I can make my own ringtones! Any part of the song I want for as long as I want (up to 30 sec.). For the people giving it a low review because they can't get the ringtones on there iPhone: HELLO, watch the VIDEO... It explains it perfectly. This is the EASIEST app., my 5 yr. Old could figure out. 1.99 for every song in your library? Sold! It's a no brainer if you are someone who is in to buying ring tones :)

The only thing people can really complain about when it comes to the iPhone is not being able to use your own music as ringtones. This allows you to, it's very easy to use and even allows you to use a fade effect for your custom ring tones. Even has a helpful video of what to do in iTunes once you have made your ringtones and that's not difficult either.I gave it a 5/5 because the only way it could be better is if you did not have to use iTunes to get your ringtones working, but that's not going to happen because that's the way the iPhone works, excellent app.

If you do not sync your iPhone with iTunes, yes you will not like it. But why did you buy an iPhone? You are missing upgrades and great way to organize your iPhone. Now the app. Simple to use. You use the buttons or slide the background music to select the part you want. Sync is very easy. If you cannot use this app you need an app than can read your mind That is the only thing that would satisfy some posters One thing that would be nice is the ability to stop playing and set the stop point. Would be a great update for the app.

Need a way to delete from list

Nice. But need a way to delete already copied ringtones from the Ringtones Documents list. Only way now is to delete APP then reinstall.You could make these tones yourself, easy but time consuming. This app much faster. BTW, only songs with the .m4a extension work not .m4p which are protected. No fault of the APP, that's what song owners decide with Apple. This APP takes selection and makes extension .m4r, for ringtone. AWESOME!!!

Having brought ringtones from iTunes I'm so happy I've got this now it works brilliantly, it only costs 59p same as a single ringtone and you can make all the ringtones u want from ur iPod, an absolute must for getting new tones 4 ur phone and very easy 2 use even for me lol, u will need 2 watch the video 4 help but well easy, u won't be disappointed, I now have loads of ringtones for all my m8's numbers

Exactly what everyone has been expecting for quite some time but...For the £0.59 we pay for it, it would be nice to see some more features like a list of all the ringtones u have created in the app and the option to delete them.It would also be nice to have fade out markAnd one more thing is... the maximum we can do is from what i know is 40s so why do u give us 30 seconds only?Doing it the hardway u can do it for free...And also i would like to see an option to change the meta tags or name of the file so when i upload it back on the phone it wont show the ugly long nameOVERALL great app, a must have.

Pretty good needs an update though...

This app was very useful, the video provides direct instruction which is much needed. However i did find that some songs i cropped from were 1.1mb. Which isnt bad obvioisly but those tones would not sync into my ringtones they were instead added into my itunes music library. This is a small issue which only happens on select songs. The songs that produced this defect were "Oh the Boss is Coming" by the Arkells and "Dead End Friends" by Them Crooked Vultures. Besides that though buy this app! Update: very impressed with the response by the developer, every update this app gets better, now worth 5 stars for sure, keep it up guys!

Hello if your reading this! I personally think the app is great! Except when I save two or more clips from the same song, it creates all the songs with the same exact name so when I sync it to my iPhone it only transfers one of them. I've even tried changing each song by adding numbers to the end of there names ( song1, song2...) but it still appears as the same name under ringtones. But I know you guys will fix it so I can wait. Now as far as the songs not going to ringtones, after I save it, I drag it to the desktop, then I drag it to iTunes and it's there under ringtones. I hope that helps

I bought this when it was only .99 cents the next day it went up a dollar so I lucked out there I would of not paid 1.99 for it that's a rip off it's very easy to use took me two seconds to get use to it like picking parts of the song out that u can't get off the store kinda wish u could make it as long as u want and also make it so once u have the set spot pick were it plays in the set spot instead of keep replaying all of it over and over again another thing that should be fix is were it shows in the pics were it looks like sound have that really work so if a song goes limp u know not to record and finally make it so u can split the spots on that song for your ringtone say u wanted the first 15 second of the song in your ringtone then go half ways in and pick 6 seconds then go to the end of it and put in the rest to have one truly neat original ringtone

Why is everyone blaming this app for them being retarded behind their own computer? You can make as many as you want and It's not hard to use at all. They even have a video to show you how to if you don't already know. It saves you a s*** load of money in comparison to buying ringtone from apple which makes you pay twice... Once to get the song and the second time to get the copy you created. Great app I've made like 40 already.

