You people are retarded  rating of Chipotle Ordering

1. The app works fine. If it crashes that means you either need to restart your phone or get a new one. Never crashed once for me on an iPhone 2g and 3g.2. You don't get how to use it? I don't think it could be much easier. Do you know how to use your contact list? You own an iPhone! If you can't figure this out, you should get another phone.3. How the orders are made has nothing to do with this app's functionality. Your rating should have nothing to do with the employees actions. Also, McDonalds has not owned Chipotle for over 2 years. Let's try to stay up-to-date on our news. Or at least within a year.

The future is now!  rating of Chipotle Ordering

Awesome app! Two very small issues. Amex cards aren't working because they only have 15 digits while all other cards have 16. Dev is expecting 16 thus it gives me a " bad URL" message. I wish the map functionality worked more like google maps (pinch swipe). Not sure if possible. Also why is it that all apps when taking you to the maps don't automatically calculate the route based on your current location? It seems 95% of the time I want to know how to get there now. Awesome app... Thank you chipotle for being a forward thinking company. Not only does your food rock and is healthy for you (albeit not at all in a calorie sense), you also seem to care about the customers experience. Sadly, a rarity these days. Also, apple you have got to fix the review system so that it checks your nickname BEFORE you start writing the review. This is my first review of any app and I'm pissed that I lost the entire review because I didn't pick a unique nickname. I almost didnt rewrite the review because of it. Trust me my first post was much more in depth and WAY funnier. Please fix.

This app is more than good, it's GRRREAT!!!  rating of Chipotle Ordering

It would seem that Chipolte not only has the recipe for the most bomb-diggity burritos ever but the recipe for a pretty damn good app too! It's well designed- ie; simple but not lacking, takes you through it well (from finding a location then building your order and finally paying - don't forget 'FAVORITES' as in you dont have to build up the same order everytime, do it once and your good to go which is great too). Oh, and also, it allows you to create a Chipolte account (necessary) directly through the app if you didn't already have one! And last but most def not least ...it's pretty, oh so pretty, and functional, and greaaaaat! haha

So satisfying!  rating of Chipotle Ordering

I live near a college, so our local Chipotle is usually very crowded. I have ordered twice using this application. By the time I walk the block and a half to the store, my order is ready. There is something pretty satisfying about walking past the line of people waiting to order and simply being handed your order. In and out in less than 5 minutes both times. Because they consider this an online order, I have been called by the store manager after both orders to see if I was happy with my order. They seem to get kick out of hearing that it was an iPhone app order.

I never write reviews for the apps I have downloaded, however I couldn't resist this one!! My sister called me at work today around 6:00pm and told me about the new chipotle app - I downloaded it immediately and began my order. Within minutes I had a confirmation email with the details of my order. I went straight to the register (bypassing the very long line of fellow chipotle lovers - sorry guys!!) and picked up my perfectly put together order and went home to enjoy it! The entire process from start to finish took me less than five minutes!!!! At the end of a long busy day the last thing I want to do is stand in a long line for dinner - thanks for making it fast and easy!!!!! Yummy!!!!!!!!!!!

My favorite app ever!  rating of Chipotle Ordering
By: veggiegal7 - Sep 12, 2009

I am at my local Chipotle at least three times a week. This app has saved me from spending a lot of time in line! People that aren't rating this app are just the disagreeable types. There is nothing wrong with it. You can pick what you want and it shows you which ingredients will cost you more and lets you pick what time to go get your food. If you want additional items not in the app you just ask at the register. My problem is not with the app, but the fact that my Chipotle never has my order ready when I get there! Luckily, they put you at the head of the line because they know they've messed up and I still get out of there fast.

