Effects how-to:

a) SELECTIVE COLORIZATION (a.k.a "color splash")
- Open image, select Black&White tool,
- Select type of brush - “Entire Image”
- Touch your photo.
- Now use Eraser to color objects back.
b) CHANGE EYE COLOR:
- Open a portrait in Touch Up mode, pinch to zoom in.
- Select Hue tool, set Effect to 50%.
- Select necessary color, paint over an iris.
c) MORE ADVANCED "color splash":
fill entire image (select Pencil, 'Entire image', color - blue, blend mode - normal, Effect 50%, touch an image) and try using Eraser with a custom shape. To set Eraser shape, first press necessary stamp (e.g. Heart) and then press Eraser.
d) BLEMISH REMOVAL with Clone Stamp:
- Select Clone Stamp.
- Double tap a nearby skin area (a circle with a cross will appear)
- Now touch and move over a blemish.
Experiment with different opacity and hardness values.
e) “JOKER FACE”:
- Open a photo, select Brighten tool, set Effect/Opacity to 100%.
- Paint over a person's face.
- Use eraser over eyes and mouth.
- Optionally, add some red paint around the mouth :)
- Save and e-mail to your friends ;)
√ Smudge tool is for blurring objects and/or moving them around, changing object shape.
Try Smudge tool with different opacity and hardness. For example, set hardness to 100% to move objects (slowly) without blurring them.
√ Pencil, Brush and Stamps work with different colors and blend modes.
√ Eraser removes "upper" layer (layer with effects).
√ To undo all changes - select “Entire Image”, Eraser, touch an image - the whole effects layer will be erased.

This app is great for touching up pictures but still has alot to be added, such as a pick tool (a tool that lets you select, re-size, re-shape, and move a picture that has been placed on a pallette) a crop tool, and a line tool (a tool that draws a perfect line). But the tool that would be the primary tool that this app NEEDS, is an option to select a part of another image and place it on a different image (this is were you would use the pick tool). It would also be cool if there were an option to upload it to google or the background app, because ive made some pretty cool wallpapers with this app. This is an overall great app, and Ill give it 5 stars when an update is made. Great job on this app guys.

Not sure why all the complaints about the app. I found it easy to use. If people would read the instructions on the app description, they would know how to zoom in and out of the image. It's just like in safari and photo, the pinch and slide option is what's used in this app. It took me only a moment to learn the navigation. I've already edited a picture and it looks great. Almost like a canvas I can paint on.

If you re familiar with photoshop, u r gonna understand this app right away, its like mini photoshop mobile, way better than the real photoshop app that is on the market. ive done some fun editing with it and im totatlly gonna get the complete version. People who r complaining about this app r probably the ones who r not really into photo editing and want things simpler and "preseted", but if u like to experiment some creative editing using your own skills this app's got a bunch of interesting tools.

Perfect for album cover backgrounds

If you can't find an album cover for a wall paper but have it in your library you can take a screen pic by holding the home button and then clicking the hold button while the album art is on screen and use this to remove the play and search buttons using a black square brush
