Being a PA in a pediatric surgery specialty renders some interesting findings. This app is intuitive and well organized. I only wish they had made a cpt version as well. Thanks.

It is free, it is definitely useful and an excellent use of the database capability of a hand held device. I would purchase the full version in a qrs (sorry couldn't resist) if search is available. Skyscape makes an icd program for palm, so beat em to the punch.

This is an excellent ICD9 app that is quick to use and allows both organ system and free-text search. I am a family physician and have used this app for the past 10 months and am very pleased.
The improvements I would recommend are found in the paid version so I cannot complain.

Thanks to the developer for allowing us to use the Lite version for free. I would buy the full version immediately if search is added in an update. But without it I'll continue to use my desktop ICD-9 search program.
