This app makes a lot of sense. It was clear from day one how to use each of the views on the bottom navigation. I'm sure that the dashboard is useful to some people, though I stick with contexts and projects. It is fast (on 3GS, haven't tried on an older version) and there aren't a lot of interface quirks. I haven't tried the pro trial of Toodledo, like list sharing, so I don't know how the support is there. With the free version, the syncing had been flawless. Good work guys. This has really improved my effectiveness.

Easy sync with my Googl account, iCal on Mac and my iPhone >) Just working fantastic. Strongly recomended ;) Web page To Do is working smoothly as well...*******************now, after update even better. You can use it with projects, folders, set due time (ehm, small bug here) no sign the task with at time was moved to overdue! It's looks like all is done until you oped overdue tasks. Pls check it.But this is the best to do appl!!!!

This is an excellent todo tracker. I took a 2nd look after having it on my IPhone for a while, and now I find myself using it all the time. I like the flexibility to track items in various views. I just discovered how to use tags and now I can categorize my todo items. You can highlight items, put due dates, add notes, set activity type and priority. It does everything you would want from a todo app. I was lucky to get this app when it was offered for free and I think the current price of $0.99 is a great bargain. What I would like to see added is the ability to reorder pending todo items that have no date on them. Don't let the price fool you, this is an excellent, powerful, feature rich todo app! I hope the developer keeps the price low so others may enjoy the benefits of this amazing app. This is my #1 app on my IPhone at the moment!

This task management application is in one word: Perfect. I waited 6 months to come along something this good to do all I need. Easily better than the similar apps that sell around $10. The only possible 2 improvements could be 1-adding a "Calendar Month View" to keep track of the monthly business activities. 2- Adding "Due Time" to the deadlines to better keep track of the meetings & appointments. Keep up the excellent work.

Finally!! This product is great. I was looking for a simple yet effective todo application and this is it. I've tried the free ones and the lite version of things, to do's, and heaps of others. Do not go and spend 12-13 dollars on those other to do lists. This does what they do for $1.19. One upgrade that I want is push notifications and then it will be complete. I like how you can quickly add tasks and can use many ways to segregate tasks such as priority, active, or someday (meaning you will get around to it one day).

I've been a Zenbe user for several months now and decided to give this application a try when it became free. So far, I've stopped using Zenbe and reverted to this application as my GTD application. Zenbe is great and has the same level of functionality in my opinion, however I find Ultimate Todos easier to use and visually appealing. For the price (free), I cannot fault this applicaiton.
Edit:
Good update. I really heavily rely on this app but I would like to request, if possible to add the following:
- calendar monthly/weekly/daily view (like Outlook)
- alarm notifications
I would pay for this software again just for these additional features.

In a category jam packed with contenders, this app offers the whole package at a ridiculously good price. Yes, it's been on special offer for a long time, but that's only good for us customers. Previously mentioned voice recording features could also be added, but I can't think of too many to do apps that even have a voice recorder. All in all lets me organise my to do lists any way I want with different badge reminder options and simple desktop syncing. Great value! I can't see why other similar apps are charging ten times the price for the same functionality.

My only wish would be to create subtasks from a task which might need refinement. For example, if I had a task which could be broken into sub tasks, allow it to spawn keeping the same tags, context, due date -- but with a new title and a new notepad. Allow navigation between parent/child on each task, and warn if a due date goes beyond the original. Would help in the planning stages or when brainstorming and working on the details later.

I have tried four of the other task management apps available, and none of them offered the flexibility and stability of Ultimate Todos. This app works exactly as advertised, and offers a level of customization that makes using the app very intuitive, with user selected icons and mulitple levels of organizational structure if you need it. I manage many clients and projects in my line of work and after two weeks this app is really helping me out.

I have tried tons of todo apps on the iPhone and on the Mac. Most were either way to simple or way to complex. I want to be able to keep track of tasks and todos without jumping through hoops. I need to be able to do the basic breakdowns by category or context, and I need to keep everything in sync. Combining Ultimate Todos with Toodledo does just that - and more. And all for a bargain basement price. A must have.

I have gone through many todo apps and this one is hands down the best I've seen. For the people sayin there's to much stuff you can go into your phones settings and add or delete features. I would like a landscape mode, and repeating tasks. I like the new icon alot better. At first I tried the app when it had the old icon and I deleted it but now it's my mine app for taking notes and making todos. Great work!!! Apple needs to let a app sync directly from iCal until then I'm using this one

I've tried a number of different task management programs for iPhone and this is the one I've stuck with. It's fully featured and very visually appealing. It's very easy to use if you have an understanding of this type of program but very easy to pick up if you don't. There are icons that you can associate with your tags and contexts and these help to quickly identify a task at hand. There aren't many icons to choose from but customer support has said they are planned for a future update. Right now they are working on a Toodledo sync feature which will only add further value to this already impressive package. I've been using the program for a few days now and have already deleted Omnifocus from my phone. I can highly recommend Ultimate Todos to anyone!

As a college student it is hard to find a good affordable todo app. I think Ultimate Todos is that app. Not only does it sync well with Toodledo (my favorite task manager) but it is easy to use, simple yet complex and pleasing to the eye.
The only request I have is for the app to sync with toodledo on launch. I don't like having to go to the sync tab and click sync everytime. Other than that, this app is perfect for me! :)

This the best To Do application out there. Need the following to be unbeatable: Recurring task (with recurring end date), the ability to duplicate a task (if needed) to save time when entering tasks that have similar charasteristics, ability to see the day of the week when selecting the due date from the date picker, and the ability to assign a start date to each task (if needed) to ensure tasks are completed by the assigned due date.
