This game is pretty incredible. You guys are doing an awesome job keeping up with the demands of fans. :)After reading some of the reviews, I agree that...1) Tweaking the sniper class would be cool. 2) The Mortar class needs a re-do, because he is pretty useless right now. Maybe add a larger splash damage range for the shell?3) In Zombie Horde mode ( my favorite), after about 70 points when the difficulty ups by a crap ton, the frame rate / overall game speed drops like a freakin rock. Any possible way to either drag that out to 100 points, or something?Thanks for listening. Keep up the good work. :D

this game is amazing and i can never stop playing it. haha it keeps getting better like everyone else says. i agree that there should be some new units like the flamethrower and such. i also think just a nice touch which would be pretty sick is to have the snipers in gillie suits. not very realistic at the time i think but i'd be really cool. and maybe twink their health up just a tad. and asking to have different time periods right now is a little much. im sure in the future the developers will probably come up with a new version of the game in a different time period. but i also like the idea with vehicles. and if there are vehicles than you would need like a rocket launcher unit. i think id also be cool if you could call in like a supply package or something that gives your units more damage or health. anywho ya this is a great game. soon it should go online! im sure it would boost the ratings and it would become more fun for all of us. great work keep it up!

This game is really awesome. My expectations weren't very high for this game, but when people were saying that this game was really cool. I got this game because so many people recommended it, and I have to agree with them. The graphics are really nice, the controls work very well, and it's really easy to learn. Thunder Game Works also have added OpenFeint into the game, which is really great. There are a lot of achievements, and if you like achieving OpenFeint points, this is a good game for getting them. It's really addictive and fun. Must buy!

Trenches is great; it will stay fresh for a long time.

Most people will read this because they want to know whether or not to buy this game. Well, you probably won't listen when I say BUY THIS GAME! It stays good for a long time. The extended campaign, new modes, and new graphics completely raised this game to a higher standard. I wouldn't reccommend this to hardcore action game fans. I would reccommend this to fans of a strategy genre. Buy it! You won't be dissapointed.

I highly recommend this game. It's awesome. With every update comes a lot of more stuff to enjoy with this app.Some Requests:-Can you make a version of this game in WW2? It would be awesome. You could call it 'Hedges' or something, and make it take place in Normandy during the allied invasion in 1944.As for this game:Some new units would be awesome, such as a flamethrower, rifle grenadiers, tanks, Storm Troopers, etc.Some more features, like maybe some bunkers that we can put men into.Maybe make the maps wider so we can flank the enemy.And give us the option to place as different factions.Keep it Up!

I purchased this at $.99 and it is a steal for the price. I love the difficulty slider, so I always feel I am making progress. The more I play I would be very happy to pay more to access additional campaigns. I'm not overly excited about the prospect of multiplayer, I'd love more weapons, battefields, etc.. Just dreaming! Seriously, a great game. I do not understand the negative reviews??? Tanks? It is WW1! Tanks entered near the end of the war in very crude forms, read some history...

i have been playing this app for about a week and i absolutely love but i realized that hey maybe if there were different troops this could be more fun maybe add a medic or a have the commander actually be purchased i mean every time i play i only get him once in a blue moon and the other side kills me,and maybe add a spotter with the sniper you for better shots. now i love this game but i feel like it has way more that can be done with it like make some of the trenches be upgradeable i.g. make it so you can fortify the trench. as for the zombies thats just to hard i mean i can pile up my troops but that does nothing i haven't gotten far at all with that. now i bet there are plenty of other troop ideas out like a bazooka guy that would be cool, but i just think that we could use more opyions in our arsenal otherwise this game rocks and its a most buy

I know most of you guys will hate this idea. When thundergameworks has made all the versions of trenches they should make a new trenches but modern like today's weapons. They can be sure most of my friend on chat and at school will love it and they will buy it.Trenches is a great game but after u have played alot u are already bored of the same soldiers gins maps. By making thAt they will get 2 times the money and more people will join!!

This game is great, it is simple and easy to get the hang of. a great future update would be maybe world war 2 and mordern warfare but instead of trenches you could do compounds, taking out the enemy with machine guns, rocket launchers and air strikes.it would be also good if there could be more ranks for your soldiers.Also i think the campaign should be a bit longer but that is going to be a future update? cant wait till the updates!!!

