Description:
Are you a musician looking for a great, portable metronome? Look no further than your iPhone or iPod touch! This metronome has a lot of great features to make your life easier: - Tap-to-set tempo: You can tap the desired tempo on the screen, and Metronome will automatically adjust to match. - Easily switch between tuples: Having a hard time hitting a triplet? Hit the triplet button and hear the rythm. 8th, 16th, 32th? No problem, switch that mode as well. - Easy to see visual indicator for muted operation: If you find yourself needing a metronome without wanting the audible click, the metronome flashes a shade of red that's easy on the eyes each time the beat hits. - Presets: Have a few common settings you need to switch between? Just save your current metronome settings and you'll be able to easily access them at any point via the presets menu. Metronome comes stocked with several common music speeds to help get you going more quickly. I take pride in the applications I write, and if you have any requests, don't hesitate to contact me with them.

Reviews:
Best metronome in the app store! By: virtuoso06 - Aug 10, 2008 Version: 1.0 This is by far the beat metronome yet on the app store. Works like a charm! Thanks so much, this is really useful for me since I can either use it with or without sound.
Great app! By: mrtaka79 - 10-Aug-2008 Version: 1.0 Out of all the metronome apps out there, this is one of the best. Nice big visual indicator and the tap feature works like a charm. However, an A440Hz and the ability to use the iPod Touch's internal speaker would take the cake.
Pevious Reviews By: Meowph - Nov 30, 2008 Version: 1.0.1 Don't look at the reviews before this, this app was recently made into a free one and works great! It has many functions you wouldn't even get if you paid for an actual metronome. Overall look of the app is low quality, but who cares? Just download it to try it out.

Works Great By: butchseaman - Aug 15, 2008 Version: 1.0 This is a nice little metronome well worth the cost.
Inaccurate By: RicoKuhn - Jan 4, 2009 Version: 1.0.1 I'd comment on the features which seem fine, but after about a minute of trying it out, it's clear that this metronome is not accurate. Do I need to say any more?

Inaccurate By: Bigenhot - Jun 1, 2009 Version: 1.0.1 Nicely done interface. The visual and audio cue is easy to discern. However, as also reported by others, the metronome is slight off. When compared to pro calibre metronome, it starts to drift after only about 5 seconds. Also, the slider is a bit hard to zero in on the desired count. Being able to custom set the range of the slider would help since most bpm we use is going to be in the 50 - 150 range. Hope this can be addressed in updates.

Flash not clear enough By: DrummerDaveF - 06-Feb-2009 Version: 1.0.1 Tapping the whole screen to set a tempo is nice. The light fades in and out, not a flash, and the faster the tempo, the dimmer the flash seems. Changing the divisions from 1/32 back to 1/4 notes just slows the tempo. Tempo shouldn't change, just the rate the light flashes. Needs above issues fixed to be worth $1. Being able to select the light colour would be a nice feature, as would being able to set a different colour for the whole note and the divisions.
A metronome with bad time By: Musicguy - 29-Sep-2008 Version: 1.0 Bought this metronome. Unfortunately, it hiccups its tempo erratically and is therefore unusuable. Also, while it is great that you can save presets (say, for each song you know), any accidental brushing of the tempo slider changes the preset's tempo with no warning AND there is no "Save Changes?" confirmation when you exit back to your list of presets! This is a major problem... you can't trust it.
