This app is well worth the price, the animated full-screen landscape radar is incredibly handy. The visuals are great, and it is snappy, even over EDGE. The app will be completely when/if it implements critical updates via push when available for severe weather. Living in Florida, all these hurricanes and tropical storm poses a threat every year to me and my family, and this app will come in handy many times.

Horribly inaccurate

I love the features, if only they were accurate. My weather says that it is currently cloudy, the "Trend" for precipitation says 0", yet it is currently raining and has been for about an hour. I like the promise of the features, but for $14 I expect it to work properly. The map is nice, but Weatherbug has a map as well (not as detailed, but it is there), it is free, and it has been accurate.

Excellent app, I got what I paid for.

And I'm sure that it will only get better. I travel lots and it's always there to let me know what I'm in for. Intuitive, accurate, just enough information.

I debated whether to purchase this weather application for $15.00 or not for a couple of weeks. I decided after reading a lot of the reviews to try it. I highly recommend it, best radar I have seen yet. I am an airline pilot and was looking for a great weather app, this is it. I would love to have the airport METAR's and Forecasts included, then it would be perfect, but I understand many others use this App also and they would not need this info. Overall, it is great, gave it 5 stars.

The radar is excellent for a mobile device but I was hoping for a better forecast for future rain events and not just an icon of a storm. I live in Florida and there is an isolate T storm everday so I cant tell if there is a high or low chance from this. Also it was telling me there was going to be zero inches of rain in the next 12 hours with a tropical storm about to go overhead within the next 12 hours and a flood watch for the area. Not too impressive.

Not much more to offer than the free iPhone version of weatherunderground as far as I can see. This is the most expensive app I've purchased and consider it a mistake simply because I expected a lot more for the $ spent. Expensive apps should come with a money back option.

I am not a huge weather person but have come to love this app. My brother, the self proclaimed weather geek kept urging me to get it. I finally gave in and am very glad I did. I did not realize how nice it is to have the forecast at a moments notice. I love the live radar. I have added the cities for all of my family members so I can keep an eye on their weather conditions. It has helped me look ahead and better plan my weekends. Other thoughts the “Trends” are cool, it looks great, and is very easy to use.Max

5 stars I don't use all the features that mch but The radar is worth 15 bucks. It's lag free and great resolution. Tilt the phone and make it full screen

I've tried unsuccesfully to get any looping radar on my iphone 3G and thought this app would finally do what I wanted. Looks like a great app however a waste of $15 for me as there is no radar data availible for Hawaii unless you are zoomed out so far that you can barely make out the islands.

Does everything it says but one feature missing, tough luck if you're intending to use it to check on non-US cities. Hopefully this will be in the next revision. Then I would give it one more star rating.

I thought this was an awesome app, until I realized it is US CITIES ONLY!!! Now I feel like I wasted my money. For a global tool like the iPhone 3G, how can anyone actually sell an app like this that only works in US? I want my money back.

This is quick and accurate. My only desire would be to have international weather. Only seems to be the United States. More cities would be nice also. Otherwise this is a very nicely done app. Visually its pleasing to look at and informative.

I had high hopes for this app. Pros: It looks pretty and the animated radar is handy. Cons: Load time and updates are slow, even on a wifi connection. Forecasts are often outdated or incorrect. And it does not have National Weather Service warnings. How can you make a weather app that doesn't show you NWS alerts? Version 1.0.2 is not worth the high price.

Worth the money you can zoom right in on any location watching the hurricane right now in vipir radar. I have 7 weather apps this is the winner.I would love to see severe weather and alerts on this app.

Great radar, hourly, and solid graphics, but the forcast is no better then the native iphone app. If they would make it where you tapped on a day's forecast and then a screen came up with details that would make this app a great weather app. Before this is done I give it 3 stars and say it is not worth more then $4.99

I do not mind paying for excellence, and you shouldn't either. This wonderful, colorful app gives you radar and forcasts and trends. If you must restrict yourself to one weather app, it should be this one. One hint: click on whatever city you need weather info for, and click "now". This will bring up the pressure in millibars, a must know piece of information.

Bought over the weekend...I like the clean interface although zooming on radar drags a liitle at times. I agree now that in it's current form this app is overpriced for the other options out there. $5 would be much more reasonable until more features get added. I'd like to see different radar options available along with hurricane tracking. Take a look at Wunderground and maybe the devs can integrate some of the best from there as well. Good work, please keep it up and give your paying users some more options.

One annoying feature

Overall well done app. The radar feed makes this worth the price. However, the sun should change to a moon for evening hours in the given location similar to the generic iphone weather program. Seeing my current tempature at 10pm at night being represented with a bright sun is very annoying. Please fix!!! Thanks.
