This App combines really nicely with Things for the Macintosh. The functionality is clearly there, and it's a good way to get things done.Unfortunately, synchronization between the two is through wi-fi, and lacks *any* useful security: Anybody on your wireless network will be able to sniff out your to-do list -- and in a business context, that list will often include confidential information.Therefore, a reluctant one-point rating for the total absence of security for an application where it's critical. I hope this gets fixed in the future, so I can re-install this App on my phone!

Die Nutzeroberfläche von Things ist aufgeräumt und übersichtlich, lässt für mich nichts vermissen. Einträge sind schnell eingefügt und lassen sich einfach in Kategorien einordnen. Weitere Features, wie etwa da vergebn von Tags runden das Funktionsangebot sinnvoll ab. Alles in allem eine erstklassige und empfehlenswerte GTD-App. Einziges Manko: Der stolze Preis von rund 8€. Dafür bekommt man aber auch entsprechendes Geboten. In Kombination mit der 30€ teuren, für meinen Geschmack etwas überteuerten Desktop-App, ist Things GTD in Perfektion.

No longer the best

Used to be the best, award-winning task manager. Now there's free or cheaper apps with more features, such as cloud sync. The arrogant developers surely don't help. Try the free Wunderlist instead, or if you don't care about the UI, Omnifocus.

It won't magically make you get things done, but it's a great way to enable you to get through your todo list when you discipline yourself to use the app. Haven't tried the more advanced features yet and am looking forward to when/if it ever syncs with all my devices over the cloud.

Táto aplikácia ma výborne podporuje, keď sa snažím zlepšiť svoju osobnú produktivitu pomocou GTD. Výborne spolupracuje s desktop verziou pre Mac. A keďže vďaka iPhone-u mám svoje zoznamy stále po ruke, je to naozaj jedna z najpraktickejších aplikácií, ktoré denne používam. Vrelo odporúčam všetkým. Samoorganizátorom-začiatočníkom odporúčam aj knihu "Getting Things Done" od Davida Allena.
