This is an amazing app. It is almost perfect. Just need landscape mode. Now it sends your im instantly instead of 5 seconds after you hit send. Awesome.

I downloaded so i could send txts but it dont seem 2 work in uk!!!! Is it just me?? It should say whether the sms works in the uk or not, would save ppl alot of time

Ceci est un bon début. Pour ceux qui attendent le support de hotmail, sachez que nous parlons de aim. Si vous voulez un msn, il sortira a part mais ne sera surement pas supporte par ce aim. Ce produit sera je l'espère remplace un jour pas iChat mobile

Viele negativbewertungen sind unberechtigt und auf die Unfähigkeit der nutzer zurückzuführen. Icq geht Einwandfrei, einfach als Login icq nummer und pw eingeben, auch push geht. Was noch verbessert werden sollte: - Kompatibilität der awaynachrichten mit anderen clienten, zb icq. - GPS Ortung zeigt falsche Orte an - automatisches einfügen der Position in die awaymsg als Option - manche pushnachrichten werden verschluckt (sehr doof) - längeres onlineholding, 24h sind (mir) noch zu wenig - autoupload von Fotos um chatpartnern an schnappschuessen teilhaben zu lassen (wie palringo(tm) das kann). Ps: dies ist eine Wunschliste und keine anspruchshaltung

The implementation of Push notification is terrible. If I am currently chatting with someone on the Desktop app, I should not be receiving their responses via Push at the same time. It would be at least ideal to have a setting to invoke Push when the Desktop app sets my status to "away". I hope this is a limitation of AIM app and not Apple's Push Notification service.

Нет, ... проблеба с русским осталась... При отправке с ПК - доходит нормально. При получении с другого мобильного - абракадабра остается.

Avrei preferito un iChat per iPhone, ma evidentemente questo avrebbe creato problemi con l'utenza windows che non usa iChat.AIM bene o male sanno cosa sia, e pertanto è stato più semplice così.Ma non si possono avere ordinati i conattti in base allo stato ? Ovvero prima quelli verdi, poi i gialli e poi i rossi ?

En connection regulière avec la californie depuis mes alpes françaises...Fonctionne très bien, ultra pratique et rigolo comme dab. J'attends la videoconférence sur portable type ichat bien sûr

The initial stability problems seem to have largely subsided now. The interface is neat, clean and intuitive. When you have AIM running, the incoming chat messages appear promptly.Problems/limitations:1. As a chat application, it is essential for AIM to be able to show messages received while the phone screen is off or using another application. This AIM client times out the connection after an unknown number of minutes in the background so is unreliable.2. I suspect messages are lost when changing networks (eg from WiFi to 3G).3. As I understand it, Apple is developing a centralized notification system that I hope will address the above concerns, then it should work very well.4. I can change my chat status by typing it in, but there doesn't appear to be any way to store or revert to previously entered chat statuses. It's painful to have to keep retyping the same status messages. AIM needs a menu to store at least 10 status messages. And we need a way to log out.5. I need to archive my chat conversations, and hopefully later access them on my computer.6. Chat needs better integration into other services, such as cross reference the buddy name in my Contacts list and instead show the person's real name. I should be able to tap a message containing address or appointment details and be given the option to add it to my Contacts or Calendar.7. It would be nice to be able to send photos to buddies in the middle of a chat conversation.

You should be able to type in landscape mode. Also..for an example...my cousins aol sound iss a dolphin..whenever I get her IM it should be the dolphin noise

The update is crap. No difference! Sending a message is long! Crashes my phone! Gets a buzz but Lose messages I havnt even read. Ads are annoying! Needs a update!!!