Although I learned years ago how to make my own ringtones, I figured I'd give this app a try. The creators did a very well job and I am sure if they could design this app to send your ringtones straight to the source without connecting to iTunes, they would. If I could make one suggestion it would be to add a fade out feature along with the fade in feature already supplied. A big plus is the instruction video option given after creating each ringtone. Very nice app. I recommend it highly.

This is BRILLIANT and will save you a fortune in paying for ringtones. It is very easy to use. You just get the snippet of the song you want, save it to computer via file sharing on I tunes then sync it to your iPhone and select the ringtone within settings. The accompanying video is very useful - for beginners, it's probably best to save the file to your desktop as then you can easily see it and just drag it to your iTunes library before syncing; for future ringtones I just save them to my music folder on my computer.

I don't know what everyone is talking about but this app does EXACTLY what it says it would do! Although it would be nicer if the ringtones would automatically go straight to your phone, I'd much rather sync it with iTunes which I'ma do anyways then have to individually pay $1.99 to buy a song and then another $1.99 just to make it a ringtone. This app saves us $4/song. I say this app is definitely well worth it!!!!! A++++++

This app is so easy to use and it works great. The quality of the ringtone is very clear after trimming and transferring it into my iphone. Not sure why some say its not working but it does. There is a video within the app that teach you how to use this app.One thing though, i'm only able to create about 30 sec length of ringtone but ringtone for iphone can go up to about 40 sec..hopefully there is an update on this part. Thanks.

This app is great! If you're happy picking from a list of ringtones then there are some free apps out there that work great. However, if you want to make as many of your own as you want from the music YOU love then $2 is an awesome, one time, price to pay! I finally have a 'Queen' ringtone and at least a dozen others and with little trouble. The only problem that happened only once was after syncing the tone wasn't there. I just clicked it again and then apply and in 10 seconds it was on my phone!! To the creators, thank you, you're awesome!!!

Brilliant application. Love that you can make ringtones on the go. Two things i would love to see in future updates:1. I would love to be able to preview a specific section of the ringtone rather than to listen to the whole thing until it reaches the area i want to adjust.2. See the ringtones ive already made on the app, in list form, rather than to plug into itunes to see what ive made in the past. (this is to prevent the same ringtone been made twice).Again brilliant app and cant wait for future updates.

When I first saw this app I know that it was a nice app cuz I used the lite version. I enjoyed it but I sill thought that it was waste of money. Finally, I decided to buy this app and this app made my iPhone perfect. I wanted to get my own ringtone and the part I want. Unfortunately I can't not find itThen I bought this app and made my own ringtone. It feels so good. Ridiculous. when someone call me and listening to my ringtone I'm just enjoying calling!Very very useful + fun appMust buy peopleWorth $2.49.

This app is amazing. It is easy to use and looks good too. It's very well developed and the team has done a great job at creating such a good app. If there was one thing I would improve on would be to try and find a method of checking which ringtones you have created. Something like the button in the top right of the iPod, where when you click on it would reveal the list of ringtones ready for transfer, I think that will make this app perfect. Obviously the syncing to iTunes part is mediatory and I see no way around that but if there could be a way of looking up the ringtones ready to transfer it would be perfect. Once again great app, keep up the good work!!

This is Wayyy Over The Top Now! This new version is the best. You can move the song bandwidth back and forth, or move the selected section back and forth which provides the most accurate adjustment yet. I can't believe anyone could write a bad review; this App does exactly what it says, you can take ANY EXACT SECTION of ANY SONG and make a custom ringtone. Folks, THERE AIN'T NOTHIN BETTER THAN THIS APP for making ringtones! (The poor grammar was intended). Enough talk, I have more ringtones to make........

I have tried and tested 25 songs and this app works on every one, for the people saying it doesn't work -you clearly do not know how to use it properly. You can use your finger to scroll through parts of the song and you can move the pointers to select the part of the songs you want. Then save and sync your phone, import the files from your phone, add them to to your iTunes library and then resync iPhone and viola! It's well worth the money than having to manually make them in iTunes or any other music editing program.