There's an app for that!  rating of Chipotle Ordering

I normally don't write reviews, but this isn't a normal app. First, this app is gorgeous, the GUI is one of the best I have ever seen. Second it works flawlessly, no lagging! Third it's FREE!
I was starving today an decided to give this Chipoltle app a spin. I was skeptical at first, but now I'm amazed!
I had already entered my credit card info and favorite store, so all I did was create my favorite burrito and pressed order. I waited five minutes before walking into the store, and past the line that was out the door because it was noon. I walked right up to the register and told them I had an order for John, they grabbed a bag from the back counter and handed it to me, I also had my college ID and got a free drink!
As I was leaving I was accused of "cutting in line," I pulled out my iPhone and said to the guy "Chipotle for iPhone, there's an app for that!" and then walked away listening to his friends laughing at him! W00t!!!
By the way, for those that can't save a favorite, you need to place an order first, then it will be the first thing you see when you open the app next time!

Chipotle + iPhone = Unicorns & Butterflies  rating of Chipotle Ordering

Uh...I just happen to LOVE Chipotle. Seriously I am a fiend for Chipotle burritos. I use the web page to order all the time...whether just for myself or the whole team at work, nothing beats skipping the lunch-rush and heading straight for the register to pick up my food. So now that there's an iPhone app I just don't know what to say...can't put it into words. I mean...for me this is more of a killer app than the app store itself. Thanks for being so bada$$ Chipotle and thanks so much for giving us an app for that.

Seriously, the people that rated this with only 1 star are waaaaay off! This app is very simple to use! At the end of your order when it asks for your name it also asks for special instructions...if you want extra stuff, tell them there! I have used this app 3 times. All 3 times the tasty goodness was ready at the time it said and exactly how it was ordered! The only thing this app is missing is someone bringing the food out to my car! That option would make this app PERFECT!

Smooth, fast and smart.  rating of Chipotle Ordering

First time using it makes you sign up for an account, but thankfully it is handled within the app rather than kicking you out to the browser. It stores your credit card for fast payment, but not in the phone. This is good if you ever loose your Iphone. Truthfully, this is more than just an app, since it relies on a timely and accurate handling of your order at the Chiptole restaurant. My experience was seamless and they even knew my name when I walked up and cut the line. In all, great service, great app.

Wonderful!!!!  rating of Chipotle Ordering

I love eating at Chipotle. I HATE waiting in line at Chipotle. This app is the very first one of its kind that I have downloaded and actually USED! Wonderful! I ordered exactly what I wanted, paid ahead of time, chose the time I wanted to pick it up, and BAM! My order was ready and waiting for me. I walked past everyone in line and walked out with my food. It worked flawlessly, and the clerk actually showed me the receipt - it showed everything I ordered, including special instructions. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this time saving app! I only wish my favorite Thai restaurant offered an app to pre-order their food ...

Not only is Chipotle the yummiest food ever, but now I dont need to be in front of my desk to order. I can do it while I am on the road from my iphone or on Touch with proper connection of course. This is the reason their restaurants are always full, they keep making it easier for Chipotle Lovers and continue to make the most delicious Soft Tacos and Corn Salsa and Guacamole and lets not forget the delicious chips!

Tasty food with a tap of my phone!  rating of Chipotle Ordering

The interface is both attractive and intuitive and ordering was a breeze. If you don't have an account already from their website, your first order attempt will take a bit of time as you set your account up. You CAN make special requests, but through the Additional Instructions pop-up towards the ending of your checkout. Naming your orders is also convenient for future uses, and for programming orders for other people who you regularly order with. Your experience with the pick-up may, of course, vary based on the competence of your chosen location's staff. Mine have gone very well so far. Also, the warmer my tacos were kept in while they waited for my arrival melted the cheese nicely - bonus! Also, placing an order while you sit on your bus, stuck in traffic, knowing it will be waiting for you when you get there, is wonderfully fun. And the app is free on top of all of that - well done, Chipotle!

Fantastic! Register online though..  rating of Chipotle Ordering

Fabulous! I just walked to the head of a long line and grabbed my already paid-for order. The folks at my local Chipotle initially took a few days to figure out how to prioritize these newfangled online orders- but now they are pretty much flawless. I do however recommend that you set up your online Chipotle acct, password, credit card etc on a regular web browser and avoid the buggy account creation process from within the app. But folks, frankly this is a minor quibble and I give this wonderful app a happy 5 stars!

