I own both the speed bobes abd speed muscles.. They are both equaly nice. It would be nice if you guys could change couple things in the next update... Just like when the hand view pops up, it's nice and detailed. You should make other bony landmarks like that too, ie: elbow joint close up, sternum close up, sacrum close up, knee joint close up.. And then get a little more into details.. Condyles protuberebces, trochanters, tuberosities, fossas, etc...

I'm getting ready for nursing school, so I NEED to know my anatomy! This app makes it really fun to learn, honestly, when you start to play, if you have just a little prior knowledge, you get fought up in the game and don't even know your learning!!! Even if you have no knowledge of bones, 15 minutes playing this game and you will learn a lot!!! Worth much more than a buck! I'm considering buying the makers muscle app :)

Speed Bones, Angiology and Muscles - Great!

I started with Speed Bones (Lite), enjoyed it so much that I upgraded to the full version then added the Muscles and Angiology versions. Very easy to use and I like the quick enlarge feature when playing against the clock. Nice to use just for general knowledge improvement. Being offline, I often use it when killing time waiting for an appt, etc. I've already used new information gleaned from the apps in a couple of quizzes and impressed the team! Pretty addictive.

I have been an MD for 20 yrs. and a Boarded emergency physician for 16.yrs. In that time I have seen a plethora of anatomy quizes. Up until now I have never seen the perfect quiz but I must say this comes as close as you can get. The only thing I would like to see is a method of turning the timer function up or down to allow you to set it at the "speed of your brain"! Otherwise, a great application and a great value - don't just sit there buy it!

I bought this application before starting my msk studies in medical school, as I found the subject to be a bit intimidating and wanted to get acquainted with it before the start. I tried looking at my flashcards, but they got a bit boring after a while and I just wasn't motivated enough. This game provided me with a way more interesting way to learn, as I could see my score improve and try to beat it each time. This game contains, I think, pretty much all we need to learn in terms of bones anatomy. I was suprised to find the small bones in the orbit of the eyes, and the many cranium foramen included. It's really complete, and after playing for just a little while, I'm starting to know the different structures. When we began our courses on the subject, I definitely felt like I had a good headstart.

This new medical bone application is a great way to test your knowledge of the location of where the bones of the body are. As a medical student I use this to help me remember and have fun scoring as many points as possible. The only thing that keeps it from being the highest rating is general correct answers for just tapping in space that is close to the correct area when you might not really know where it is. If a closer look with better detailed point accuracy existed this application would be better than it is. Overall it is a great application for a new lowered price it's just too bad professors don't use it in class...

It's really excellent, and I certainly would tell people to get this app as well as speed muscles. That being said, this lacks some functions that would have gotten it 5 stars from me. For certain regions a zoom function is really necessary...but these apps don't have it. It could just automatically zoom in closer to the region, doesn't much matter if I get the muscle/bone in time, I just want to get it right. If speed muscles had AIO it would be amazing (maker of this app, I would add that or make a new app that has a pic of the muscles and AIO, it would sell like crazy as there isn't one that yet exists (I checked)). There should be a way to turn the timer off. I don't care about my score, I care about getting the bone/muscle name implanted into my brain. Other than that, this app does what it says it does, and for a buck you're getting a sweet deal.

This is hands down my favorite app. At first I was humbled and slightly embarrassd for my high school biology teacher. Then I began paying attention and started learning, and I just couldn't put it down. This is the first app I go to when I have a few spare minutes. It's never boring, continually challenging, and amazinly addictive. It actually is true: it's fun, AND it's good for you!

I absolutely love this app, but what would make it better is the option to just look around the body, no timer, no right or wrong answer. Just to look at regions, point at bones and have the program tell you what the name is.

It is an icredible application for both general knowledge and Univeristy test prep purposes. Everyone loves playing it. Has the creator considered making a similiar application for organs, glands, etc.

This app is awesome, and very much worth the price. A fun and INTERESTING way to learn the bones of the body. It's actually quite addicting. Like the others say, I would love to see a similar version covering muscles!!
