Reviews:
Great, recommended! By: RobRichards - Sep 23, 2009 Version: 2.0 This application offers excellent professional (and FREE) advice that helps a large amount of people who may not otherwise be able to get help. There's nothing bad about it, folks!! In some instances the doctor offers quick access to the natural herbs or suppliments on his web site, and for that some other reviews here bash him? Look, if you're so against paying back someone who just helped you, why dont you just go buy the products elsewhere... to some other place that doesn't give a crap about you. Great thinking. You 'haters' are confusing people here so why don't you just step aside and allow more inteligent people to discuss these important issues.
What's the diff ? By: CatSura7 - Aug 31, 2009 Version: 2.0 I don't get it. You go to a doctor who hands you a script for medicine andthat is perfectly fine, but when thisdoc gives you a link to a med, thenhe is a quack ? Dr. T takes no moneyfor suggesting these alternative medshere or on his website. As far as advertising his book, he knows thathe is the specialist and he saves youtime hunting the book down. It is inpaperback and very reasonable. IfDr. Sears writes a baby book, that's cool, but if Dr.T does, then heis money grubbing ? Why the doublestandard ? And please do some research on the dr before you postone star out of pure ignorance, thisonly serves to lower the average to a three, which will make people pass up what well might save them suffering.Don't judge based on whimsy. Get thefacts ! He posted his CV online. It isvery impressive.
Restless Leg Sydrome By: Senior Spanky - Aug 2, 2009 Version: 2.0 TO ARTEMUS49:this condition is not common.. The actual cause of this is UNKNOWN, but there are lots of factors that triggers the condition.. Read about this syndrome and evaluate yourself what triggers your condition then start doing something about it.. One by one..for example if you have some nerve disease(which is one thing that triggers this sydrome) then you can start doing some intervention about it...this app is great.. You'll just have to look deeper and understand your condition..
Comprehensive medicine is what it's all about these days! By: Lauriet807 - Apr 30, 2009 Version: 2.0 I give this application 5 stars because it gives us in laymans terms the bottom line of what a comprehensive medical doctor would tell us. I am a fan of Comprehensive Medicine which is not regular medicine. (It is not just prescription meds.) A comprehensive doc's recommendations may include prescriptions but emphasize 1. Diet. 2. Vitamins and minerals 3. Herbal supplements 4. Amino acid therapy 5. Natural hormone therapy and others. Dr Teitelbaum recommends WHAT WORKS. The reviewers who say just "go see your doc" or "just do an internet search" just don't understand. Most doctors you would see would be clueless about this information bc they get most of their information from drug companies. They would benefit greatly by consulting this application regularly themselves. I've been reading Dr Teitelbaum's books for years. He is not a novice. He has been combining traditional and alternative therapies for 30 years to find WHAT WORKS. He is knowledgeable and current on medical research studies, both traditional and natural. ALL OF THIS is combined in the A-Z chapters in this application! I'm also happy Dr Teitelbaum is continually updating and adding more topics. I find this app to be a Godsend. Thanks!
This app saved me!!! By: s.crystal. - Feb 7, 2009 Version: 1.1 i just installed this app a few days ago, thinking that i would eventually need it in an emergency, and to learn from it too. it helped me learn a lot about diseases and infections...ANYWAYS-Let me tell you my story:today at school in first period, my eyes felt really itchy, so i rubbed them, thinking it was just an ordinary itch. then a few minutes later, my right eye felt weird, as if it were puffy. so i looked in my mirror to check, and it was puffy! then i asked my friend to make sure and she said yes. so i decided not to touch them anymore, and it eventually went away. but by 3rd period, my left eye got really itchy. so i decided not to touch it so it wouldnt get puffy like my other eye. then when i was in 4th period, my friend saw me and said, "woah! what happened? you look like you have a pink eye." so i went to the bathroom to check, and my left eye was blood-shot red!!! then i freaked out and didnt know what to do. i didnt want to go to the nurse, since i didnt have a pass...but thank goodness i had my iTouch with me! i just remembered this app that i installed. so i took it out and searched for "pink eye" and it showed me the same symptoms that i had. i just realized that i had spread it from my right eye to the left. it was weird cuz i didnt have any allergies or was near anything that could've gotten me infected, but it also said that it can happen in really healthy people very often...so then i checked under "treatments" and it said to compress with something cool. so i just rinsed my eye with cold water and my eye felt a lot better. so now im going to the doctor's to have it checked out.THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS APP!!! :]

Great guide By: Tobykeithno1fan - Dec 24, 2008 Version: 1.1 I have been working in the health field for 15 years and am now in the process of getting my N.D. I downloaded this application thinking I will see - but was pleasantly surprised. To be honest so far the advice I have seen would be the same I would usually recommend. Good job! And for free? What more can people ask for? Why the complainers? The people complaining are not health food or supplement people. Go back to your doctors office, drugs, and side effects people if you have a problem with a good old natural self help book.
Wow! By: F. Smith - Dec 11, 2008 Version: 1.0 I wasn't expecting much when I downloaded this free app. I was highly impressed with the information found here. I've been an advocate of natural or alternative meds for years now after 8 years of failed treatment from "leaders" in health care(mayo jax fl) is one example. I turned to natural remedies and got off almost every rx. Never felt, looked, been better in my life. Eat right, workout and do your own research. The drug companys on not on our side.