Great app!!!  rating of Chipotle Ordering

don't blame the app for the stores problems, I ordered paid and picked up , only problem was I missed the spot where I can put a pickup time , luckily it gives you your pick up time . moe's is terrible. qdoba is slightly better. If moe's had an app it would need 30 pages of charges just to get a burritto how you want it, they charged me for sour cream and lettuce. my $5 burrito cost me 8.65 WTF ? then you have to deal with the goofy Seinfeld named food ick

My daily life.  rating of Chipotle Ordering

As a superhero that constantly saves the BURRITO-WORLD, I believe this app is very useful. Whenever I encounter someone in serious need of a burrito, I whip out my handy dandy iPod (hoping for wifi) and click a few buttons and BAM...burrito! In that process, not only have I have I ordered TWO scrumptious burritos, I have included my special instructons: 3 scoops of rice! Mmmmm. Then, I fly down there and skip all of the losers who don't know about this wonderful idea (I get some dirty looks--but only the burrito matters!) After being in the best restaurant in the world, I rush to my hungry person of need, and show them the best thing they'll ever lay their eyes on (and mouth)! Then we sit and enjoy the company of each other & the "mmm-mmm good" burrito! BURRITO GIRL has saved the day!!!!!

Solid app, store needed quicker sync  rating of Chipotle Ordering
By: COBalance - Sep 26, 2009
Version: 2.0.1
I placed an order and then created my profile in the middle and it worked just fine. Ordering was easy and nice to add in special requests at the end. I was told my order would be ready to pick up in a little over 15 minutes. I only live a couple minutes away, but I gave it the full 15 min before I left. I arrived at the store (the original Chipotle) to find a short line. I got excited, thinking I was going to bypass the line. Unfortunately, they had only built 1 of the 2 burritos I ordered and paid for, so I still had to wait behind the two people for my last burrito. Once it was done, it was nice to just grab the bag and go.

App is great, but missing a couple important items...  rating of Chipotle Ordering
By: linedpaper - Aug 30, 2009

This app is great, I love Chipotle and have been waiting for the app ever since it was pulled from the app store previously. I used it for the first time today and wanted to note two items that are missing from the app, preventing me from giving it 5 stars. First there is no way to select a time for a future order, it only allows you to place immediate orders. It also does not tell you how long until your order is going to be ready, but instead requires you check your email to determine when your order will be ready. The other is a menu item not in the app. I ordered a salad, but was given no salad dressing and it was never an option in the app. I guess the only way to add salad dressing to the salad is type it in under special instructions, but it would be nice to have it as an option...

pretty awesome  rating of Chipotle Ordering

i used this for the first time the other day and really like it alot. The food was ready by the time i got there, skipped the line, just grabbed my food and left! pretty sweet!
The only thing that bugs me is that i can't just set my favorites up without ordering them.
And the "naming" of the order is a little odd, when what they should say is "who is this order for?" or something to that effect. I named it "burrito bowl," but what they wanted was "Jason."
otherwise, it's a pretty slick, well-designed, intuitive app that i plan to use often!
thanks, chipotle for finally getting this to us!

Careful when ordering guacamole on veggie orders!  rating of Chipotle Ordering
By: Overcharged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Aug 29, 2009
Version: 2.0
I used this today. Absolutely loved it until I realized I was overcharged. I ordered a veggie bowl but I accidentally selected the $1.75 guacamole option instead of the free one (it is free on a veggie order). I only noticed it now because I saw this past order in my favorites and thought they raised their price. I suggest Chipotle adds a check for veggie orders and make the guac is free. Until they do be careful! Everything else was very well done. Almost perfect app but I guess I ended up "paying" $1,75+ to use it. By the way Apple wiped out my review the first time I wrote it because my selected nickname was already taken. This just isn't my day!!!
