This app does not make a great flashlight (the best thing to do is go to the settings choose brightness and turn it all the way up and turn auto off). But it is useful to mess with your drunk friends. You go to the one that goes through all the colors and make it really fast. One of my friends threw up when I did that. Lol

So I downloaded this app it seems like moments after it was graciously changed to free and I am extremely happy that I did. Had a storm yesterday that was powerful enough to knock down a tree in my back yard. The power went out for the first time since I have lived there. Not only was I able to see with my new flashlight app but I was also able to entertain my little one while we waited for the power to come back on. Serendipity? I don't care, I just wanted to see my way to the breaker box and found entertainment on the way.

I thought this was going to be a waste of time to download but man it was worth it!! I was at a concert and everyone was holding up their phones and I pulled out the trippin' feature on this!! I got instant laughs. Then someone told me, hey you should get a lighter on your phone too! I then pulled out the lighter!! This is a fun concert app that doubles as a flashlight!! **The only thing I want changed is the name and the icon, otherwise, fantastic!

I tried a couple of others ... now deleted. This proved to be the most intuitive to use - and for those who had commented previously ... The Lighter returns, found under the 'Rock Concert' option.

Change the way you open the menu, i always hit the screen by mistake while using it. And get rid of the opening gray screen.

I've tried several of the free flashlight apps, and this one is the best. Besides the basic white screen, the app offers many other options from different colors to brightness adjustment to pulsating patterns. It's really quite versatile, and the interface is intuitive and "just works." Best of all, it's free. In short, this app is perfect for what it does. My device: iPhone 3G S.
