** NOTE to iPhone 3.0 Users - The iPhone 3.0 update removed the ability to edit subjects by clicking the blue arrow button on each Subject. Until the next update is released, you can edit Subjects alternatively by clicking the "Edit" button, then tapping on the Subject you wish to edit. Thanks! **
iProcrastinate Mobile, in a nutshell, is task management for the rest of us. No complicated details required, no fancy, bloated features you'll never use. iProcrastinate Mobile is simple enough for any user to pick up and understand within seconds, but flexible enough to handle even the most daunting schedule.
Use Smart Groups to manage a group of tasks due this week, or only from a few selected subjects.
Color-code your items to find what you're looking for, instantly.
Set the priority and due date of a task, break it down into smaller steps (for those more tedious projects) and even add team members for collaborative efforts.
But don't let that scare you! iProcrastinate Mobile has some great features, but it's simple enough for grocery lists, things to do around the house, and anything else you need help managing. Give it a try, I hope you enjoy it!
Wireless synchronization between the desktop and mobile versions should be ready by the end of the summer!
I'm always open to suggestions and comments, whether they're issues or new feature ideas. Updates will include whatever else you guys come up with!

Love This App!!!  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile

The best app ever. I just started school and I use it all the time. It keeps my homework and classes organized. I love all the things you can do it has so many nice little features. I just have 1 con. Also if you can make the menu maybe brighter. I got really tired of black. Also it's still kinda slow. Please update with new icon. I really don't like the icon, I wish it was more Apple looking or a better icon. So yeah pretty hey this app is the best. FREE

Great app. Definetely a must have and very useful.  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile

Very good app. I use it all the time. For a person with a bad memory and who is a procrastinator this is very good. Whenever I find out about any homework I can just whip out my iPod and quickly write it down. It is great for prioritizing and making sure I get everything done.
It's one of my favorite apps and one I could not live without. I put it in the bottom bar in replace of iTunes, I use it that much.
I can't think of anything to improve it. Truly a 5 star app.

Perfect for School  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile

I absolutely love this app. I tried to find a paper planner for school, but none of them had the setup I wanted, just a box for each day. I downloaded a bunch of planner apps and this one fits in perfectly for my classes, and I can grouped them based on what classes I have each day (we have a two day system, where every other day is the same). This app makes it very easy to be organized (if I could only remember to bring my iPod to class every day, it would be perfect). Love it. Thank you for making this!

Simply Excelent!  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile

This is a wonderful app. Last school year was a terrible mess of unorganized work. Now this app allows a simple yet excelent task manager to fit into the device I use everyday! No drawbacks at all and the syncable version will be amazing to sync between my Mac for the longterm school projects that would require a computer. Overall a very good app and the best part: it's FREE! Definately a must have for all students!!

Great App!  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile

Thank you so much for making this app! I'm a college student in the honors program so I have a lot to keep track of and this app sorts it all and shows me on the home screen how many things I have left to do for the next week. Only problem I have encountered is a few crashes after entering a lot of tasks (but everything still saved) which is probably the OS more than the app. One suggestion: allow for smart lists to be made by more than just a due time range (I'd love to be able to make a smart high priority list for example). If I wasn't a broke college student I'd definitely donate to your hard work. Thanks again, I highly recommend this app to everyone, there is nobody who wouldn't have some use for this app. As for students, it's a must have!

Wow just typed a huge review for this and apparently the nickname I used was already taken so it didn't save any of my review. Anyways, it's one of my favorite apps, and only has a few minor bugs which can be avoided once u find them. I really use it for everything, and its easy to organize with new tabs and even smart tabs. Overall it's a very easy to use and convenient app whose strengths far out weigh the bugs... Oh and it's free!

