Still unusable

Crashes after about 5 mins, every time. Freezes while syncing makes navigating incredibly annoying. I have yet to find an update that addresses these issues but I keep updating, hoping one day this app works as it should.

Update 21-Dec:App now fixed and back to 5 stars. Kudos for fixing so quickly!------------------This is a fab app - prob my most used. However the latest app was poorly tested and as a result crashes all the time. Whenever you hit the 'back' button to return to the previous screen it crashes. Please either fix or roll back immediately!

Been using Byline for a long time and it remains one of my most used apps. While the image caching works great for offline, image heavy posts suffer and only displays a few images at a time. Love the ability to cache truncated posts, though large images appear off the screen. And finally, a personal aside, but an ability to customize the appearance (notably font styles) would be fantastic.

3 napi fagyás és összeomlás után gyorsan kijött az update,így ismét jól, stabilan működik a szerintem legjobb rss reader.

lo uso con soddisfazione da qualche mese, il meglio che ho trovato per Google News... ma quest'ultima versione va continuamente in CRASH quando si torna indietro dai dettagli delle notizie!!  AGGIORNAMENTO (v3.2.6)hanno risolto alla grande e velocemente con il nuovo aggiornamento di oggi (21 dicembre 2010). grandi!! 5 stelle se implementeranno la lettura dei dettagli e delle pagine web a schermo intero).

Nach dem chaos update ist byline nun wieder funktionstüchtig und nimmt den alten platz als bester rss reader wieder ein (natürlich ist nach wie vor ein google reader account vorausgesetzt)

Caches Images & Webpages!

I think the best part about this app is that it can cache the pictures and linked webpages for you to access them offline. Very useful if you read feeds that often have pictures accompanying the entries, like Engadget, etc! Very useful if for those don't have a 3G plan or are using iPod touch.

It's even better now with the special pricing. Now I can read my Google RSS feeds offline comfortably on my way to work on the train without worrying about going online. There has been one small bug with RSS articles that are very big and very picture intensive (e.g. gadget reviews on Engadget/Gizmodo), it causes the app to crash out. But at the end, this is a great program.

New update renders app useless-can't go back after reading a news item. Very frustrating, as when working, the app is a great RSS reader. Seems to have become buggier over last few months.
