I have installed this 4 times over the past month hoping for success. I have searched for every support for this. This would be an amazing application if I could get it to work. Here is my situation. Windows XP, norton anti-virus, netgear router, iPhone 3g. I am connected to same wireless network. Here is what I have tried. Turning norton completely off (no worky), get bonjour (no worky), use windows firewall (no worky). Various combinations of those. If I was getting minimum wage while trying to fix this thing I would have at least $100...Please help me :(

this us useless!!! I got this and then as soon as I got it and installed it and went through all the stuff and I noticed that its just another program for my ipod in my iPhone!! it does the exact same thing it's kind of just a waste because it does nothing but take up space on your screen when u can just go to your iPod on your iPhone/itouch and use that!!!

I haven't had ANY problems with Remote (knock on wood) and I really don't get how this app isn't rated higher.I mean come on people! Remote controls make the world go 'round!

Great app for controlling music from anywhere in the house! Only thing missing is the ablity to display lyrics if they exist, just as the iPod feature does on the iPhone.

Love this app. Works great and I disagree a the person who says that most desktops don't have WiFi. Most people I know have gotten a wireless router for a laptop, 2nd desktop, Wii, voip, etc. Even my grandparents have 1. One request, is there any way to add the ability to hear the music through the iPhone ? Other than that, it's great.

Vista Users-Itunes=>"edit"menu=>preferences=>sharing=>click "share my library on my local network=>click ok=>go to start menu on computer,access security center, firewall,make sure "block all incoming connections" is not checked

I love this app. In fact it was the first I downloaded with great anticipation. The ability to control apple tv's streaming content with the phones keyboard makes it all worth while. But I'd like to see it access all of apple tv's features. Like YouTube. Why can't the same technology be used to search with the phones keyboard? I may just want it all. A must download app for any apple tv user.

Had lots of trouble getting it to work with iTunes 8.0 and my new iPod Touch. But I installed the latest version of Bonjour and opened port 5353 on my firewall and it's worked great since. Hope this saves some folks some frustration. Great app.