Just what I needed  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile
By: bogga1066 - Aug 30, 2008
Version: 1.1
Since I rely on this app so much I was paranoid about updating in case it lost my tasks. Happily it worked just like it should and I love the new features. As a consultant I find the flexibility of the tasks and steps to be at the level I need without being too complicated or taking any more time to manage then necessary. Plus it is easy to file tasks in done folders when complete so I have a nice trail of what I've accomplished. Most of my little annoyances have been fixed with this update, especially showing overdue items. However one quibble with the new features: I like the badge idea and especially making it user configureable. But now I want to make it today AND overdue. Great app and with the update certainly worth a few bucks - so I just sent a donation. Keep it up!

something about the smart groups  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile
By: laoxu - Aug 30, 2008
Version: 1.1
This app is so cool! But I hope some options would be added for changing the order of main page(Smart Groups above Subjects) and for the smart groups function.
Say I creat two smart groups, group1 ranges one week and group2 ranges one month. Then I have task A due in one week and task B due in one month. Then task A would appear in Group1, and both tasks would appear in Group2. But in my opinion, it should be both tasks in Group1 and only task B in Group2. After all, if task B is completed in one week, it's great. but if task A cannot be left to one month. So when I open Group 2, there should not be those tasks of Group 1.

Great app! Don't hesitate downloading it!  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile

I find this app extremely useful especially in school. I would recommend it to students. I currently use it replacing my agenda book that the school issues me. It's easier to have and great if you're one of those people who always forget what they have to do for homework. I used to be one of those people and now thanks to this app I'm not anymore! I will admit it takes a few minutes to get used to the UI but once you're used to it you'll agree it cant be beat. Don't hesitate in downloading this app!

Donate and support this guy  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile

Perfect! I paid about $11 for an inferior app. GTD is cake with this. Don't be misled by other reviewers, this is perfect for consultants as well as students. Subjects can be translated to clients, tasks to projects, and subtasks to tasks. I am an IT consultant with multiple clients and multiple projects for each and this works perfectly. And the ability to email task lists to myself and others is brilliant! I donated to this guy and you will want to as well. Let's get a time tracking app with the same intuitive interface to go with it Craig. Rebrand both apps to target consultants and you'll rule the world!!!

One killer app, a must have.  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile

Craig has done a great job, he just did it right! It looks and feels good, very inviting. I don't want to hear about people having to tap to many times to edit and all that crap, you have to do that so many other places on the iPhone that complaining just makes you look stupid. It's very well thought out and put together. I can't wait for continuous feature updates, including ones I've suggested. Please consider donating to his cause, he's a student just like us and needs to be compensated for good work!

Clear, direct, and easy to use.  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile

I love this app! It has many great features, yet it is simple to use. Obviously the price is right, but even compared to some other tasks solutions, at similar costs (free or really cheap) this one is a winner. It combines a lightweight GTD feel for users who need a little more than just a basic checklist but don't want to over classify everything.
I am interested how the sync will work, but am very content for now after trying out several solutions...

Give this man some money!  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile

This is probably the only app that I have use that has made me want to donate to the creator. I just started school and I started using this (because it was a free download) and believe it is going to be an amazing help this semester. It took a little while to input all my school task on my phone but I did it because this app is just great. Then I found out there is a sync with desktop client coming soon and I just feel in love. It is one of the only apps that I don’t have a lot of complaints about.
CONS
Optional Horizontal Mode like almost all apps
It is pretty solid but it crashed a couple of times on me.
I want this localized in more languages, iPhone apps are appealing to the world now. I don’t have any code experience but I can translate in Spanish and maybe Portuguese. If you would like need me too.
Sending Email with Tasks didn’t seem to do anything when I tried it. Cool option though.
I think the Auto–edit feature should be on by default. I hated having to press the X to clear out New Task.
I only use for school task, but I guess I could use for shopping list etc. I with I would want a check mark box then next to the items.
Keep it up, I plan on donating. This is the first 5 star I have given.
Just like all other applications, I believe that we need free demos for all the non-free applications in the store, as well as the option for developers to add a video demonstration along side the photo previews on their app’s iTunes page. With Apple’s DRM on the applications, they can provide the complete app (no “Lite” version) for a free trail to consumers. Then, it can be remove automatically after the set time limit. I hope that developers use there inside connections to inform Apple of this needed iTunes feature.

