Used to be the best, award-winning task manager. Now there's free or cheaper apps with more features, such as cloud sync. The arrogant developers surely don't help. Try the free Wunderlist instead, or if you don't care about the UI, Omnifocus.

Utilisation intensive depuis 6 mois. C'est le top. Simplicité, ergonomie, une app qui se fond bien avec Mail et ICal.Manque juste le cloud syncing (imminent?)

Nota 10 din partea mea. Foarte folositoare si usor de utilizat. Designul simplu si clean [mac style] ajuta foarte mult la interactiunea user-aplicatie.Foarte buna aplicatie din nou :)Baietii de la Cultured code fac treaba buna :)

I find the app ok, but their price (with the accompanying Mac application) is preposterous. And their incapacity to sync both without having them both open on the same network is appalling.

De todos las aplicaciones basadas en GTD, esta es la mas sencilla y práctica.Se complementa perfecto con la versión Desktop y la sincronización es rapida y simple.La recomiendo en todo sentido.

Needs OTA syncing, exact time for every task and task specific push notifications to stay ahead of the competition.Otherwise it's a great app with nice and intuitive interface, without the hassle of many specific and rarely used details.

Táto aplikácia ma výborne podporuje, keď sa snažím zlepšiť svoju osobnú produktivitu pomocou GTD. Výborne spolupracuje s desktop verziou pre Mac. A keďže vďaka iPhone-u mám svoje zoznamy stále po ruke, je to naozaj jedna z najpraktickejších aplikácií, ktoré denne používam. Vrelo odporúčam všetkým. Samoorganizátorom-začiatočníkom odporúčam aj knihu "Getting Things Done" od Davida Allena.

I don’t know about you, but I always seem to have a long list of Things to do. Managing this time and task list has been something that has always been a challenge. Meeting deadlines and making sure that a ball is not dropped is part of my everyday life. I am a fan of the GTD principle so tend to write every thing down that needs to happen, as my technology atoms started to evolve, writing things down became emailing tasks through to myself. Needless to say I started getting a lot more email.I am very deadline orientated and often need to know exactly where I am with each project I am working on. I have often tried different task management systems but found that every system didn ‘t provide for the flexibility I needed in managing my tasks. The other thing to remember is that I moved over to the Mac Yuppie lifestyle about 2 years ago so i needed something that would compliment the apple logic.Things provides the ultimate flexibility in task management while keeping to a GTD process that does not allow for things to get lost.The InboxThrow all your tasks into an “Inbox” and then batch your task management time. Once your tasks are collected in the inbox you are able to re-assign them into ‘area’s’, projects and even scheduled and recurring tasks.Tagging helps batchingMy favourite aspect about things is the tagging system, this could be because I enjoy and frequently use applications like del.icio.us. By tagging items with specific keywords I am able to batch all similar tasks across multiple projects together which saves me step up time and searching time for similar tasks.Example: Every project that I complete needs to be invoiced, by tagging each task that involves invoicing the client, I am able to search the tag “invoice.” With those search results I am able to see every client that I need to invoice. So I only have to open my accounts programme once, instead of a few times a day for separate projects.Check it out!But don’t let me tell you more. Great app, if you have Things on Mac

I would recommend this app only if you Things installed on your Mac so you can sync the task, otherwise it's waste of 10 bucks, where other free app can do the better job.

Excellent app. Changed my disorganised life. Could do with an in build meeting calendar and time option. It would be complete then.
