still waiting for the bug to be fixed on this app boxes do not stay closed after ticking of medicine taken making what could be a very useful app totaly useless untill they fix this problem ,i have given up reclosing the boxes as it is a waste of time , please fix this soon i have e-mailed the developers and also reported this several times over the last few months with no results so i guess it will be coming off my itouch very soon

Thy UI is exellent and the database with the pharmacologies lookup is slick. It pulled up my Dr's info from the Apple Contacts easily. I was recently admitted into the emergengy room after a blackout seizure and the nurse was able to use the app to see what meds and when I am supposed to take them and if indeed I had taken them on schedule. She was impressed with it and admitted it helped considerably especially since all my doctors information was right there with it! Nice to have in next release:1. Add a button for "As Needed"2. Ability to schedule Dr. office visits with the integrated Apple calendar app3. Ability to dial Dr's office within app4. Once Apple allows developers to integrate background processes, add an alarm sound/notification pop-up. That would be so beneficial for very busy people and older folks as well!I would gladly pay for this app once these features were added to a later release.Thank you for a great lifestyle app!

I would gladly pay for this app. it appears that alot of work went into it. two suggestions:1. allow entry for different doses on same day. I have to take 15 mg of my hydrocortisone-10mg am & 5 mg pm. I have to do double entry.2. add "evening" to time.

I like this app and think it is easy to use and easy to put info into. This is easier than carrying around a card with my meds hand written out on in my purse in case of an emergency. Only wish they had an "AS NEEDED" button and something for electronic devices. If it got those upgrades I would probable purchase the app.

But, I only Love one thing about it which keeps me using the app-it tells you about each pill, & it has Drs phone #s there. I take  meds so it's important to have very flexible times to take them. Otherwise this app is great 