The Most Useful List App  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile
By: mrefsnider - Aug 27, 2008
Version: 1.1
With the addition of SB badges displaying the chosen range of tasks, this is the most complete, efficient, and eye-catching of the many list managers on the App Store. One suggestion would be to have a dedicated "New Task" button, possibly in the bottom dock (where the "Settings" button lies), with the ability to choose which subject to place the task in after editing it. Other than that, I can think of no other way to improve this wonderful application!

Have A UI Suggestion  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile
By: Phoenix Reborn - 24-Sep-2008
Version: 1.1
As a student, this tool was invaluable to me because of how much easier I am now able to manage my tasks. Outside of school, this tool is equally as powerful and useful. I love it! One UI suggestion though. At the moment I have certain tasks I need to do which involve team members. However, the team members tab for this app only lets me choose people on my contact list, but not people who aren't in it. It would be great if we had the option to enter the names ourselves and also be able to choose people from our contact list as opposed to being limited to just one of those options.
Keep up the good work, I see much potential in this app!

Like this app...Few suggestions to make it fantastic  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile
By: DCMetro - Aug 27, 2008
Version: 1.1
Really like this app. It has made it to become my primary Task Manager now. Thanks for the great update. Just a few more suggestions that are still not implemented:
- When we add more subjects, the font should automatically decrease to fit the screen. Right now, anything over 3 subjects and 2 smart lists already go over the main page. That is a must.
- Although you did allow the task name to be created easier but there should be default time frame choice fo such tasks. Currently its set at a week while is too high. Should be Tomorrow or by our choice.
- The completed tasks should automatically move down in the list or there should be way to create a smart list which contains all Completed tasks. This is very important since you dont want to see old tasks all the time
- There should be a way to setup recurring tasks- weekly, monthly, etc
Thanks again
- There should be a way to setup recurring tasks..weekly, monthly, etc
- Would be perfect if we could sych with Outlook
- How about sending alerts for the tasks
But overall, a fantastic app. Keep it up.

I got the Ipod touch to replace my multiple calendars and agenda books but knew I'd have to get an ap to take care of my assignments and readings for class. This program has been excellent. I like that I can set up each of my classes as well as categories for personal and volunteering. The smart groups give me a quick glance of what I need to have done for tomorrow/this week/next week - whatever I want. Sometimes the interface is a touch slow but it is definately worth downloading!!!

Craig Otis rocks! This little jewl is loaded once I taught myself how to use it. To start with I was like no way this thing is ever goning to work and then I took a break and came back to it and it unfolded just as he made it. Awesome! I would not be supprised if he started $$$ for it because it's worth it! Take it from me, the guy who doesnt write reviews. It's by FAR better than all the others I tried paid and free... Since I did not have to pay I thougt at least I could say THANK YOU for the fantastic job and the time it took... Every last bit of your effort shows with this app!

Amazing App  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile

I am a procrastinator and it finally caught up to me in my fourth semester in college. I finally realized that I needed to plan a little more than I used to, and that's when I found this app. It's amazing and I love the badge that appears on the icon to show how many tasks you still have to complete. It stays organized and you can set the due dates with ease. The only thing I wish was added was another "progress" button. Instead of just "In Progress" and "Completed" you could do a percentage bar, or add in stuff like "Not Yet Started" and then "Almost Done"

The Ultimate Organizer/Lifesaver  rating of iProcrastinate Mobile
By: Rachovsky - Aug 27, 2008
Version: 1.0
This is a necessary tool for any student who has a heavy course load like myself. I have 4 College-level classes, Trigonometry, Calculus, and Anatomy. With different due dates for each and every class, it's impossible to remember them all. With iProcrasinate, you can open up all of your active assignments. I actually delete my tasks after I complete them rather than check them off as completed for maximum organization.
Thank you so much for this wonderful, FREE app!