I say it is seconed coz I love it but I am bing onised coz rat on the run is just as good but I am good at that this game is so good I woul by it 4 a 5£ get it qick b4 it goes up 2 1£ coz this game is a poper game not a minny game 4 59p omfg this game is worth it allrigt I sacrafsed a galxsy bar but it is so worth it. I've spent a couple hundred quid on apps for my Ipod Touch, and this has to be in my top five of them all, love the game, perfect for the dull moments in life, or when you just fancy killing off a cartoon Nazi horde of zombies. So much potential, I want to see this become the new pocket god, with updates every week or so. <3My suggestions are: Unit Stats - to see how much health the unit has ( health percentage, possibly an option to heal selected unit for X amount of cash, cost more to heal higher rank units?) and to see how many enemy units the selected unit has killed, and when their next rank promotion is. Air Raid Bunkers/ trenches - No artillery damage for units in the Air raid trench/bunker, however, units can't shoot from the said bunker. Field commanders give special abilities to surrounding units - Increased Health bonus, Increased Bullet Damage, Gas Masks ( No damage against Gas Attacks? ), Grenadier (gives Rifleman ability to throw grenades) An extra person with the Sniper - To act as a spotter, which increases the fire rate of the sniper? Spotter doesn't shoot aswell though. Oh, and get this App, definately worth £1.19. :)

Really like the game. The acheivements are well balanced so some are easy but some are hard. I don't understand the trouble people are having with the campaign, I did on hard easy enough. Just keep getting sniper and machine gunners. Issues: not a general advance button, desperately needs it!; more types of troops; a guide book saying how to get field commanders, I get them but i don't know how! Good job on this, keep rolling on the updates!

I give it a million bajillion cateillion stars. I absoluteley love it but I got some good ideas. First make it that a unit like a rifelman squad could have hostiles behind them as well as in front of them. Then make it so that the seiged unit can run out of food and ammo and finally make it so that u van use those bayonets it would be like kebabs with head YUMMY!!!!!!! Please think about it semper Fi also add an American faction

Campaigns not too long but who cares? Theyre makin it longer anyway... Dont listen to da people who say its too hard. I beat the thing my first time playing. Didnt even lose once. So get it.What it needs: -Button to send in all troops-Button to stop all troops-Double tap unit to make it keep walkin instead of havin to do all that line drawing-Hurry up with multiplayer-I dunno... Anything thats cool

Guys, this game of yours is great BUT I'm with everyone else. Needs new units such as:-flamethrowers-tanks (yes the Germans did have tanks at that time, they were metals boxes w/ machine guns sticking out of the side)- air strikes- medics- and an easier campaign And my postscript: THERE WERE NO JETS, HELICOPTERS NUKES OR MINI UZIS LIKE SOME PEOPLE HAVE SUGGESTED TO ADD! The only means of air transport were flying cardboard boxes with wings and a propeller 

Simple, easy to control game. Absolutely hooked! All it needs is more levels and a way to select multiple units. A definate must buy.EDIT:New campaign is too hard, can't get past the counter attack mission, even on easy!EDIT 2:The 3 minute mission is driving me mad. It sais the artillery is out of range, so why the hell do I keep being blown sky high? I'm sure the rest of the campaign is great, but let us get to it! Only 4 stars now, was 5.EDIT 3:Finally complete, on the 23rd try, with a couple of seconds to spare. Should change it from 3 minutes to at least 2 minutes 30 seconds, if not less.EDIT 4:You fix it just after I finish it. Good timing! Thanks for the fix and back to 5 stars.

Although the campain is short, the game is still a blast to pic up and play anytime. This is one of my favorite games for the ipod touch. Looking forward to seeing more from the developers. Best part about it, I had a fever and the only cure was more cowbell. Thanks to trenches I get "Tons and Tons of Cowbell" every time I play! :) lol the 99 cents was worth it after reading "tons and tons of cowbell" as one of the High points.Plus it has freaking zombies, buy this now.

I found myself playing this the most out of all of my apps. It has very nice graphics, sound, and gameplay. Deploying a group of snipers against the enemy is unstoppable. Im hooked. To the developers, I would love to see troops such as grenadier, rocket launcher, sub machine gunner (mp40), spy, attack dog, field commander, a base, turrent laying troops. I mean the list goes on... Just keep it fresh I'd pay for new units. Thanks

You should add more abilities actions and troopsMake it so you can make your own troop groups by taking the price of each troop add it to gather and increes the price by 10% also put the time for all troops togather an half it, so you can have a group of 3 snipers and 1 machine gun and 2 rifle menMore troop types:•Shotgun men•advanced rifle men who can throw gernades, ect.•tanks (on maps without trenches)•demolitionist/constructers who can biuld barriers, destroy barriers, plant/destroy TNTAbility to upgrade:•make snipers shoot further, faster, ect.•make rifle men move faster, be cheaper, ect.•make morters more explocive, ect.•ect.Ability to make troops do charges where they use bayonets, shot guns, knifes, swords, ect.

This game is really cool, it might need an update or they may have to add a few more things later on but you gotta admit that for $.99 this game is worth every penny. I am really looking forward to get the zombie map, or whatever, but I honestly do enjoy playing this game a lot. Great to play during class too . Also, if you guys want to keep the coolness of the game, u should really add stuff like every updat or something like that, I think tanks would be really awesome, and granades too, and like a PEER-2-PEER GAME MODE would make this game go off the chart, work on that. Plz, I hope you guys do read this, I usually don't write them but I hope you guys DO READ IT.....
