games I had on my old phone, you could get to lvl 15 and stay there and keep playing and get an enormous score such as a score like 2-3 million. Now on this game once you get to lvl 15 and complete so many lines, the games ends, which to me is rather short! And another thing I wish EA implemented on is 2). An Online High Score Ladder, I myself am pretty good at Tetris so I would like to test my skills against other people's high scores! This game would be absolutely perfect with the 2 I've listed but all in all, this is still a great! I'd definately recommend getting it! $10 bucks is alot, for a game but this one is worth it! Maybe later in the future they will add to the game as newer patches come out! Hopefully they will! Other than that, Buy this game!!

This is in my opinion, the best game for iPhone. I always thought of Tetris as an interesting game, but it was far from my favorite. The touch version has catapulted it to one of my favorite games. The touch controls are awesome, easy to get used to, and very responsive. It is very satisfying the way you push the pieces into place with your finger. The game menus and graphics are gorgeous and the graphics are very good for the iPhone. The music is also very catchy, but I was disappointed that the original Tetris music was not included. To those that say you can't turn the music off, you can press the volume down button a few times, or go to the options menu and turn off the music; It's not that hard people. My only complaints are that you can't play your own music, and that in Magic Mode the hammer powerup is way too powerful. I decided that I would no longer use that powerup because it is basically like cheating.
P.S. To those that say the game crashes, that happened to me as well. I just restarted the iPhone (what a novel concept) and it now works perfectly every time. I would now recommend always restarting the iPhone after installing any new apps.

Amazing Gameplay, A Bit Overpriced

I could not believe how easy it is to play the game with just one finger on a touch screen. EA did a great job here. This is a quality game and anyone who loves Tetris will not regret having purchased it. The game, however, is simple in itself and probably did not require millions of dollars to develop, like some of the most advanced games nowadays. It should be priced at $4.99 maybe. EA should create tons of similarly fun and simple games, price them similarly, and make money on scale. EA should not drop prices so much that it would make it hard for small, independent developers to compete and make a living.

Worth the money

I was playing "Tris" (a free game available before it got pulled from the store) for quite a while, and when I saw the bone-a-fide Tetris appear, I wasn't going to spend my money. But, the Tris game, while very good, was a little... well... boring. So I bought this. I have to say, I'm quite happy with it. First and foremost, the sounds are great... and in STEREO if you wear headphones or other stereo output device. The music you hear while you play the game is upbeat and very good quality, and that alone makes it worth the 8 bucks to me. In addition to that, the added features during game play plus the excellent graphics make for a very interesting and worthwhile game. If you're at all on the fence with this one, my advice is get it. You won't be sorry.

When I saw TETRIS for the iPhone, I had my doubts. There are many bad overpriced ports of great games in the store (I'm looking at you, SEGA!). However, this is not one of them. You can tell that EA spent much time on this game. The graphics are sharp and and beautiful, the music is pleasant, and though the controls are done surprisingly well. I'm not able to react as quickly as I can with a d-pad, but I'm still getting used to the controls. My only real complaint is the lack of game modes -there's only two. Nonetheless, if you love TETRIS, you really should buy this game!

i always loved tetris. i would play it every chance i get. this game met my standards and went beyond. the tip of restarting your iPhone/iPod before playing does a great benefit. the gameplay doesnt lag. controls are simple. and you can listen to your own music. thats a big bonus. in other tetris games the blocks would stop and stick on concact with another block. this app has the ability for you to shift and manuver after contact. very crucial for those tight spots. a wonderful game. $10 is a bit too much, but with the sale right now. buy it in a heartbeat.

This app is a solid and easy to play app thanks to its intuitive controls. When I looked at tetris I saw it's low rating and wondered why. When I saw the other reviews I realized that everyone loved the game but hated the price! Don't look at the rating. This is a 5 star game and what I believe to be a 3 star price. While it is overpriced, it is so fun to play that it almost makes up for it. The controls are as follows: (anywhere on screen) -Drag to move tetrominos -Tap on left/right half of screen to rotate left/right -Drag down for soft drop -Flick down for hard drop While sometimes it reads controls wrong, it reads them right 99% of the time. I could see the controls being harder to use than physical buttons on the harder levels but on the easier ones it is much more enjoyable. Magic mode is a very fun addition to this already fun game. !!!!!Plus EA announced wireless multiplayer coming later this year!!!!!! Yay!!!!!

Great Tetris Game

Great game. The control is superb. Graphic is crisp and well animated. Music is very good and nostalgic of the old Tetris tunes. Still... what would be nice is the top 10 ranking for the marathon mode instead of just 1 high score. Magic mode is good but control in magic usage can be difficult at times. Marathon mode, however, is just really fun. Played the game many times and have never crashed so far.
It is very unfair to provide this game with a low ranking just because TRIS was taken away. Please give the ranking for the Tetris game itself and not EA policy. I admit that TRIS is also great, but hey, TRIS did violate intelletual property of Tetris afterall. Maybe what TRIS should do is to change the form of the Tetrimino and the playgame a little so that it is a new game is in its own original format without IP violation.

Ok, I have read through all the mixed reviews, but most of them wern't useful at all. I downloaded the game and I have not problems with it after I did these steps. First, to avoid crashing problems, RESTART the iPhone or iPod touch. You ALWAYS restart after you install an app, espically if the description tells you to which in this case, does. Second, after you restart, turn your volume to mute since the splash screen may be loud. Open Tetris up, then scroll down to options. Change the global volume here to a desired area. Also, (this is optional) you can upload some of the original Tetris songs onto your music library (if your the old school type person). You can start playing the song as you go into Tetris (it lets you play your music as you play). That's it! Have your enjoyable Tetris expirence!
