Il Migliore
By: realsoft - 11-ott-2010
Version: 3.2.3

Wow
By: jaelk - 21-Aug-2009
Version: 2.5.3
Without a doubt, byline is the best RSS reader on the appstore. While some hate it's google reader sync, it takes minutes to set up an account. Also, the face that you can't add feeds is really insignificant - how many people enjoy typing long URLs on their iDevice? Thought so.The offline usage is genius, and it's quick and responsive. Unless you have hundreds of unread articles, there is no noticeable slowdown whatsoever. The interface can be a little tacky, but the update coming out by the end of the month will fix it.

Caches Images & Webpages!
By: VeRy LuNaTiC - 18-Jul-2010
Version: 3.2.1
I think the best part about this app is that it can cache the pictures and linked webpages for you to access them offline. Very useful if you read feeds that often have pictures accompanying the entries, like Engadget, etc! Very useful if for those don't have a 3G plan or are using iPod touch.

Shame about release 3.2.1
By: pen_sq - Jul 28, 2010
Version: 3.2.1
Another 3.2.1 heartbreak, it no workee on my iTouch v3 running iOS 3.1.3. Fortunately, I could pull Byline 3.2.0 from my trash can.As far as the promises of a functional 3.2 family, it's pretty good. The page caching is very nice on the iTouch, it takes a few minutes before I leave the house to D/L enough news to survive anything short of govt. grade queueing. Google reader support is even better, with permanent login caching. The interface improved in a lot of small ways, like exploring feeds in a folder individually with a thread arrow, rather than the old mingle/segregate articles toggle in the whole folder view. The Back arrow is smarter about links now, so you can browse a bit further from the feed without having to resort to Safari. The gesture to flick left/right between articles is more of a liability than a help, as the page you just left forgets its place. If you've gone a link or two deeper in the article, it's even more frustrating to completely scrap your progress with an errant swipe. Please let it be turned off, I'd rather use the back button to say I'm truly done with an article.

The best feed reader in the App Store
By: gezam - 15-Nov-2009

For anyone with more than a handful feeds Byline is the way to go. The google reader integration (incl. starring and sharing) works like a charm. Kudos!

Crash master
By: Mugunth - 23-Oct-2009
Version: 2.5.3
It crashes while caching some feeds. ESP those that have a lot of images. Apart from that it's fine I like the UI. It looks very native. Swipe to mark as unread etc ate great. But still a lot more to improve and definitely not worth 4.99

Quality app
By: zi99y - 26-Aug-2009
Version: 2.5.3
Now my most used program, happy to move away from the web app. This is a well designed and most importantly, stable, app. I hope we will see embedded email forwarding & a way to view individual feeds in a new release. Hats off to the devs for this one.

Tubers best friend
By: Tube rider - 15-Aug-2009
Version: 2.5.3
Many rss readers claim offline "browsing" capabilities but don't cache the web pages associated with feeds--this one does it! Interface is a bit rough but that's a detail compared to the benefits of this app for tube/metro/subway users.

Quase lá...
By: caebrasil - 09-Dec-2009
Version: 2.5.3
Minha busca continua...

Loved this app until it broke
By: shibaku - Jul 27, 2010
Version: 3.2.1
Find another reader; the app broke and the developer does not support this product. I'm using Byline on a 3G with iOS 3.1.3. After the most recent update, it no longer works at all - just a blank screen on launch followed by a crash and bounce back to my home screen. Incredibly frustrating for a paid app (I bought it back when it was $10). Find another newsreader instead of this one. Emailed developer to request a fix, and got a form letter response. Either the app should work, or developer should refund customers' money.

Performance are very bad and there is a memory bug by caching
By: Albert40 - 13-Nov-2009
Version: 2.5.3
I used for more than 10 months as I didn't find until recently something better. Unfortunately the application performance are very bad if you have more than 400 new items (I have many rss feeds in my Google reads accounts) and sometimes when caching the new items the tool said that there is no more place (and I have about 10 GB free). They also promise since july (or even before) a new version 3.0, but it never comes out ! I would recommend to use instead Byline the App "RSS" v1.0 from Xiangji Yang (NibiruTech LTD) - or MobileRSS (there are 2 apps). It costs less than ByLine and the synchronization is very quick and the functionalities almost the same as ByLine.

Kedvencem
By: Kancsuki - 29-Sep-2009

Szerintem a létező legjobb RSS olvasó iPhonera. Nagyon jól működik együtt a Google Readerrel. Egyedül az ikonokat hiányolom landscape módból..

ATTENDERE: Bella grafica ma grossi bug
By: uramaki - 3-nov-2009
Version: 2.5.3

Grandioser RSS Reader
By: xexnxexmxyx - 11.09.2010
Version: 3.2.3

Not really worth the money
By: Joohander - 12-Oct-2009
Version: 2.5.3
Currently this app feels rather scant. I hope the new update adds more functionality. For example, I cannot view individual feeds by itself once I put it into a group, I can't sub to new feeds, no option to view or cache by age of the feed and it would be nice to have some Twitter or fb integration too

More iPhonesq than Google Reader's website
By: drnoble - 24-Aug-2009
Version: 2.5.3
A perfectly thought out application, that anyone with an iPhone and a Google Reader account should have IMO, it works brilliantly, and much better/quicker than the web interface for Google Reader, as it only has to downloas the feed data, not the interface. The offline sync and backround download is incredibly handy if you live in an area with limited coverage. If only Phantom Fish would develop and be allowed to release a gmail client…
